Excellent location. The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. Stocked up on all of my seasonal candles while on sale!

The staff is always polite thats what is best about bath & body works stores. Absolutely love the hand soaps & hand sanitizers. The room fragrances are also wonderful.Other items also make wonderful gifts as well.This particular store needs receipt for returns - at least from me they wanted one.

My fiancé was looking forward to getting a skeleton hand candle holder for weeks before the Halloween merchandise hit the floor. She kept seeing videos of people being sold items from the back. She called this store to verify that they weren’t doing that or that if they were, she could come buy from their stock. They told her REPEATEDLY that they would never sell from the back and that all the merchandise would hit the floor on release day. Well, a couple days before the official release, she was in the store and the cashier told her that they were in fact selling from the back all week. She then showed my fiancé the stock they had left and there was barely anything left. We’re both really frustrated by this experience, the poor communication, the inaccurate answers, and it’s frustrating that it feels like a competitive tournament just to try and get one item. This store has been mostly fine for us/her in the past but this was a really disappointing experience.

Friendly staff team here at this location. We come in white a bit for candles and wallflowers and are always treated nicely. Will be back.

I love this store. They have wonderful products and very good variety and choices. Their hand soap body wash and body lotion is super good. Recently we bought hand soap of aromatherapy and body lotion both were very good. Love shopping here.

The staff was very helpful. Offered me a bag when I walked in, thankful for that. The cashier was the sweetest thing. I had to sell some of my bitcoin real quick and that took a minute. She was calm and that kept me calm. Very appreciated! Happy holidays.

I went to exchange a candle and had the worst customer service, ever at bbw. No one helped me at all, just because I was returning a candle. The other day I came in and all and every employee was like what scents do you like. This time so much negativity at the store! Then I go to checkout and ask when is candle day, and if its in December? And the cashier said yeah, sometime in December. Its in two weeks and no employee at the store knows about the candle day. It appears that no employee has happy to be there.

Their plug in air fresheners are the best!

I am super happy the Redmond Town Center has a Bath & Body Works. This is easily one of my favorite stores to shop at when I go to the Redmond Town Center. I always find something at this store at great prices. I never find anything low in stock or what appears to be damaged. The store is in pristine condition!

Good store to find bath essentials. Visit the place for some good fragrance body essentials.I ended up picking a few items for my family back home in India and a few for myself. Their shower gel for men has different variants. I picked up a variety of products. Refer to the photos with this review to take a look at them. In the Redmond Town center area. Really nice little bath & body works. The sales associates there are very helpful and helpful pick out the gifts that I needed to get!

The deals online vs the store quite different. If you are not in hurry I recommend shop online for better deals. I like this place as it is convenient location and much products to explore.

You can smell it from a mile away. I was just here with a friend, actually, and didnt buy anything. But the staff seemed super friendly and helpful. Also, there were a lot of strong smells, most of which were pretty alright.

Sales staff are not all over you trying to sell you everything. They are friendly, attentive and welcoming. The store is very organized and kept clean.

Love this store but they could have eased up on the can I help you find anything I was approached over 5 times I was there for only 20 min about and there were 2 people working. They were either very board or thinking I am a shop lifter who needs to be watched. I actually laughed when the same person came up to me yet again for the 3rd time to ask if I have any questions. What I didnt tell you is everything I bought I left at the counter so I didnt have to carry all my heavy items. So I think they were just board. Lol!!!!

Good to get my soap. Just wish they had more men soap. But I love it anyways

Always a treat to be here! Whether its a ridiculous sale, or I just need a new candle scent to liven up my place, the staff here is always happy to help and make my shopping here a breeze. Each year, I swear they up the game with theirs scents. Pumpkin Waffle Pecan is my favorite of all time, and I hope its year-round!

Was very satisfied with the service here in Redmond Town center, previously a shopper at Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood location. At both the places I was assisted very elegantly by the staff ladies and the service was very good. A great place for body lotions, fruity and other fragrances and bath stuff. One gets discounts most of the times in the stores, so was the case with me here. Got gift sets for around 15$ (pack of three - lotion, spray, bubble bath) during my last visit. Talking about savings!
