The Redmond location is the best all around! I’ve been a member for almost a year now and am happy every time I get my lashes done. Highly recommend Pearl, she’s the BEST!!

Very peaceful, clean and wuiet place to get my extensions. Plus I love the membership option it’s very easy to use and a way better value than others.

Kaylie did my eyelashes and it was the first time I have ever had them done and they are absolutely amazingly process was super easy and painless and she was super quick and professional!

They do great work and know how to balance the lash thickness and length youre looking for with your own features. Its a comfortable lash nap for sure. Ive definitely fallen asleep getting lashes and I love how they make me feel made up pretty even in those days where I dont really wear any makeup.

First time there, Pearl did my lashes. She did a great job and I was happy with what she did.Second time there, I saw Kellie, she didnt even ask how I want my lashes, I still told and showed some pics how I want my lashes. When she was done I did not feel like I just got my lashes done! I still needed a fill! I swear, I had more lashes when I walked in.I was not happy at all I contacted them same day afternoon, they told me to put more lashes there would be extra charge! Nonsense! Like Im not asking for more lashes, Im saying she took 45 mins to take all my previous lashes off and didnt put enough lashes back on! plus she didnt use volume lashes! I see gaps in my lashes that she didnt fill.Not my first time getting my lashes done, Ive been doing them for years. I exactly know the diff betwen volume, classic and a fill!Two star is for Pearl. 😂

I really enjoy coming to the lash lounge for my regular fills. The salon is always very clean and cute and front desk staff is always friendly. I see a stylist named pearl and she is always on time, professional, and makes my lashes look good all the time. I always recommend my friends to see her!

I came in with horrid lashes from another salon. Emily spent so much time carefully removing them for me and making sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. I feel like I owe her my eyes life because my eyes were in such bad shape but she did such a great job removing them.Everyone was actually so sweet and supportive through the process and I’m really really lucky I came here.

I unfortunately can not recommend the lash lounge. I think that the stylist who work there are amazing but unfortunately for my case the products/lash they use have caused a painful experience to my eyes. I did come from another salon but soon started to experience small irritation to my eyes, nothing painful or burning or even watering eyes. When I came to the lash lounge my 2nd salon EVER (despite what the owner says) I was super excited and super happy! I did have small irritation but very minor, definitely a lot less than the other salon which still wasn’t to a point where I couldn’t tolerate it. After my second fill the irritation became horrible. It wasn’t just irritation, it was painful and very stressful. I immediately contacted the lash lounge as it was happening. I stayed calm and did my best to work with the lash lounge. We agreed that we would have to do q glue removal and a new set of eye lashes with their sensitive glue. Which I had to pay for. We scheduled an appointment that was best convenient for THEM! Even after two days of me having brought to their Attention the painful experience I had still not received a phone call from a manager or the owner. They were expecting me to come in to the appointment and pay for the glue removal and the full price for a new eyelash set when it was their products it caused burning to my eyes. I decided to call them and reschedule the appointment and said I needed to talk to manager before I could come into that appointment to figure out what solution we would both agree on. I got a call back from a female worker and they said that they would only take care of the $25 for the glue removal but I was responsible for the $200 new lash set. I agreed to this because I did have a credit with them and would only put half of the cost for the lash set. We scheduled and appointment for a Friday because I work night shifts at a hospital and get home at 7am and I NEVER schedule anything on the days that I know I work. It was to my surprise that they had scheduled my appointment for a Thursday when I had made babysitter arrangements for the the Friday my appointment was supposed to have been. I ended up having to pay about a total of $180.00 for no services, for a painful experience and for them telling me a date over the phone and then scheduling me for another date. (Keep in mind, not once had the owner reached out to me) when I did demand to speak with the manager, the owner called me and was pretty rude. He laughed at me when I was expressing the amount of pain I was in and the 4min and a half that the experience was lasting for. He said that I had signed a waiver where I release them of any reliability for any damages that their products caused my eyes. And that because he was a small business I had to understand where he was coming from. At the end of the day all I wanted was to get the glue removed and for them to pay for the medical bills (what my insurance didn’t pay for) I wasn’t interested in having another set of eye lashes. I decided not to deal with people like him because according to him, he has hundreds of happy customers and I am the first one ever to have had this occur to them. I am going to be paying for all cost that this experience will cost me. And all future damages that my eyes could have.Important- I did provide The owner with all of the pictures and videos that I took while I was experiencing all of this pain and irritation to a point where my eyes are just watering and getting swollen.

