Troy has always been there when you need him. Always fast about coming to a call and working on a truck. Never questions himself and he always pulls through when you need him most. I would definitely come back and have him work on my vehicles again. Thanks brother means so much that you can help.

Do not pay this guy a dime. I ordered about $3k in performance upgrades paid in advance back in august. I was more than patient with him while he strung me along saying he was in the process of tracking down the parts, then it was a story about having to move shops, then, no answer or return call 5 months I waited giving him the benefit of the doubt because I have to work for a living too and know things don’t always go as planned.I paid with a card, not cash so I was able to dispute the charges and get a credit, which is a good thing for him.

I doubt hes even a mechanic, hes kind of a sketchy dude. He lies. He had my truck for 2 days and did absolutely nothing to fix it. First He said he was ordering parts and was calculating the cost. Then he said he was going to take a look at it and try to figure out whats wrong with it. He lies so much he forgets what lies he told. I dont think the guy is all there.

Troy is one of the most honest, detailed, accurate, and helpful mechanics I’ve ever had. He is willing to trouble shoot, diagnosis and always help. Let’s just say, Happy Customer here. If you have a Sprinter, this guy is your best bet.

Troy is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I’ve met. Our van broke down and Troy was kind enough to come to where we were and inspect the issue. Troy got us great pricing on the parts and his mechanic skills are next level. I wish we lived closer because Troy would be my only mechanic.

The man is named troy schaffner. Took 1650 dollars for a job a month ago. Lies excuses. He just took my money. Google his name. He has been arrested for theft and fraud. Do not deal with him. I found out he took in a car a few years ago and parted it out instead of fixing it. Also had a friends truck for 2 months. He did nothing but steal the tuner out if it. I cant believe I forgot what he looked like. Dont let it happen to you.

I broke down outside bend OR on a Dodge Ram 3500 car hauler he came out and fixed and was very nice person and good work and I m going to come back for more work to be done on my truck very smart man in Diesel engines thank you
