My first experience at Accurate Auto Body was excellent. Their estimate came in more than 25% lower than the Bellevue place I’ve used in the past so I thought I’d give them a try. They couldn’t get my car into their shop for several weeks, but they still made me feel as though my car repair was important. Once the scheduled day of the repair arrived, things ran like clockwork. They were proactively communicative with me and even completed the repair in less time than they originally quoted.Kudos to Accurate Auto Body for a well-oiled machine that made me a happy first-time customer. Unfortunately I have to bring another car in for a similar ding repair in a few weeks but I feel confident I’ll have the same high quality of care and service the next time around.

Doesnt look like much, but there was more internal damage. Accurate was amazing! Got me set up with a rental.Very professional and kept me updated every step of the way.

The team were awesome to deal with. First off, they were great at giving me the quote with an explanation and breakdown. Also kept me appraised of the status and expected completion. In fact the vehicle was available earlier than I expected and the result is fabulous. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again but if needs be I most certainly will.

The body work was great although they failed to mount the front license plate - I thought that was the law in Washington state. Front office was professional and courteous but there seemed to be some sort of Hatfields/McCoy feud between the front office and the Insurance company and I got caught in the crossfire. Auto was released two weeks after promised completion date.

My Acura dealer recommended Accurate Auto Body when the side mirror on my car was removed by a passing truck. Randy did all he could to minimize the cost of repair which saved me about $400. He notified me as soon as the part arrived and installed it the same day. The repair work and the customer service were excellent! Highly recommend this shop!

I had a great experience here. I appreciated being able to stop by when it was convenient for me to get an estimate on repairs for my Tesla since they dont require you to make an appointment. I was helped right away. Randy was well versed on Tesla and knew what parts he would need to do the repair. He also knew how long it would take to get the parts and I was able to schedule the repair before I left there. Final bill was very close to estimate. The work looks great and they even washed my car! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Came into this body shop with a dislodged front camera and a few other minor issues regarding the front bumper. The gentleman went out of his way to reposition the sensor and a front headlight that was out of position before immediately giving a quote. I like to share this unbelievable and amazing experience I had at this shop today. Before going to Accurate Auto Body, I stopped by two other shops and was disappointed as they listened to the issue(tail gate not closing) took some photos and said will send a estimate. I wanted this to be resolved so I kept on looking at other options at Redmond and came to Accurate Auto Body. Randy was assigned to provide me with an estimate.. When I noticed how busy these guys were in the morning, I had little hope and was expecting a similar experience as the other shops. But Randy came out looked at the problem and he didnt just analyze it but tried to see whether he can fix it.. He was joined by a technician (Brant? Not sure I got his name correct) who was passing by and they both together fixed it for me. No charge and was not even willing to accept any tip..Dont know how I can thank them. This is the ultimate of custom care!

This body shop truly takes great care of your fine auto in restoring it back to showroom condition. The staff is very professional cordial knowledgeable and efficient. They take good care of you as well. Why do I know that? I have had a long relationship (sadly and happily) with them and have never been disappointed

They did a fantastic job on my Tesla rear bumper replacement due to a fender-bender. There were minor scuffs around the back side doors, they went above and beyond and fixed that as well. I would highly recommend this place.

It’s nice repair center for every car specially Tesla. We went there and found so many Tesla car is there. It’s a certified center and ask you reasonable price for your damaged car mainly included with insurance. On weekends they are not open and if they take any car on Friday then they well give you on weekdays.

Very professional place. Usually, I end up dealing with trashy garages and mechanics. Not here. From the front desk to reps, they were first-class. Jackson was the best. The only issue was a couple of communication delays, but that seemed to be more on the insurance than the business. One other point of contention was the absence of the financial rep. He was out of town, so there were some questions and delays with money information. That was the single annoyance that was fully on the business and keeps my review from 5 stars. If he had been there, everything would have been perfect. Highly recommend!

Accurate Auto Body did a good job fixing my Subaru Forester after a low speed collision (other drivers fault). The repair was paid by the insurance. I walked in (no prior appointment) with an initial estimate made by insurance company and was able to quickly schedule a date to drop off the vehicle for the repair. Jackson did an excellent job communicating and updating the initial estimate with the insurance company. The work was completed on time, as promised. I received updates from the shop during the process, so there werent any surprises. When dropping off the car, they arranged a shuttle to get to the Enterprise-Rent-a-Car location in downtown Redmond. In addition, it was possible to simply drop off the rental car at their place when picking up my vehicle after the repair. That was very convenient.

Once scheduled repair was fast. Easy job. Repair poor paint and put door cover seal back on. Caused from running door into garage.

Randy was exceptional at communicating how difficult it will be to fix our Telsa after another driver hit the car. E has no idea of how complex it was going to be. I checked there Telsa approved auto body shops. Randy was straight forward, very engaging and also was the best value by far! He handled all the Insurance issues and challenged them when they were trying to not include some unseen damage. It took a great deal of communication between the insurance companies (both insurances became inclined) to get all the damage covered. I had nominal to do as Randy took over all the challenges. I had to have my front bumper replaced, Jackson promptly gave me an estimate and handled my claim with my insurance once my car was on site. The coordination of rental cars, insurance claim, and getting the work done was seamless. I love that they used genuine parts, they communicated regularly with any status updates, and that when all was said and done I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket besides my deductible. The best part though? They cleaned my car! I really loved picking up my car and it being cleaned on the inside and outside, would definitely recommend!

