We came to this store to add a line into my family plan. The process hit some bottlenecks because the agents at the headquarter side handled it incorrectly. The store manager and the store staff Joel tried very hard to fix everything. They gave me a sense of responsibility, and I can see that they care what we feel as customers. Even with some hiccups in this process, in the end, Joel followed up everything for us even after several weeks and made the things right for us, including finalizing the promo deal from adding a line and porting over the number from AT&T. Overall, great store, great attitude, and great service. Thanks!

I went to add two more lines to my account for my friends who arrived in US recently. One person (Mr. X) tried to help us immediately but was not sure how to add lines. Another person (Mr. Y) helped X to add the lines. I specifically asked whether the two lines will have data. I was assured that they will have the same limit as the two existing lines (2GB per month). When my friend tried to use one of the new SIM cards, it did not have internet access. It took a lot of calls to t-mobile to find out that they were part of some grandfather plan and didnt have data. I was also charged $40 for the two lines whereas I was led to believe that there was no activation charges and each line would only cost $10 per month.Today, I went to the store, Y asked how I could help him. I told him the problem. He said that Id have to call the t-mobile customer service to cancel the line because the store is only authorized to open lines. Fine, he couldve at least acknowledged the problem and apologized for it, which he didnt. I told him experiences like these are what make people switch carriers and he looked like he didnt care and I could do nothing about it. So, overall - there are two problems 1) not knowing what each plan has and costs, and signing me up for it and 2) not apologizing when they turn out to be wrong.I called the customer service and wasted about an hour in getting things in order. Luckily, there was a lady on the call who was very diligent and resolved the matter.Overall, a bad experience at this store. Id go somewhere else next time (assuming that I will remain on t-mobile).

In the middle of a pandemic the store manager Stephanie M refused to help my 62 year old mother with her phone. Since I live out of state and was unable to be in the store with her, they claimed they couldnt help her. They had me walk through steps to set her up as an authorized user, only to send her away anyways because she doesnt drive and didnt have her drivers license. Stephanie was rude, condescending, and wouldnt even listen to what we were trying to fix with my mothers phone. Find somewhere else to do your cell phone service!

Great customer service here. My husband and I had some very complicated changes and upgrades to make to my family plan, and Roenny was very patient and helpful, even suggesting ways that we could save more money. Im so glad that we decided to go into the store IRL to make these changes rather than calling Customer Service or trying over the Internet.

Staff is incompetent. After I provided a new credit card number for my monthly prepaid plan payments, my number got disconnected a month later because the staff only arranged for a single monthly payment. I had to go back 2 more times for the same reason. Giving up on T-Mobile.

We purchased our third cell phone here at last night . I looking for a iPhone pro max and I’d like to look at the various colors of it . The manager - Paul - showed me a picture of black one and I had to imagined the real one with the picture!!! After I paid for that, I could look at the phone ! Another guy who helped us in process - Ray- suggested a cover and he told same thing too ! How people buy things without looking at it ???!!! Noisy place and unhelpful people. Definitely this place is not a right place for who care about a professional and friendly customer service.

I’m so thankful to Angel who help us today. My iPhone lock me out and I wasn’t able to put my password and logged in. We went yesterday and one of the guys who work there wasn’t helpful at all he was like oh idk what to do you have to go to the Apple store and see if they Can unlock it for you. Today we went again to see how much it will be to get a new phone and the guy who help us today around 5:00-5:15 pm he was asking why do I need another phone and what kind I will like I explained to him what happen with my iPhone and he is like can I see it I’m like yes oh I see is because you push the home bottom for many times And these cause the lock and a square on your phone that square is more for people who can’t see and need help to push the bottoms wait 30 minutes because that was on my screen and try again he unlock the square the was showing on my phone. So I try again and I was able to unlock my phone any way I need to get a new phone but that can wait now I’m so thankful to that guy who actually took the time to talk to us and help us. Thank you so much for all the help you give us today on November 7 2020 thank you. T-Mobile need to give a raise to these guy who is actually helping people and not just trying to do sells.

