As a caregiver I have to have my files.. Elmer and Eduardo are amazing . I had so many problems trying to get my information from the madras store and through customer service. Thanks to Elmer taking the time to go through and find that my name was put in. Incorrectly I was able to get a release of my number . It took me three days in a row . I left work shift to go to madras and told to come back a few different times. I drove to redmond just to speak to him. ELMER ALSO SPOKE TO METROO OVER THE PHONE IN MADRAS YESTERDAY TRYING TO HELP ME !! HE REALLY IS A GREAT MANAGER . I WILL BE BACK WITH METRO NEXT MONTH ONLY BECAUSE OF ALL HE DID FOR ME. THANKS AGAIN!! Ps the newest member in the Madras metro store is also so kind . I want to point her out as well. Wish I new her name. I DO KNOW SHE WAS BRAND NEW COUPLE MONTHS AGO WHEN I GOT MY PHONE THE OTHERS HAVE BEEN THERE A WHILE.

Love Redmond metro, I switched to metro from Sprint and was completely happy and my service worked pretty much everywhere. Then I left to help out on his Verizon account.....worst choice ever, so Im back here with metro and bought my phone and added two more lines since. Prices are great and Kenjhy has been completely helping all 3 times Ive come in. I have to say I love Redmond metro!!

Can not recieve pictures in text messages and sometimes dont get messages. Not real helpful service, they dont know why, only 1 & 1/2 miles from tower. Samething on 2 different phones so probably not the phone. Guess you get what you pay for. Although did not have this problem with Boost.

The female worker was extremely rude, and not helpful or informative in anyway. She didnt answer any questions, ignored other questions I had and even scowled at me. Once I raised my voice the male worker came over to help. Although he did answer questions, they were answered incorrectly. He wasnt very informed himself.

Well the guy thats working today the 9th of August approached us in Wal-Mart last night telling us it was only going cost 55 to 75 depending on the family we choose to set up and he also gave us a flyer pointing out to us what it would cost. And we desired to go with the 30 dollar plan and the second phone would be 25 and he told us it would be 39.99 or line and that we had to put in out number and he kept back taking and changing the thing he just told us about the plan I have never seen some one lie like this guy he can keep thing straight in the head I even called customer service over this and got a busy signal I will be calling customer service and talking to them as well Ill add more info later about there customer service

Selling broken phones that been returned from other people .They w ont help me and phone w ont work right .sold me the last phone on stock again.told him what I needed.he picked it out..work for Lyft so phone has to work good and maps..No maps are off.no service .Dropped calls.it was an up grade only cost 85..but I was charged 189..they say 4 lines for 100. But I pay 80 for 2 phones and have to have them both because one doesnt work almost always..they looked at the second phone.said yes its defective ..we will order you a new one...never did..I post my review and get called an idiot...Tell me to my face .....340 rimrock road buddy...come .Yes they take good care of you if your a Mexican..and not white ...I see it all the time ..Racist very hard to prove..but I can prove they sold me a used broken overcharged phone..I cant even find the owner of the store......

I was told my phone would be in the next day which was a wednesday then got told itd be in friday i called friday and then i got told they ran into some issues and it wouldnt be in until saturday latest monday i called on monday and it was finally in but i got told theyd be busy so he recommended i came in the next day smfh never again will i go to this location 😡
