I’ve been a customer at Auto experts close to 10 years, this is the place to go if you want your rig fixed right the 1st time, and at a fair price. The atmosphere is super chill, and welcoming. The guys are really knowledgeable, have no problem explaining the problem and solution. I’ve brought my personal vehicles, and company trucks to Bruce. Both Bruce, and Tyler have replaced engines, transmissions, transfer cases, timing belt, brakes, regular maintenance, and full on custom builds on my rigs. Auto Experts gets 2 thumbs up, and 5 stars from me. I’d definitely recommend Auto Experts to anyone looking get there vehicle serviced, or repaired!

I never write reviews, but I want to help protect others from this business. I was told that my daughters car could be fixed and I was quoted a price. The shop ended up not fixing the problem as promised, or completing work that they had agreed to originally. At the time of payment, he verbally told me the amount due (which was significantly more than he had originally quoted me), and THEN he actually processed my card for an even higher amount. And when I tried to discuss all these concerns, to try to find an amicable compromise, he started swearing at me.

Extremely knowledgeable mechanics who dont over charge and only fix the real mechanical problem. Very honest and forthright business. Highly recommend!

Ac wasn’t working over weekend. I called a few shops and most Didn’t have time to see me. Called this shop and was told to bring in car so I brought it here. I expected to be here for at least an hour but It literally took him 30 mins to work on my car and do an oil change on another car and now my Ac is working and I’m on my way. Nice job

The AC in my Jeep blew Sunday. I called Auto Experts in Richland Monday morning and less than 24 hours later they have the parts in and Jeep fixed! Awesome! I have a new mechanic! I picked them from reading good reviews online and hoped for the best. Im a satisfied customer.

Bruce and his crew replaced my clutch and when I got my car back, my clutch does not have the proper tension and he states it is as it should be but my clutch is not operating to the level it was before. My handbrake was also damaged and he refused to fix it. He is a dishonest mechanic and I will never seek this shops service again. Extremely disappointed. 2 star only because my clutch actually works.

No Star...... ALL GIRLS,,,ESP OLDER Women And with an older Vehicle. I brought an old truck told him to take his time...I drove the truck there.. When I got my truck, back/....charged for a battery, I drove the it there..and he didnt call to inform me...I remember feeling odd...(I have always hung with car people .so not feeling right but then I brought another old car down and said take youre time...it was at least 5 Months..but i thought he just doing a good job on the side... When I went to pick up my other car..as we walked to the vehicle..he said, oh and you needed a battery. At first I was wow..than I recalled, I Had just put a brand new expensive battery in...$180.00 From Oriellys...He acted like he knew nothing...then I pulled out my OReilly reciept and I still had almost 2 years left on the warrenty. He acted like he knew nothing. As if maybe one of his employees stole it without his knowledge....BS...Watch out for your batteries. He actually gave me $100.00 off my bill but it was bcuz I wasnt going anywhere. probably could have filed a police report!!! Theft!!!! I dont care if you dont know...BUT I THINK HE DOES BIG Business!!!!! Watch your batteries and any other part that could be replaced by something cheaper..In fact, watch every move they make
