Had vehicle trouble. They test drove, nothing wrong. But diagnostic said differently. They didnt have capability to fix but gave a recommendation.

My son called me and said he had a nail in his tire. He works close to Les Schwab in Richland so we took it over. They repaired the tire and even rotated the tires for us free of charge. I tried to give them a tip and they wouldn’t take it. All they asked was to remember them when we needed new tires. I just want to say thank you and we will see you when we need new tires!

73 Mustang had a slow leak on one of the rear tires. Turned out to be a bad valve stem. They made the repair at no charge and had me back on the road within a hour. Great customer service. Will return when I purchase new tires.

Had a horrible experience. Needed my front brakes worked on and after I dropped my car off they called saying my suspension also needed to be replaced. After I told them NOT to work on the suspension they stopped working on my car entirely and only started on the breaks again after I showed up at the store in a panic because when I called to see if my car was ready (an hour after they told me it would be) the person I talked to made it sound like they were working on the suspension.If I hadn’t shown up I doubt I would have gotten my car back that day and I’m sure they would not have called me with an update.The front office staff was also very rude when I showed up in a panic and were not helpful at all.Won’t ever come back to this location and would not recommend anyone bring their car here.

Its Les schwab, the name brings confidence. Occasionally get the stressed, overworked employee but overall great service.

We have a “Les Schwab Story” we want to share. Driving on the interstate from Boise, Idaho to Bellingham, Washington on Friday the undercarriage panel of our Prius detached and started dragging on the road while driving at highway speeds. Very scary. Fortunately, we were near an exit to Richland so we got off the interstate and drove through town not sure who could even help us when we came upon Les Schab. We’re longtime Les Schwab customers in Idaho so we took a chance. After explaining our dilemma to Chris he told us to come around back and he’d take care of us. Within minutes he had us up on the lift, used heavy duty zip ties to reattach the panel and had us on our way — and at no charge. Our faith in good people and good businesses has been restored. Thank you Chris and thanks Les Schwab!

I ve been with Leslie Schwab 20 years. First California, and now in Richland WA. This shop in Richland is 5Aces! I pulled in a few days ago with a broken valve stem and a young man named Ryan was on it immediately, first checking the the valve for damage and then the stem, which proved to be the problem. I had seat in the very comfortable waiting room. They werent super busy, but steady. They had me back in my truck and happy within 20 minutes, no charge. They arent allowed to take cash tips but welcome coffee and donuts anytime. Best deals on tires so give them your business and be a happy camper. Super group of employees.

First time visiting a Les Schwab in 20 years. I went to them since they were minutes from my home. I took my wheel/tire off at home and brought it in to have a nail removed. I arrived at 2:52pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I handed my wheel/tire to the gentleman behind the counter. I gave my name, address, phone number and email address. I was asked if I had been there before and I informed the gentleman I had not. He thanked me for coming in and then took my wheel/tire into the service area for repair. I sat in the lobby at a table with my son until 5:00pm. We watched everyone who had been there ahead and after us receive service and leave. We watched the service techs fist pump, high five each other and laugh and have a great time. At 5:00pm I became concerned about my wheel/tire and inquired about it at the front desk. I was told by an embarrassed employee that it had been ready for a very long time. I showed her my phone and verified they had my number. Nobody called, emailed or informed me it was ready until I inquired an hour before they closed. I was then led into the service area where three service techs stumbled around searching for my wheel/tire. I had to eventually locate it myself as the employees had lost it. My son and I were disregarded and ignored for more than 2 hours. It was my first and last visit to a Les Schwab. Again, it was clear to me why I stopped going to them more than 20 years ago.

Five minutes before closing on New Years Eve (I didn’t realize they were about to close) I stopped in to get a slowly deflating tire looked at. Instead of turning me away, they got it in the shop, fixed the leak and had me on my way. And didn’t even charge me! And they did it with a smile. Five stars and two thumbs up!

Customer service and honesty are a thing of the past with this location. Every car that comes through there shop has bad lower control arms (there never really bad) you want them to mount and balance tires you got online they well try to charge you $250 avoid this place go to discount tire or tire rack

I had a flat and I was told it was not fixable. Instead, I was told I needed to buy 4 new tires, even though the tires had plenty of tread. I did go inside and received two quotes for new tires.I was unsure of the salesperson, felt rushed and off. I didnt understand why they couldnt at the very least put my spare on. I was having to put air in my tire twice a day. Glad I left and went to Costco where they patched the flat for me. The tire had a nail in it. It was not necessary to spend $800-$1000.

Every time I go here I end up having to take my car somewhere else. Either the problem gets worse, cant be fixed, or they dont have the stuff. Just bite the bullet and go somewhere else.

Dallas always does me honest. I paid quite a bit extra for snow tires for my VW Beetle but they are studless and I love them. She checks the tires throughout the year when I come in. And anytime I get a flat or a valve stem issue I bring in the offending tire and get it fixed right away. The last honest tire center.

Be very careful here. Stopped in to get a flat tire and the guy broke the stem to show us the tire is low and then said he didnt. Charged 68 $ to replace. Also we now have a grinding sound in the back when we no up we didnt have that till we took car in for a flat tire.

