Great EWC location. I’ve been to a few locations and this is my fave! I can often book same day appointments, the staff is thoughtful and fast. They’re great about keeping the lobby empty and sanitized for social distancing, so when you arrive for your appointment there’s virtually no wait. ❤️

As a man of transgender experience it can be very difficult to find places that are comfortable offering wax services. European Wax Center in Redmond was not only willing, they were kind and gracious and wanted to make sure I was fit in with the right kind of provider for my needs.I was paired with Raisa for my services and she did a PHENOMENAL job. She made me feel safe, secure, welcome, and accepted.The pricing was very reasonable and on par with other businesses of the same caliber. They do offer buy ahead packages at a discount.Their facility is bright and immaculately clean. The restrooms are large, all gender single occupancy rooms, and all of the waxing rooms are private. Pleasant music plays throughout the facility and I didnt notice any strong scents or aromatherapy odors, which Ive experienced in some businesses that only offer waxing services.I highly recommend European Waxing Center and will definitely return.

This place is no doubt a 5 star. Everything is clean and tide. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule 2x due traffic and the manager was so helpful. I’ve been waxed by Rasia who ensured that my service was painless, flawless and fast. I had my Brazilian with her. Rasia did an excellent job, and she took an extra time making sure that all my hair was gone also she took care of my ingrown hairs.

Kendalyn is a kind soul. She is very patient and respectful of those who are new to the world of wax.I will definitely become a regular.10/10 do recommend.

This place is extremely unprofessional. They have cancelled reservations on me three times, only letting me know the day of the appointment or the day before. Once they told me it was outside their business hours after having already reserved that appointment for me, once I was told the employee had a family emergency (only to have that employee surprised and unaware of any emergency when I later saw her there, and actually telling me they closed early to run errands), and then again today because an employee is “sick”. I was new to waxing and signed up for a 12 session package. When I wasn’t happy with the service, they told me to “wait on the hair cycle” for 3-4 sessions and then I would have smooth legs. Conveniently, following their advice led to to the 4 charges on my credit card and no ability to get a refund because it had surpassed their 30 day refund policy. Now I’m stuck without the ability to get a refund and them cancelling appointments on me on the day before or day of. The manager wouldn’t return my call, lied about emailing me and when I asked to speak to the owner, they couldn’t be bothered to talk to me about it. He simply emailed me without talking to the employee, and let me know the policy, even stating “ I don’t know what was discussed up to this point.” The owners can’t be bothered to hear about any complaints or even talk to customers about their bad service experiences. They said they couldn’t give refunds because it was up to corporate but when I got a hold of corporate, I was told it was up to each franchise. I’ve gotten texts from them that I needed to confirm within 2 hours or else my reservation would be cancelled, even though I’ve never cancelled an appointment on them. I’ve never had a business do this before. It’s especially weird when they are the only ones cancelling appointments. Seriously worst experience with a business I’ve ever had. I wish I could just get a refund for my unused sessions and not have to deal with these theatrics anymore, but they refuse.

Had my first wax here this morning with Morgan and i was so happy and still am! I was very nervous and Morgan made me feel so comfortable and okay and it felt like i was talking to a friend ! The receptionist (didnt get her name ) was amazing !!!! Hands down will be coming back for sure ! Clean facilities great service and great results and great after care advice:)

It is my first, and last time going to European Wax Center. I think we pay quite a lot for their services, and it’s kind of disappointing to come home and still see hair on your body... Probably their are more focused on how many clients they will get instead of giving quality services...

I have had two experiences at this location which have both been excellent. My most recent appointment was with Alissa who was kind, professional, and efficient. She did an excellent job and I look forward to returning monthly.

Wax specialists vary in skill, which is discouraging. The staff are very, very nice, pleasant, accommodating.

Absolutely love the team at EWC Redmond, and would recommend anyone come here for their services. I moved to Redmond late last year, and was so happy to find an EWC location nearby that provides quality service. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Teana, the center manager, does a phenomenal job making sure things run smoothly. Ive been waxed by Alissa and Rasia, who both ensure my services are painless and flawless. Wax rooms are always clean. 5 stars all around!

I have been going to European wax center for few years now..I did not have a good experience with this particular center. After 1-2 appts, the quality of service is not as great as you would expect. I felt the wax specialist Alissa did not do her job well and wasn’t too happy that I came in a bit later than the typical 4 weeks of usual schedule. My legs and bikini wax usually have clean look after waxing, but this time, there were undone areas and hair roots were left behind. The wax specialist removed the wax strip in such a way ( probably too early or too slow) that there were several hair strands left (some in roots, some cut short) which are visible but cannot be removed after a second application of wax strip. It was extremely rushed and half done. I even mentioned to her that there were several stands left, but she just brushed it off by saying that they were too tiny to be plucked out or taken out by another wax strip when in fact the way she removed the wax strips, hair strands would be cut short.I am extremely disappointed with the services. I would definitely not go back to her after first 2-3 appointments. I gave 2 stars as the place is clean, hygienic and the services that were good over the past few years.

I have been looking for a good wax center for months. I got a recomendation from a friend about this location and I could not be any happier. Everyone is so nice and wonderful! And the process was quick and for painless( especially for someone who has somewhat sensitive skin). I will come back in the future :)

This center is ran by the amazing Estheticians and GSAs. With out them this location would be nothing. Teana the manager is never there making it more difficult on her team. Will Farmer the owners son is unprofessional and as a former employee has harrassed me about a vehicle I purchased, thinking I was unable to pay for my vehicle.
