Been going there 10 years plus and have never had a bad experience. What place have you gone to for ten years and NOT had at least one not so warm fuzzy experience.....
Sam was awesome and helped me understand what I needed to do in order to get the most out of my phones and helped me get the right warranty coverage for them. He was extremely nice and generous with his time.
We needed new phones and service and were very efficiently helped by Sam at the Redmond Town Center store. We had done our research, but still had many questions. We are not tech savvy at all and Sam helped us with patience and efficiency.

Christina is an amazing lady! She was waiting outside to greet us, we chatted for a bit, super personable. I felt like I was chatting with a friend. She was amazing with our children, when people usually can’t stand kids, she jumped right in and spoke to them, asking if they wanted to watch movies so that I wasn’t stressed out and could focus on making a decision. I upgraded my phone, and Christina made it a stress free and enjoyable experience. I couldn’t recommend someone more highly than her!
Christina helped me solve my phone data transfer problem. She was not only professional but also personable and cheerful. Even though I was anxious about my problem, she made me feel comfortable at the very start of our conversation. She exceeded my expectations.
Biggest scam. My mom and I got the deal they had for the iphone 11 where we both traded in phone in great condition and got an 11 “free”. I went in Saturday to get the iphone 13 and they told me I needed to pay off this phone (The supposed free 11) in order to get the “$800 deal”. I had it for 2 years and I still owed $140. Obviously my mom and I didn’t know about how much they lie to get people to buy there. Worst experience and their employees rarely explain the whole process.
They mentioned that we could get trade in benefit for iPhone 12 and thus we placed the order but later they apologized it was a misunderstanding.There was not clear communication regarding early upgrade offer for iPhone 13 and because of which we had to cancel original order and place new one. It wasted lot of our time to process our request in store

Went in to get an upgrade from an android to an iPhone 12 and had a great experience. We were helped by Bryan, who was extremely helpful and insightful. Always great to be able to walk in and out of a phone store in under an hour.

Mr David was me so much for helping me for setting for new phone that I just bought at Fred Meyer that they spent 1 1/2 hours for setting the phone that they never fix anyway by the manager at Fred Meyer.they told me to come to att to get it fixed because they dont know how to fix it.David was able to fix and get my phone working within five minutes.

Tried the 611 line to get a 4g phone working with my sim card. That person lied to my face and said my phone is not supported by 4g and will be phased out with the 3g phase out. I know this is factually incorrect: the manufacturers website, the phone itself, and every single retailer describe this exact make and model as 4g. I factory reset the phone a 2nd time and got a bit of functionality out of it--guess what? The phone was functioning on 4g. However, the phone cannot receive calls and it randomly instantly hangs up outbound calls.I walk into the AT&T store. I describe the problem in detail to someone there. That person doesnt even touch my phone. They dont even look at my phone screen when I show it to them. They just say the phone is fine. They dont try to fix the problem. They actively try to disengage from the conversation while I tell themAbsolutely no one from AT&T has helped me over the past two days. Everyone has simply told me to spend more money at AT&T.
I needed help switching my existing number to a new phone. Customer service at this store was great. I know the customer service people have to deal with their own internal software system which seems to be slow at times. But Ive been to this store a few times now and they are always helpful.

This was the 3rd AT&T store i went to trade in my husbands phone, the others did not have the one he wanted in stocks. Otherwise we were treated with kindness and consideration at each store. And I need to point out that this store also did not have the phone he wanted in stock but we were done driving around and bit the bullet to have it shipped. What I want to comment on is that I walked out with my new phone (that I was not planning on getting) and a roughly same monthly bill with 2 new phones. Jarred was informed, not pushy, asked the right opened ended questions, and closed the deal with the numbers that made sense to me. It was one of the more pleasant interactions @ an AT&T store that Ive had.

I have purchased an iPhone from a third-party store with an ATT installment plan. After returning the phone, the third-party store could not provide the necessary information to ATT for reseting the installment plan. After calling customer services hundreds of times and visiting four at&t stores, I finally got my problem solved with the help of Christina and Martin. I truly appreciate the great service they provided. It was a horrible experience before I visit this store. Christina and Martin won my loyalty back.

Great experience with this store. I went in to trade in my old phone. The manager helped to connect me with an associate, and Gian was friendly and helpful while processing my trade in. They were super well organized with covid SD / stay-safe signage, and made me feel safe while still being able to help all customers. Will happily return to this store for all AT&T or other tech shopping needs.

I have many gifts, but understanding technology is NOT one of them. My rep, David at the AT&T Store in Redmond Town Center, was exceptionally helpful. He was really tuned into the things I needed to know in order to get a new phone and be in my way quickly. During the bizarre days of COVID-19, I was so relieved to find an AT&T Store that was open and ready to help me in my need for a new phone, etc. David was very sharp and understanding — he could tell what I needed from a new phone and didn’t spend a ton of time talking me into things I didn’t need. He also was terrific at finding our common interests, so I felt he understood something about me and what my needs are. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID!
I had a great experience at AT&T Redmond Town Center. In a really scary time right now during this pandemic, they made me feel incredibly safe visiting their store. The attention to detail with customer care was impeccable. They guided me through the process of what Apple watch to get. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase and very happy knowing my safety was a top priority. I will be back to this location for all of my AT&T needs.

