Awesome, friendly, helpful employees! I went in to pick up an order I placed online & I got there around 8:55pm, & the store closes at 9pm. I wasnt sure where to go, so I asked an employee who was walking by. He not only told me where I needed to be, but he went with me & showed me exactly what to do, & explained the process to me, & he didnt leave me until he was sure I understood & that I would be helped. He was nice, & patient & kind, & by then the store was closed. The two guys who filled my order were fast & also super friendly & nice. Just a great experience overall.

Went in looking for boots that I got a couple of years ago to find that the Sears that isnt tools and yard equipment, I knew from growing up appears to be a dieing brand and store. It looked desolate and almost at a point of a everything must go closing sale. The tool and yard side appears however to be thriving.

I have never had any trouble from this store. I like to buy replacement parts for my cordless drill here, if you wait for a sale they are way cheaper than Amazon & eBay.

Great expereince in terms of getting questions answered about products. Nicole assisted us when we were comparison shopping for fridge, washer and dryer. Very knowledgable and helpful. We spent more time doing our homework on various appliances and ended up coming back to Sears Outlet to purchase our products. We feel extremely grateful for the time they took to answer all our questions yet NEVER felt pushed to buy from them.

I hate to post a ranting message but I had a TERRIBLE experience with both sears on the phone and the Reno Sears at Meadowood Mall and the Glendale warehouse locations.I ordered a patio dining set and seating online and specifically ordered for pick up at the meadowood mall location. I then proceed to get the email confirming My order was ready for pick up. I go that day which was a Sunday to the pick up location with my friend who has a truck. The guy working there comes out an says there was some mistake with my order and it was sent to the warehouse on Glendale. I was mad but I said fine I’ll go pick it up right now And he apologize again and told me the address. I then Arrive at the Glendale warehouse 15 mins later and the guys working the floor say oh the warehouse is closed today and we cannot go back there and get your order. If I thought I was upset before I was furious then! The guy at Meadowood should have told me it was closed but to be honest it should have never been sent to the warehouse in the first place! I even checked my email after this whole fiasco to confirm it wasn’t my mistake. I call customer service to complain and instead of helping me or offering some sort of condolence he says I can cancel my order or talk to the delivery people. I was so upset I just ended up canceling my whole order. I missed a call from Teresa from the Meadowood location who did apologize and offered to take a percentage off of my purchases but it was a little too late. I tried calling and asking to speak to her but the lady who answered said she didn’t know where she was in the store. Haven’t heard from her since and it’s been four days. I am never purchasing from sears again and to tell you what after seeing the quality of the patio set on display in person when I went originally to go pick it up at the mall location both sets were awful and im kind of glad I ended up not getting them.

The prices were not good. Spent time at the clearance rack, that stated 75% off the marked price, well, that turned out not to be true. The signs were completely misleading and ended up only buying a couple of items and left most of the other things behind.

Do not shop with Sears! Buyer beware! Orders placed online are incorrectly priced, improperly made and cancelled despite having charged a person for the product. The product is not delivered. Their in stock numbers are never right and you can never be sure youll get something.Black Friday pre-sales and day of sale pricing are not being honored and items bought are not being sent, but no refunds are provided and there is no one to call to help you. I have spent 4 days and hours on numerous calls attempting to resolve all the problems and have asked to speak with supervisors and managers and Im told theres no one else to help me. Ive not been called back by anyone.Customer service (even for calling the store) is outsourced to India and other countries. The only way to speak to a person is to walk into the store and they wont take any responsibility and wont resolve, any problems with online orders. They cant even see an order you placed online, in their systems.Sears isnt what or who they used to be. They dont stand behind their own company. Go elsewhere.

Ordered lawn mower. Set up delivery date on 6.29.17 between 5 to 7 pm. Ok, driver called at about 2.30. No mower on truck. Set up delivery for Saturday 7.6.17. Great. Some foreignor called. They dont deliver on Saturday. Next delivery on the 6th. or the 13th. Sorry Sears, been doing business with you for 50 years. Not again. No wonder youre going down the drain.

Damage to my Windshield caused by Reno Sears Auto CenterI took my car to the Reno Sears Auto Center on June 4th 2014 to have the tires rotated and balanced because the car had a high speed shimmy. The balancing wasn’t done and the car still had a high speed shimmy on the way home. I brought my car back two days later to have them do the balancing work that wasn’t done the first time. When I picked up the car the second time, there was a large crack in the front windshield. This was not there when I dropped the car off. I showed the manger the cracked window. I also noticed that the car had 29 more miles on the odometer than when I dropped it off – so they had taken it for a long “test” drive.The manager asked me to call Sears Customer Relations - which is actually a third party claims administrator that is outsourced to Sedgwick Corporation. I called Sears Customer Relations (Sedgwick Corporation) and opened a claim. A few days later the claims associate called and told me I could go prove my case in court because the Reno Sears Auto Center was disputing the damage.Wow!I’ve been a loyal Sears customer since 1969 and I’ve never been treated like that by Sears or by any business. I’ve also never filed a claim against any business. I sent a detailed email to their third party claims associate indicating that I would be more than happy to take them to court. They paid for the repair in full - but not without a fight. They also left 2 lug nut covers off which they replaced but I had to make a separate trip to pick them up. In all, I had to make 3 trips and the car still has a high speed shimmy. I’m not going back.You should not take your car to Sears Auto Center in Reno for any automotive work. If you do, make sure you take pictures of the entire car before you drop it off. You’ll need them. See the pictures in the review section showing the damage to my windshield.

Sears will not service any appliance under factory warranty!! They fail to tell you this when you purchase any. You have to contact the manufacturer direct with help weeks away!!! Terrible service from a company I USED to trust. 😡😡

Unreliable and incompetent. We ordered and paid for mattress in the store. Sears sent text before and on day of delivery confirming their commitment to deliver in a two hr window. Time came and went. No delivery. No phone call. Repeated attempts to reach Sears online and in store failed to connect with any human. Finally went into the store. Sales guy got delivery guy on the phone. No apology. No explanation. Just, “Yeh, we’ll reschedule.”Seriously? It’s a mattress in the back of a truck. How hard is this Sears?

Very poor customer service. They failed to register with Sears the extended warranty I purchased for my water softener and it took me a couple of hours on the phone to get it all straightened out so I could use it.I was told that the store where I purchased my water softener should have registered the warranty when I purchased it and they failed to do so at the Reno store.
