I know contact phone but you end up paying twice as much as you would for the real phone and your bill stays about $100 and it is what it is Lie

Quick and friendly staff!Us cell is using virizon lines in Redmond OR and works better (for me) then T mobile.I am very happy with every aspect.

Their network is horribly slow and is not the best is rural areas as they advertise. I even heard an associate in the store tell a customer that they’d be better off going through a different company.I can understand though, my calls get dropped constantly and sometimes don’t even ring through. It’s frustrating and I cannot wait to switch providers.

The service is great and there is not a single person in this store that has done anything wrong. The problem is us cellular and there roaming scam. If you leave central Oregon you will be roaming on the network. After 500mb of data they throttle down the speed to nothing. They advertise that they have nation wide coverage and that’s a lie. I travel across the us all threw out the year and if I’m not using airport or hotel WiFi or any WiFi I’m roaming. I’ve asked about it several times and I always get the answer that they don’t have coverage in that area. The last time I talked to costumer service was about a month ago when I was in New York. I pulled up a coverage map while on the phone with one of their agents and asked them why the map shows that I’m covered when instead I’m roaming. It’s false advertising and I’ll have to go back to version. It’s a few dollars more but the support and coverage is way better. Bottom line, don’t waste your money on US Cell.