I’ve had such an issue with ATT in Belleuve... and so I came here, to the redmond store and Jarod not only listened to my issues but knew how to fix it and helped me in less than 15 minutes. He even put on a screen protector I had bought elsewhere!! Needless to say this location shines above the rest. Always go here if you need ATT help!!

Bunch of rude n inefficient customer service folks in here. This is a typical sales center where they lie on your face n try to delay things by saying their manager isnt there. I had an issue in my billing with some credits missing n the CS guy Jarrod Peterson told me that he will talk to his manager n get this sorted in a week. 17 days later and after visiting them 3 times i get to meet him again n ask him about the issue n why he didnt call me as he had said. He said he was busy n wanted me to explain my pain-point again! He also lied saying his AT&T manager wasnt in office since last 2 weeks but his colleague mentioned that she was there a day earlier! This is really unethical.Thats how you treat your customers? I paid off my devices balance n moved off my 4 lines to T-Mobile. At&ts future doesnt look bright with such customer service.

Very disappointed in the customer service, I came in for to get my plan switched from verizon and every employee was useless until an employee named Caren changed my plan with ease im not very good with electronics but Im happy with most of my experience
So far satisfied with yesterdays service,but usually it becomes annoying when the first bill comes after selecting the package/promotion,the amount we have to pay is usually bigger than we are told at the time of customer service.May be the representative doesnt include the tax or any other hidden charges.Now with the present package we chose with employee rate plan was told to be $110 and I want my next bill to be the same as calculated by the representative.If it goes up,we would rather cancel the package.

DO WE HAVE OPTION NOT TO CHOOSE ANY STAR FOR THIS STORE. As there is no option, am giving 1 star for this store. I have requested for a number porting from their virtual carrier, Air voice wireless to AT&T in this store. But it wasnt happened for 3 days. When called this store to get the updates, they said that the information / update can be provided only by the executive who worked on the request. But she was off for 3 days, so waited for 3 days and called the store, they said they will ask the executive to call me back with updates and ETA. But there was no return call, then called the store, they again asked my details and assured me that I will be called by the executive definitely next day but that also didnt happen. I called the store next day again, representative transfered the call to store manager, he again Got my details and assured that the executive will call me immediately. Waited for an hour, nothing happened. Called 611 customer care, they did it in 20 minutes. I felt ashamed, I should have called for phone support at the very first stage, this is totally my fault, Not an AT&T store issue!!!!THANKS TO KORI FOR HER PHONE SUPPORT. EXCELLENT PHONE SUPPORT SERVICE!!!!!

Employee was very rude and didn’t want to assist me. I went in to get assistance on my phone that was broken. Employee said he would grab a manager, but the manager never showed up. Employee returns to me then tells me that he can’t do anything for me and that I had to figure out my phone issue by myself. Although I had explained my situation he never took a look at my phone to see if he could resolve the issue.
I am SO VERY impressed by the team of superstars at the Redmond Town Center ATT Store! Today, Retail Sales Consultants: Jaskirat Sandal & Jarrod Peterson along with Store Manager Kara Bofto worked, with precision and skill through the most difficult technical issue that I have ever experienced. My issue had several layers to it. They spotted the main issue and unraveled the rest, then came up with a solution to not only keep my phone going, but also assist my nephew who was newly added to my account. I am ecstatic about this team and happy to sing their praises. If you want it done right, professionally and with a smile, let the ATT team at the Redmond Town Center take great care of you. Had to spent > 2hrs there and pushed them to fix a mistake made on their side, after being told to wait 48 hours and come back again. Not recommended. Doesnt seem to know their own service well.
The customer service representative met with and helped me restructure my phone plan that saves me about 20% a month.
I came to the center 5 hours prior to closing and was turned away with explanation that person who may help me with phone repair will leave in one hour. I was not able to speak with the manager and just was told to come next morning. When I asked to leave me phone there until its fixed, they refused to do so.

I had a great and fun experience with att Redmond. David was efficient and informative. He dropped my bill and and saved my husband and I about $50 a month. He was funny and made the process enjoyable instead of a hassle. Traemel was hilarious!!! The employees at the Redmond AT&T location seem to be helpful and efficient.However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the store manager Scott is the worst. All he cares about is selling and meeting his numbers, even if hes deceiving the customer to buy unneeded services or upgrading a plan that ultimately costs more money. Ive been to this location numerous times and the store manager couldnt care less about anyone but himself from my point of view. Its sad when AT&T chooses its managers based on numbers and not actually quality of service. AT&T actually pretends they have good customer service as well. Worse every year.
Very friendly and helpful staff, I went twice in the recent days, in both cases somebody immediately came to help me, and in both cases I got what I wanted.
Best AT&T store I have visited so far. They provided good plan options and also helped me solve an issue we encountered.
I wish I could give zero Stars. They told me one thing and did another and now I am out money with no recourse. Be careful with them and make sure you get everything in writing!