Bought an iPhone here in April of 2019; the salesman sold me a screen protector with it that he said would have a lifetime warranty, he said all I had to do was bring it in and they’d replace it. I walked in there several months later with a cracked screen protector, they replaced no problems. Walked in there today and suddenly it’s a problem, oh well I guess. I ended up going down to Target to buy one there instead.

I would give it 1 star but they earned 2 for the helpful experience prior to purchasing my phone and switching carriers.I have been given the runaround for the past 4 days after calling immediately after purchasing. I was worried about losing a large amount of money I had on a banking application on my old phone that I had not confirmed my identity on to be able to transfer to my new phone. I called and they told me they would be able to hold onto the phone for a day before needing to wipe it and send it back and I was ecstatic! I came back in not even 2 hours later to be told to come back in the following day because they could not locate my device. I agreed that was fine, still grateful I could get my money back and came in the following day. They still could not find it so I was told they would give me a call when they did or come in the next business day when the manager was in. I received no call so I came in the next business day to be told they wiped my phone and sent it back the previous day that I had come in and received no phone call that they found it. Now I have no proof of identity to access my money and then they had the nerve to argue with me as a security guy telling me that even had I gotten my phone that that wouldnt have proved my identity. I know very well what will and will not work. My money is now lost which was worth more than my brand new LG G5 I just purchased from them due to the fact that they could not return a phone call or communicate within themselves...

I would say no star,, this place sucks,,service is beyond bad,,kids that work there are like brain dead robots,,, it wasnt always like this. so i went in to replace my lg phone which worked fine until they did tower upgrade which totally limited the function of my phone,,so i was forced to buy a new one, so i purchased the only flip phone they had and was hit with a $20 upgrade fee,,say what ? upgrade from a flip phone to a flip phone,,whatever!, the phone they offer had not nearly the capability of my old lg 450 so i returned it and was hit with a $25 re-stock fee.I have been pretty happy with tmobile service for 15 years but their stores SUCK!!

Absolutely horrible service. I do not think that anyone at that store understands what customer service is. I went in to try to set up an account and they said they could not do this in store. What? They told me to set up everything online. After wasting 3 hours talking to 4 different customer service reps who barely spoke english, my account was set up. I then received an email where I had to electronically sign a contract. The problem is, that they completely spelled my name wrong, and would not let me sign with my proper name. There was no support assistance available, the only solution they provided was to give me the same customer service number I started with and work with the same incompetent reps. Im done. This is not worth the hassle. No wonder everyone told me I was crazy to switch to T-Mobile over Verizon. Silly me.

What is this with giving away lots of gifts and then billing the Customer for it...? We trusted them blindly, only to realize after 9 months that we are paying more.. which included small installments towards all the goodies which were given to us as a part of promotional gift.. common... we didn’t even need it.. You give as a gift and then take EMI ??Careful People. Just go through ur bill every month. We are shocked .. whether this was by mistake or carelessness, either way we are disappointed. Once paid, nothing will be reverted back. Be Safe.

My experience was very good. I was there to get a micro SIM for my iphone and Jeremy helped me with it. He was very helpful, quick to replace my SIM and suggested good options for my roaming needs.Also he did not charge me anything for the new SIM replacement.

I went in to learn about my options for a new phone. Employee was not helpful at explaining phone choices. Told me wrong specs, wrong ship dates, didnt explain all of the available promos for the phone I was asking about, and since I was in store I didnt double check everything.On the plus side, it wasnt busy so I didnt have to spend too much time in the store. Employees were friendly enough.I am going to have to double check everything any rep tells me from on after this experience.

Sold on a plan that didnt really exist, they said they would only charge for a period of time I had the service, but I was charged the entire amount, then they mentioned that amount will be in the mail, 4 months later after receiving nothing back, I was told I will not be receiving any refund due to some creative policy.