Les scwab is the best. They never leave a woman stranded. I always purchase batteries and tires through them.Recently after a year, my battery died. I was taking my dog to the park for a walk when I ran over some metal pieces that were all over an area of the expressway. After the walk I noticed one tire was rapidly losing air. I arrived at Les Schwab with a very hot dog on a very hot day. While they fixed my tire they were very gracious about letting me bring my dog into the air conditioned building so she could wait in comfort. The staff was friendly, through (checking the other tires for damage), and fast. After fixing the damaged tire they said there was no charge. Who could ask for more?

I came in this morning because my left front valve stem was leaking air & I had to get towed in - the tire was totally flat. But the guys today got it taken care of & I am now at work. Thank you! And pretty quick considering that the place is pretty busy.

Came in on 1/12/18 for a nail in the tire of my wife’s Audi. Dalia came out immediately and handled everything professionally and went as far as to merge and update my account information. Total time: 30 minute! This is why I come to Les Schwab.

Heres a quick summary of how my experience went with Les Schwab Tire Center:hit a curb real badcame in for a new tireI bought three new tiresthey didnt check the alignment properlytire popped 5 months laternotice all tires were bowed out and showing bad steel on the insidecouldve died...came back to Les Schawbthey claim it doesnt make sense and infer i might have had an accidentbought four new tires again and said he check the alignment this timethey tell me i need new struts and new shocks in the rear toothey MISQUOTE me by over $700!!!! (go from $1000 to $1700)*find somewhere else to go...that is my recommendation*

I went in, to buy a new battery, and have it installed in my Ford Edge.After they verified that I wanted them to install the battery, for a $15 fee, on top of the price of the battery, they said it would only take, a few minutes.30 minutes later, they moved my vehicle inside. About 20 minutes after that, they called me to the counter. They then explained that my tires and brakes were rather worn, and asked if I wanted to replace them...I explained that all I wanted, was my battery replaced. The employee looked at his paperwork, and tried to argue that I had asked for a brake inspection...After a few minutes, of his grumbling, he went out to change my battery.About 20 minutes later, they finished and drove my vehicle to the farthest parking spot, in the parking lot (the spot, that had the only puddle in the whole parking lot, at my driver side door.).At least, they did not charge me, for the unwanted brake inspection.

Highly disappointed with our visit. There were a couple people who were VERY nice, however the overall experience was not good. Not using this location again.

Really poor service. Had a set of 4 tires put on, was told they would be done around midday, came back, they said a couple more hrs, came back, they said first thing the next morning (we were going out of town mid morning), came back an hr after they opened, they still didnt have the car in the garage, got angry with them so they pulled it in. They installed the tires, threw away my spare (which I discovered when I got home and checked). Went back again, half an hr to get a spare. Got out of town late...so long Les Schwab.

Great I had to take my moterhome to have the air and lugnut check and this one can work on commercial size tires

The one star rating is directed towards the store manager Shane! He is pompous and treats people with zero respect! Unless you are spending thousands of dollars you do not matter. Free air checks are apparently frowned upon. Look forward to his departure. Hopefully sooner than later. The previous management was great and sorely missed!

Fair credit terms, prompt service, excellent attention.I have brought many vehicles here and have never been disappointed by the level of service.I AM disappointed by their new flagship tire, which I had installed on my 1984 Celica GT-S. I can no longer drift the car as its traction is too good. I literally cant get the butt to swing out on a car that would consistently break traction with FSS gumball tires.I was so impressed with them that I put them on my 2015 Corolla as well.Honestly, though, the only fault I can find with the tires is that they arent as efficient as the HRR tire that the Corolla came with, though they are fairly quiet and MUCH stickier (in the dry - have not had a chance to check their wet traction) than the stock tire, which is amazing given their 80k mile tread rating.Now Im installing a set on my 1993 Honda Civic and well have a go at their M+S rating.I may be premature with this, but thank you guys for the quality service and for engineering this tire.(I am NOT compensated by Les Schwab in any way for this review. I honestly like their service and product that much.)

I have had nothing but excellent service each time I have gone in or called for help from the Richland store on Stevens Drive. I especially appreciated when they came out and jump started my dead battery, so I could get to work on time, and then when I went in to have a new battery installed, they put in a much better quality battery than any place I went to in Utah. It has not died on me once in the past 3 years that Ive had it. Before that, I had to replace my battery or have it charged every single time the seasons changed; it didnt seem to matter where I bought the battery, (I lived in Utah at the time) not one of them would ever hold a charge for an entire year without dying at least twice. It was extremely annoying! But the battery from Les Schwab hasnt died once, even when I went back to Utah and subjected it to the exact same conditions as the others had gone through!I have also purchased chains here, and I like the option of being able to return them in the spring, if I dont use them during the winter.They have always been very courteous and prompt; and their rates are in line with any other place Ive been, if not lower. Their service, however, has ALWAYS been excellent; and not once have they tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman, unlike so many other places that have tried. Ive taken my vehicle in for tire rotations, air checks, and brake checks, and they did them at no charge, even though my tires had been purchased in a town in Utah, where there was no Les Schwab store. So, when it comes time to buy tires and replace my brakes, this Les Schwab on Stevens, in Richland, will definitely be the place I go. They have earned my trust and loyalty.

Brought in a flat tire that was not fixed the 1st time, my car still sits on a jack on the side of the road 5 hours later and now theyre closed. Estimated repair time was 2 hours. I told them no rush but cmon, same day would be appreciated. Poor communication, or i just fell through the cracks for not needing to spend enough money. Today I didnt need to buy 3 sets of tires for my 3 vehicles but when I do, Ill keep this in mind.