Beautiful lash and brow salon - feels very clean, comfortable and professional! You can tell the stylists are highly trained and really know what theyre doing.

Ive been here a few times and my lash extensions always turn out amazing! The stylists are professional, skilled, and fun to talk too. For my most recent visit, my stylist made sure to ask clarifying questions about what type of lashes I wanted including whether I wear glasses often. She told me a D-curl would work better for glasses and I am so happy with it! All the employees are very nice and their space is clean. They offer a blanket, knee pillow, and neck pillow which are nice perks.

I walked into Lash Lounge for a hybrid fill today and had rubbed my eyes a bit too hard and some had fallen out. Kenzie took the extra time to perfect my lashes for me again without complaint or feeling rushed. She took some of, what I would imagine, was her break or lunch hour to make sure they were perfect. I was blown away by the effort and care that she put into my lashes. I am SO appreciative of her and have made her my go-to gal!To speak of the entire lounge - it is beautiful, super clean and everyone I have met is very professional and friendly!

Ive been here about 5x now. I would say the pricing is pretty good for a lash lift. However, the quality has decreased every time Ive been here. I typically have straight lashes that go straight down. The first time it took great! Im in my 5th and it felt like they didnt do anything but made me wait an hour for the same lashes I was born with. Ill try it once more to see if its just the employee but quality has been consistently been going down

From the first call and talking to Jackie on the phone to book my appointment, to seeing my stylist Lydia for my lift & tint, it was a class act. Probably the cleanest salon i’ve ever been to and would definitely recommend to friends!

They customize the look of the lashes to everyone that walks in the door to make sure everyone looks good! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! The stylists always do a great job and there are many options to customize your lashes to your liking. The front desk staff are also very helpful. The booking process online or over the phone is easy. I always have a great experience each time I visit.

Had the best experience! They were so nice and professional. Such great service and I absolutely love my lashes. Also barely any redness or irritation in my eyes after and i’ve been to other lash places where I had irritation for a couple days until the redness finally went away. So I absolutely recommend the lash lounge in redmond!

I’ve gotten my lashes done here a handful of times. It’s become “my lash place” Pearl does my lashes. I always leave feeling great! My lashes always look beautiful. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I do get compliments from time to time about my lashes, Pearl does a wonderful job. I signed up for a membership so I will be back for sure.

I’ve been seeing Kellie for my lashes since the salon opened and I love them more each fill. They have an awesome membership that makes it so easy to keep up the maintenance. I have the VIP membership that comes with two fills per month so my lashes are never sad. Not only does Kellie do beautiful work but she is so sweet and attentive, I recommend everyone I know to her.

I was really wanting to get my lashes done for a while but was terrified of the bad experiences I heard from family friends. When the lash lounge opened, I stopped by to talk to them and they were so informative and helpful I booked an appointment. After 3 sessions so far it is safe to say this is probably the best place to get your lashes done in the area. I’ve never come out disappointed. Great first visit to this salon! First time lash tinting, and it was such a smooth experience! Website & menu was helpful, online booking was super easy. They called the day before to confirm — very courteous call. Checkin was quick & easy, salon itself is a really pleasant environment. Kellie (lash stylist) was great about explaining the process, giving clear instructions, and was very friendly & professional.

Was great when I first started going, but my lashes don’t last the full two weeks. The customer service my last appointment was disappointing. I had been thinking of going elsewhere and because of the lack of care and service my last appointment, I found a new location with better quality and service. I will not be going back here.
