Im a caregiver. I brought my patient, Daniel Goodisman, in to the Verizon store in Redmond, Washington, to either fix or replace his phone that was no longer able to be activated. The young gentleman that helped him was very accommodating and suggested that it was time for another phone.Daniel purchased an Android just like the one I own! I can now help him with the new phone because I know all about it, but the young assistant did all the preliminary set up work for Daniel.Thank you for the care, concern and respect with which your employees handle each customer!I have recently relocated to Redmond to act as a live-in caregiver for Daniel, who is on a Verizon plan with his Dad, Leonard and his Mom, Nancy Goodisman. They helped me discover why I have been having so many issues getting my Device Dollars applied to my phone. Apparently I bought my phone from a 3rd party store even though it said Verizon on the front! Turns out they were actually a company called Victra. Nothing but problems getting my well earned $105 Device Dollars applied. My advice...make sure its a Verizon store, not a 3rd party location.

I just wanted to say thank you to Sydney T.Today I went to Verizon emotionally exhausted and distressed because of the issues Ive been having with my NEW phone. I purchased a Samsung phone a few weeks ago and was having massive issues. I never received incoming calls, my out going calls would drop after 2 minutes, the phone would ding but messages (mostly for work) would never load. This phone was causing massive stress in my work and family life.After two visits from the internet folks I realized it was the phone. Since I had the box and was convinced the phone was a total lemon, Sydney listened to my issues and took a few minutes to research what she could do.I was close enough to the return window Sydney was able to make some exceptions to exchange my month old lemon for a different phone. She was amazing, I think she could tell I didnt have the capacity for small talk and just sat silently with me while we set up the new phone.Id never been to the Redmond location before but Im super grateful and will be back :)

Worst customer service ever! They literally didn’t want to help us ! We wanted to add one line and buy a phone, but looks like this store is not interested in that. Representative told us that in 10 minutes he has an appointment, so he won’t be able to help us. When we asked if we can wait and if appointment won’t show up, will he be able to help us? NO! He said that he will be preparing for closing!!! Ridiculous, they close at 19:00 and it was 17:50....

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. I have had the worst experience with the staff here. I not only spent 5 hours of my time just to buy 2 phones and add service, but actually had to come back 3 times to the store and they were still unable to help. Not only did I get all the wrong services but they never actually fixed the mistakes they made. I than had to call customer service and luckily she was able to fix my services within 10minutes. This place is a joke and the staff are extremely unqualified at their job. If you plan on having a normal or decent day do yourself a favor and stay away from this store.

Our family has been with Verizon for 20 + years. The last 3 times weve gone in for new phones the customer service has be increasingly worse and worse. It is truly a terrible experience for seniors citizens when shopping. They offer no affordable options which during covid and this crisis is appalling and $40 upgrade fees should be waved right now! As a civil servant Im truly disappointed in their unwillingness to support the community, especial those most valuable.

The people who work at this Verizon store are like used car salesmen. They will focus only on up-selling you with equipment you dont want. They will not give you a good value. When I tried to submit a claim for insurance on a damaged phone, old guy who helped me deliberately did not complete my request, after I declined the upgrade he was pushing. The manager Shannon, also did not fix the problem. I have now been without communication on my business phone for 4 days, and it will be at least one more...according to Verizon, but they have lied to me in the recent past, so I dont know what to expect. I recommend that you do not do business with Shannon or Verizon in Redmond WA

Do not go if you value your time, because they will not value your time at all. We waited 40 minutes for a customer service rep today. That part was ok. Within the first 5 minutes of speaking to the rep assigned to us, we clearly stated we wanted a particular deal where you buy one of their top phones and get a second for free. We let them know exactly which phone and model. We didnt have to port an old line, just set up a new one. The process took an hour and 30 minutes. We left the store unbelievably frustrated. When I reviewed the invoice Verizon emailed to me, our monthly charge was $10 per line more than the store manager had told us it would be. Theyd emailed 4 different invoices, none of which was easy to read. Have fun!