My brand new cars surface was coated by hardened tree sap which I regrettably attempted to remove with automotive tar and sap remover and subsequently with Goo Gone. Huge mistake! However, the pros at Accurate (thank you Sam!) worked their unbelievable magic to fully buff out and restore like new what we both initially expected would be only a partial remedy. Absolutely amazing and it saved at least several thousand dollars in repainting panels.

Accurate AB was GREAT to work with, I was a walk in with minor door damage to a hinge on a late model ZL1. Jackson was the estimator and he spent lots of time reviewing the issue and gave an estimate within30 minutes, and they completed the work the following week. Weve had one Tesla repaired there already, and sadly a new one scheduled for repair. Hit and run driver. The first repair, three months ago was perfect. Great communication and they did almost all of the legwork. They are very through, and explain everything in advance reducing surprises and any misunderstandings. This is rare in business these days. So, I feel very confident this will go well. Plan on an update when finished.

Unfortunately, I didnt have insurance. They couldnt give a proper estimate. They took 1 year to fix my car, they took months to give an estimate. Repair was ok, exhaust was having failures, alignment wasnt accurate, both overall not bad since they did a lot of fixes.However, the time that they took to give estimates and fix the car was terrible, 1 YEAR to fix the car and like 4 MONTHS to get an estimate.Im sure you can get better service in a different body shops.

Fantastic service! Id been having follow-up problems from a small bumper collision several months ago, and Jackson was the first person to explain the overall damage to me in a way that made sense and was very thorough in showing me everything that was damaged and discussing it with me so that I wouldnt have any more surprise follow-up issues. They came in at a slightly lower price than the estimate I got from a different shop, and they even washed and vacuumed my car as well!

Someone backed into my car only 3 months old. I was so sad. I’ve used these guys before on another car and remembered being happy . This time my heart sung when I picked up my car. Not only was the big dent in the back totally fixed like new but the whole car inside and out felt brand new. Even the new car smell was back. I took my Tesla here for repairs to a scraped front bumper. They are Tesla-certified and did a GREAT job overall. The agent gave it a thorough examination both before and after giving the estimate, and they even fixed a couple additional things that I did not bring it in for, for free. Randy, the agent, was clearly very knowledgeable about Teslas. He handled the negotiations with the insurance broker over the labor costs and additional parts, and somehow magically adjusted the price so I didnt have to pay anything beyond the deductible. Everyone there is beyond professional and courteous. They also take COVID safety precautions very seriously, which I appreciated. The car was returned to me buffed, polished, vacuumed and sparkling clean. If needed, I will definitely use Accurate Auto Body again.

Not a professional place. they dont take appointments. they expect you to come in and wait till they can see you. If they cant see you then they will schedule a time for you. How non customer friendly is that?? The person who answers the phone is challenging to talk with. It seems more like a place that wants to reel you in and spend time with them so you end up giving them work because you have already wasted so much time with them. I run a mile from a place like that.

This was the second car that they did repair work on and, just like last time, they were great. All the work was done beautifully and on the timeline they promised. They handled all the insurance work as well and kept me posted along the way. Overall it was a great experience.

He got me an appointment to bring my car in sooner than later due to the coming of fall/winter. An excellent body shop. My Tesla model 3 was involved in a fairly serious collision, ruining the front bumper, hood, and cracking the windshield. The repair took a few weeks, but the car was like new when I got it back. They worked well with Tesla to get the necessary parts, and even took it over to Tesla to get all of the front sensors and cameras recalibrated. Friendly very professional service.

I was dealt with fairly, honestly, and in a timely manner. After receiving my car after it was repaired, I found that Accurate totally detailed out my car inside and outside! ...blew me away. I hadnt had time to clean it properly in 2 months, so it was a pleasant surprise. Id recommend them enthusiastically.

They did a great job even amid the COVID19 slow downs. They kept me informed and communicated with my insurance company so I didnt have to.They even buffed out a small scratch that was not related to my accident.My car looked great inside and out.They are a Subaru certified shop and even though they were not contracted with my insurance they did a great job making sure all charges were covered.I hope I will never have to use them again but would go them if needed and would recommend highly.

As they say in their sign, We met by accident. This all started when I dropped my car off at the dealer for its 1yr service. The dealer damaged my car. The service mgr recommended Accurate. I was apprehensive at first but found some positive feedback. So I gave it the ok to have Accurate do the repair. When my car was at Accurate, Justin gave me a call to let me know it was there. He advised me how they will proceed and since I had to retrieve some items out of my car, he showed me what had to be done and answered my questions. As soon as parts arrive, they will start the repair. Justin kept me up to date on the status of repair and even sent me photos. I have never experienced this type of service before. He gave me a heads up when it would be done so I could see it in person before it goes back to the dealer. I was able to inspect the work and they did an awesome job. Very poor service and accountability. Our delivery date was moved several times, without explanation. No status update from them unless you ask. Every time we had some issue in final quality check which takes up another 2-3 days to fix.

The paint job was seamless, on time, and Randy really knows how to help his customers take the weight of dealing with insurance and logistics off their shoulders. Will use them again! They know their Teslas.
