Ive always been a diehard fan of Pharmaca, but todays visit at the Redmond location takes the cake. Lisa T. helped me find just the right supplements for my specific needs. She had genuine care, concern, and listened to me jabber on about my health. Thank you, Lisa!

I LOVE this pharmacy! They treat you like family here and it has an old school feel though it has today’s natural remedies! I drive out the way to go to them over, all the other pharmacies.

The store part is okay but the Pharmacy itself is just awful. They are often rude and are only nice to customers that they are clearly already friendly with. They dont listen when you politely explain what you need (seriously, not passive aggressively or anything, like actually politely and with respect). They are very rude when you come to pick up a prescription hours after the doctor called it in, saying itll be right before they close or the next day. They fill things that you cancel, multiple times. They mess up transferring medicines to a new pharmacy and dont help correct it. Lines are often long (usually because they are chatting) and they dont always wear masks behind the counter. Id just avoid it if you are considering having anything filled there.

Im very glad I switched my prescriptions here.Its open late, smells nice, has nice people, has lots of things to look at if I need to wait for something to be filled (which is rare, only happens if I come in right after a prescription is sent), and usually has little events or freebies going on.Most important from above is that it is open late!

Ive only had good experiences at Pharmaca. Its fantastic to have a place where I can get prescriptions filled and also pick up supplements or herbal products.

They have been pretty good to me so far. My only real problem with the Pharmacy overall is the excessive use of aromatherapy scents in the store. Its as bad as walking into a Sephora and I almost always have a headache by the time I leave.

Worst customer service. The ugliest teeth Ive ever seen. I spend so much money there in beauty products and other accessories. I will not tolarate ugly people.

Rude and unprofessional, ask me a question and then interrupt me? Goodbye, taking my business elsewhere.
