My family has gone to complete suite for everything we need. The wait time to pick up our items is usually about a month.. This year we went in and ordered a sectional at the beginning of April, we were told it’d be in mid May. It is now May 24th and I was just told it wont ship to the store until June 4th meaning we won’t be able to have it until mid June. We’ve been with out a couch for over a month now because of the wait time. We’ve asked to have the display and we were told no because it’s a “hot item”. This will be the last piece of furniture we buy from this business.I’d give it one stars but Esau was a great sales man. Super patient and knowledgeable. I never felt like he was pushing us to buy, and when we were not interested in what he showed us he was understanding.

Their salesperson Pedro, bi-lingual, did an outstanding job of helping us select the perfect bedroom suite. His professionalism was extraordinary and our purchase price was less due to the stores Holiday Savings promotion.

I purchased a bedroom set $3600 Jan 2020,was told delivered 4 to 8wks I call them March no furniture ! I call April no answer I then emailed no response ..then in May there site post order online and pick up only..ok so I call and email no response..June 2020 I reversed all charges and bought elsewhere..July 2020 I get a call asking me if I was ready for my Furniture..lol what a bunch of incompetent fools!

Ross is a great guy to work with. This is the second time we have worked with him and he is always nice and very helpful. Wasn’t there the day we actually bought our furniture but Pedro was helpful and stayed after closing to make sure we didn’t have any other questions.

Selection and prices on a variety of furniture were good. I feel the brands I purchased are of high quality. Extras like mattress covers are not worth their high price; you can find better at Amazon, Costco and Walmart for less than half. Salesperson was helpful. I bought the additional warranty; I wouldnt buy that, again, as too difficult to use and redeem.

Really nice selection. Salespeople arent super pushy which is a plus. Lots of variety snd selections. Prices are average for nice furniture.

We visited four different furniture stores in the same day and Complete Suite Furniture was tops in all areas. Their prices were by far much better than other store. We found the same piece of furniture in a store just across the highway $1,300 more on a piece that was $1,600 at Complete Furniture. The sales people were cordial, helpful and very professional. We dont buy furniture often but this store was suburb.

Walked in to the store friendly atmosphere but nobody greeted us was interested In a few items waited to see if someone would ask us if needed help still nobody walked around for about 30 minutes looking at a variety of items still nobody asked us if we needed help. Good selection and quality just staff seem not very well into greeting customers

While my sales clerk was extremely nice and helpful, been waiting for a table set for almost a month 🤔, coming Lewiston, it was in Spokane a week and ½ ago and as of last Friday it was ... we dont know where 😳

This place has wonderful pricing and finance options, but nearly everything is on at least a month backorder. Not helpful staff and I believe the manager at the time name was Pedro, he would make snide remarks and faces when we would complain about oout backorder.

***BUYER BEWARE*** Our experience has been completely awful. We will NEVER shop there again and are considering ALL our legal options for this situation. We purchased a sectional we were told (through heavy sales approach) was made by a high quality furniture factory in Oregon. A few months later the recliner broke and the chaise lounger batting in the seat bunched up beyond any ability to sit comfortably. After my husband and I calling and leaving several messages and talking with someone only twice, I advised the manager at the Richland store that we just wanted our money back if they couldnt fix this, to which he replied Well, that aint gonna happen. He was rude, and indifferent to our concerns and he was supposed to call me back about order (he couldnt find it). That was 3 days ago....

Horrible experience....we special ordered and prepaid for a dining room set....after 8 to 12 weeks as quoted and no phone calls they said it would be another 10 weeks....after another 10 weeks and no calls i call to find out where my stuff is and they said it was in. I go to pick up and they lost it....never shop here they take your mowny and dont care at all

We needed dining room chairs. We had been to every other store in tri cities. They were probably 20% cheaper on some of the same chairs that we saw at other places. There was no sales pressure at all.
