Glad to have found this place! Came highly recommended by BJ for broken parking brakes stuck to the rear rotors. It was a job familiar by the owners. Will gave me the details, price (reasonable) and fixed it RIGHT!Were from outta State, but are in town every month. A couple of weeks ago I was in Redmond and the alarm for my emergency brake started ringing and wouldnt quit. My daughter was with me and she works near Robirts. She said everyone in her office recommends this business so we stopped in there. I didnt have the time, so I didnt want it fixed right then, but they were able help me right away to get me back on the road. They were very friendly, professional and didnt charge me for their time or service. Thank you to the people at Robirts!

Great job on diagnosing my issues on my vehicle. I had some half assed work done in Reno and ended up spending to much on a tune up with no results. My wife and I were traveling through Redmond and I called the shop, explained my issues and they had me up and running the next day. These guys are friendly and knowledge about their work. Great shop doing great things for their community here in the Redmond Bend area. They offer discounts to veterans, seniors, and low income families. This auto repair shop did a great job on my car and the price was real reasonable. I think it is great that they offer a discount for low income families and for seniors. I will always take my car there for any repairs. They were very professional and polite. I will defiantly refer others to this auto repair shop.

Rebuilt our transmission and had nothing but problems since. Have returned the vehicle for repair 3 different times and still didnt get it correct. Took it to another Shop in town and they had to rebuild the transmission properly. No problems since it was repaired from another Shop in town.

I am the General Manager for Enviro Shuttle and anyone who has ever taken a ride with us knows we put A LOT of miles on our cars (all our cars have over 350k miles and one at over 550k) and Robirts Auto is the ONLY mechanic in Central Oregon I trust to work on our vehicles. They are not only experts in regular gas vehicles but George and Will are also experts in Hybrids. If you need work done take your car here. They’re honest, dependable and they will NOT try to rip you off. I had a problem with one of our cars and everything I looked up on it said about $900 in parts and labor. I told this to Will and was told “hold on, let me take a look”. Now he could have said “yep, $900”, instead he said “nope, it’s a $100 part and 45 minutes to put it in”. Long story short, go to these guys if you want an honest mechanic who knows his stuff working on your rig. These guys even work on RVs and Busses!

These guys are always really fair, trustworthy, and VERY fast. Plus, you can look up their prices before going in, which helps you get a ball park idea of how much to expect to pay. I take all my car repairs to them, and will continue to do so!