Atrocious customer service. The website was down and so I had to drive all the way to Redmond, with my toddler, to do it in person. John, the customer service rep, was a joke and sold a bag of BS. Did everything on his phone and said we were getting a great deal. A month later our bill comes and it is totally different then what he said.So after calling customer service, they said they apologize that John misquoted but there is nothing they can do. This is the worst new customer experience I have ever had. One month in and I’m already regretting leaving T-Mobile. If anyone from T-Mobile reads this, help me come back!!#verizon #tmobile

THEY REALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU. I mean, its easy to make light of a mere wireless phone store, right? But I have to say, they take really good care of you.Your first time in todays wireless stores might be a little strange if you dont know the system: Youll need to seek out the greeter to check in and get your spot in the virtual queue. This is only an issue on busy days since theyll normally grab you the moment you walk into the store and get you into the queue right away. Then you wait for your turn. And while on busy days, it can get a bit boring looking at all the phones, speakers, cases and other accessories before its your turn, its ultimately worth the wait at this location.Once its your turn, your assigned expert is all yours. They give you their undivided and dedicated time and attention. And thats what makes it worth the wait.Whether youre tech-savvy or not, they totally speak your language. Whether its with an elderly family member or Im just listening in while they take care of someone else, these folks are a patient and knowledgeable bunch. Highly recommended to get tips, options, figure out the right plan, clean your screen, apply a new screen protector, show you how to install and use apps. These folks are good people - especially Josh who has taken care of our family numerous times with sometimes downright odd requests weve made. Great people!

I brought my phone in because I had a black screen I had a foreigner help me I could not understand him he didnt speak very good English I got frustrated told him my phone didnt work he told me a new one will arrive the next day brought my phone back home proceeded to do my own research on my laptop figured it out on my own within a few minutes I had to press the up and down volume 10 to 20 seconds it restarted my phone too bad the gentleman could not tell me that at the Verizon store I will definitely not go through him again he was very unexperienced could not understand him

It was very crowded when I went in, but I still received excellent service. Sydney was the associate that helped me get my upgrade set up. She had such a positive attitude and I felt she was really focused on helping me, not just trying to sell me things. She was even kind enough to put the screen protector on before I left. I know buying a new cell phone is supposed to be a fun and exciting time for most people! I however, dread it and I mean dread it! It is very time consuming, expensive, your plan always seems to get changed and I dont enjoy dealing with the sales associates. In June 2018 my husband and I went to buy a cell phone. I was not excited! Then we met Dana our sales associate she was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and best of all FUN! We felt like we had known her forever and greatly enjoyed our shopping experience! Last weekend we needed to purchase another new phone. I complained to my husband how I was not looking forward to it! I was sure that Dana had most likely moved on and I was dreading it! To our surprise Dana was there YES!!! I was so happy and excited! She remembered us and it was like seeing an old family friend. One word to describe Dana, she is in phenomenal. She is so awesome, we were literally done in less than half an hour. She knows what she is doing, knows the products and is just an exceptional person. Thank you Dana for all your help and expertise. We were greeted nicely, and soon our sales assistant started with us. After working very nicely with us for about 10 minutes, he assessed that our case was more suited for the Manager, James. To make a long story short, James very patiently and attentively worked with us for 3 hours. He completely revamped our 4 phone account, painstakingly making sure that we got every Verizon advantage available to us, saving us money, and at the same time, selling us a new phone, additional insurance, and approximately $250 worth of additional but necessary equipment. We are very appreciative of all James time and efforts. Now we can enjoy the best that Verizon has to offer, at the best price possible. Thanks James!!!

I tried on the website, but found that I will pay more than I expected. The website does not have any explanation. The agent explained all details to me, and gave me reasonable suggestions. Good job. I came in a few days ago after a mess of a time at AT&T. Dennis was the most helpful employee I’ve ever seen in a phone store. While Verizon was a smidge more expensive, Dennis outlined the benefits of the network and how price really shouldn’t be the reason someone sticks with a carrier. I looked at both Verizon and T-Mobile, and after thinking about what Dennis had to say, I brought my family and I over to Verizon.Dennis needs a raise or promotion, he really knows how to take care of customers and give people a reason to sign up in an incredibly competitive market.

