I get eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing done by Lauren every 2 weeks, she is great! The place is really cute and clean, and Lauren is super professional! She really takes the time to listen to what you like and dont like, and over time she will develop a perfect routine for you! One time I had an issue with my eye lashes and she let me come in the next day and fixed them perfectly with no charge! This place is definitely worth the money and I really support Lauren.

My microblade looks super natural, most don’t even know I’ve had it done whereas a lot of places make it look fake so you can see it’s been done. I’ve also gotten my eye lashes tinted and lifted. I recently had a really bad experience with a set of lashes that were put on me and left me with a lot of irritation, but the owner was so nice and took accountability and that honestly made my day. I feel like many people would not do the same.Most of my lash experiences here have been very positive and the girls are very talented in what they do. Location - Redmond…Went for face sugaring and full legs and arms waxing service for the first time. In one and a half hours the person was able to only do my face and arms wax. My face and arms still has hair. Total waste of time and money. Stay away from this place. Totally disappointed. Such a hotrible experience.

Not only are they always professional and easy to schedule and work with, but they always ensure you are getting the best service and that the outcome turns out better than expected. My lashes are still healthy, which says a lot after continuing to get lash extensions for years. They treat every customer VIP and never cut corners.

I went in for a brow wax. It was fine until I left and walked down the street to Redmond Town Center. My skin was on fire. 2 days later I have burn marks above and below each of my brows. Like not just small burns more like 2nd degree burns. Will not be back to Lash And Wax Boutique! I normally go to Ulta Beauty and get the same treatment with no problems after.

I loved my experience with Carol at the Redmond location. I have really light eyelashes and Carol lifted (permed) and tinted them. She explained everything as she went along and answered all my questions. She was on time and it was a great experience.

I really want to give them a good review..... the facility was super clean and everyone was very Nice! Unfortunately my full set eye lash extensions did not even last a week, so if I would have kept my 2 week fill appt. I would have had to pay for a full set all over again. Just for the price, I cant justify getting a new full set every week at $150.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and I absolutely love the staff and Charlie and Luna, their cute frenchies! The frenchies are so nice! They sleep the whole time and sometimes if you ask, you can have them snuggle with you while you get your lashes done!I only do lash lifts considering of my anxiety with picking my natural lashes, but they have so many types of rods to curl them or lift them how you want it and it does last a long while as long as you follow their directions on aftercare 🥰🥰When I decide to do lashes for holiday events, they feel so light and sometimes I forget they are even on! I always follow the aftercare for them so that way they last the longest. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

I have been getting my lashes done for many years. Last September I found myself needing a new lash master and decided to try out Lash and Wax Boutique. I am so glad I randomly stopped in. They looked at the lashes that had been done by another salon and immediately offered to do them for me. I am so glad they did – since that day forward my lashes have look gorgeous, natural and never, ever clumpy. Each synthetic lash is painstakingly applied to my actual lash for an amazing look. I’ve also had waxing done here, which is very good too, but the eyelashes are not to be missed!UPDATED: 11/4/19- It has been 3+ years and still love my lashes from Lash and Wax! I have never had to remove them entirely and always have fresh, gorgeous lashes!!

The lady was really nice, but they booked me for a service they couldnt perform. They put me on hold and hung up on me when I called back and then after driving the 45 minutes to my appointment was told it wouldnt work. Im super disappointed and will schedule somewhere else in the future instead of wasting my time and gas :(

They offer teeth bleaching service ... 30-40 mins perfectly white! Store is clean, professional staff, easy and convenient location.

Waste of time and money! I was so disappointed in my lash lift and tint service. I had done a great deal of research and was really excited for a lash lift. I will echo the other reviews saying that the employees here dont seem very experienced or professional. This showed in the quality of my service as well.. my lashes were not lifted at all.She said it would last for 6-8 weeks... more like 6-8 seconds!! Seriously my lashes were completely flat by the moment I got in my car. I had hoped that maybe they were being weighted down by being wet, but no. It was an absolute waste, my lashes look the same as, if not worse, than they did before.Additionally, she kept pulling my hair somehow during the lash lift application, which was not at all pleasant or professional.

They offer so many great services and everyone is really great at what they do. If you’re looking for great service then you’ve got to come here 💕

Id give up any other beauty service over my lashes, cant do without them! They look great, they are comfortable (I dont know they are there) and having them done regularly allows me to get up and go without feeling like I need to wear eye makeup.Excellent services and skilled professionals! I’ve been going to the Lash and Wax boutique in Redmond for nearly 3 years now, and have been to their 2 Seattle locations (green lake and Queen Anne) as well. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, and has beautiful decor. Carol and OJ the owners always say hello even if you aren’t their client that day, and the entire staff is great at making you feel welcome, like a part of their family. They will remember everything and ask about your life, a nice treat for yourself away from daily life stress. Best of all you walk out looking and feeling like a million dollars! Kelly is my favorite lash tech and Carol just microbladed my eyebrows to utter perfection!! I literally can’t stop looking at my face haha! You get what you pay for - I’ve heard horror stories of other, cheaper salons, or girls doing lashes out of their home, and let me tell you, you won’t be disappointed here. You won’t get an infection, it won’t be painful, it’s extremely clean in there and most of us clients fall asleep on the table during our fills. I will never go anywhere else for my lashes, ever. Absolutely horrible. I had gone for several lash appointments with the same tech and we had figured out a look I liked, however I had noticed that the lashes did not seem to last the full 2 weeks even with me taking meticulous care of them - would even get fallout the same day. Then the recent snowstorm coincided with my appointment so I had to reschedule and when I did she told me she would rather do a full set than a fill to which I was hesitant but she did it anyways. Didn’t even tell me it would be $275 until I was swiping my card. To make it worse they didn’t even look like what we had established I wanted. I have heard from former employees that they intentionally use bad glue to basically force clients towards paying more for an extended fill or a new set. Horrible treatment of loyal clients and terrible ethically. Do not support this establishment!

I used to go here for a Brazilian and they use good wax (also have hard wax for more sensitive areas). Its hit or miss though who you will get and their cancellation policy is ridiculous is not posted anywhere on their website even though I was a loyal customer for years. Not coming back.

Bad experience, bad owner. I was there get my lashes done, you will see new girls work there most of the time, none of them have good experiences to able do lashes right . All girls I used to see like Alyse or Vy, they all gone, for crazy reason they fire best employees, keep worse one. The owner seem so insecurity. Never go there again . Not recommended. Such a waste

During my eyelash service, the other employees were loud and laughing the entire time in the corner. When my lashes were done, the technician had me follow her to the front desk to pay. She didnt even check to see if any of my eyelashes were glued to my lower lid. So as I walked to the front to pay, I was trying to pry away my lashes just to open my eyes, all the while my eyes were stinging from the glue.I found the employees to be inconsiderate. I have since moved on to a great place in Bellevue.