Being a Verizon customer with many lines on the account for a while now, came into this store to get a replacement sim card for my daughter because the one that was sent with the new phone didnt work. At the store I was told, that the new sim card can not be issued unless I have the device on me. Ok, offered to use one of my device to activate the card (the device that has been paid off in full) and was told that they still cant help, suggesting I make an appointment to come back. Guys, its 2020, if I wanted to come back and waste more time for this process, not minding that I am paying money for the service already, I would have just ordered the new sim using customer service number and waited for it to arrive at my house. This was a timing matter, and sim that was sent to me by the company was defective. Where is the logic? Is that how you value your customers? Very poor customer service at this location, not coming back!PS was able to get new sim at a different store within a heartbeat.

I had a great experience at this store just 2 days ago. I walked into the store at 5 PM and was greeted by customer service who immediately placed me with an available salesman. I wanted to upgrade my phone and Allen explained to me how we could be saving money on our family-plan and recommended I talk things over with my parent before committing the money to upgrade my phone. Oh.My.Gosh.Came in having a ton of problems with my current carrier. Edgar & James spent over 2 hours with me working on getting my previous carriers phone unlocked, changing my passcode so I could port, and getting me set up on my familys plan. Im very impressed with the customer service at this store! My (senior citizen aged) parents got signed up for a new plan and phone package at this store, and I was worried that they had been taken advantage of (because this often happens to them, unfortunately). I called this store and spoke to the girl who had helped them, Sydney. She was very polite and professional the entire time, and took the time to explain the details of the plan to me so that I understood everything my parents signed up for! I went into Verizon to add another line to my plan. Benjamin Ben helped me and was very informative. I didnt buy anything that evening. I went to another Verizon store (Monroe) closer to my home once I decided I wanted to take advantage of the offer Ben told me about. The customer service I received from Redmond Verizon was stellar compared to that of Monroe. So they immediately earned my business. Ben wasnt working when I came back in to the Redmond location but I was able to text Ben and have him be my main point of contact who then had his manager Parth take over and help. Parth was ALSO absolutely wonderful. I hate changing my phone over to a new phone. They made this process seamless. Everything was so simple with these two guys doing everything they could to make it easy. I ended up coming back a few days later and adding another line and a new device. I feel like I have my own personal Verizon rep now and can reach out to them with the most minor question. They are always willing to help. I will be back again and again. Great atmosphere, friendly & fast service. Thank you so very much for making my Verizon experience great Ben & Parth!

They took took five hours to get our phones working. 5 hours, and they day before was also 5 hours trying to port our number from ATT. They lied to us by giving us a promotion for the Galaxy Watch which is NOT FREE and now they want to charge us $50 dollars for a product that they sold it to us with lies.Horrible experience and workers are liers they arent helpful.

Went in to buy AirPods as they were the only store around to have them in stock.There was something cool about the store, the rep I worked with, Edgar, started asking me about who I was currently with.Come to find out, they had a promo that not only got me a free phone, I was able to save money because I was prior military, bonus!I thought my speeds were fast on T-mobile, but I was wrong! I have been doing speed tests all over and Verizon is consistently better!After they switched me over, I got a follow up call to make sure my service met my standards. More, he thanked me for supporting his store. Who does that these days?There is something different about this store, it has made me a customer for life.

Gotta say, one of the easiest stores to deal with. Everyone knows when it comes to buying a new phone, getting something with your account taken care of, or just asking a mobile device question can be exhausting. With my experience here, I was not only helped, but also taken care of with ease and zero stress. Highly recommended!

I would say go to this store if you like seedy used car salesman because that is the experience you will have here. Not only will they hipe up the deal offered they won’t tell you that oh ya your unlimited plan you upgraded to ya that get throttled all the time so you can’t stream videos at all. Oh ya that free promo phone oh ya we won’t tell you that you pay for it for the first three months. Buyer beware. They are worse then sprint.

Today my gf went to pay out the bill as she’s switching to tmob.Guys In the store were really unhelpful and disrespectful to her mentioning that the prepaid card provided by tmob didn’t have money (lol) and that in order to pay out the bill she needs to set up Apple Pay (and they didn’t help setting it up!!). My gf was really frustrated and lost.Guys were really unprofessional making fun and joking around that my gf needs to go back to Verizon as Tmob “didn’t give you enough money”.Especially lady there wasn’t helpful and didn’t support the payout process at all suggesting to go home to set up Apple Pay(guys are you serious?!).The manager of the store said that if one machine didn’t accept Apple Pay - none of the machines will accept it.The most frustrated experience with Verizon - never again guys, thank you!
