I recently had a part break on a Stressless chair I had purchased from Bell furniture some years ago. I had since moved and tried several Ekornes dealers in my state to no avail. I contacted Bell again after many years and quickly my problem was addressed. Within a day after having contacted the distributor, the warranty parts were in the mail, free of charge. Not only do they know proper warranty procedures for the furniture they sell, their helpful can do attitude was superior to the other dealers I contacted. These chairs are expensive and I needed help. I have nothing but the highest regard for this store. I strongly recommend buying from Bell as they stand behind their sales. Again thanks !

This place has a lot of quality furniture that will last a lifetime. Not only do they have those comfy Stressless chairs but upstairs they have a lot of wood bedroom sets that the amish make. Definately worth the visit to downtown Richland. They are next to a couple great sandwich shops so you can grab a bite while you are shopping:)

So glad we went here! Staff was super helpful and informative, never felt any pressure to buy anything. We originally werent going to go here but Im so glad we did! I found the perfect living room set and at a great price. Salesperson was super patient, sent me home with samples of fabrics and leathers. I would definitely recommend!

We were tired of buying furniture that didn’t last so we gave this store a try. We have been in the store in the past but the staff was not friendly. It’s changed and they’re great now. We bought a Stressless chair and I am sure it will last a long time and be very comfortable!

We have bought a few pieces of furniture from them. Mr Carroll is outstanding. People mention the higher prices, but when shopping please compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. When you buy from Richland Bell your new furniture is not going to fall apart in a couple years. Some will last a lifetime! They have always been upper end shopping and that is why this family business has been in business for so long! As we continue to replace cheaper things in our home, we will continue to be a Richland Bell customer. You get what you pay for! Our pieces are Amish and Flexsteel.

Ive been shopping here since 1991 when I moved up here. Arriving penniless and starting a new job in a week they financed all I needed and they were a life saver for me. Back then I was the guy who didnt have any idea what furniture to get.My second time here I got a coffee table and my first stressless chair. The chair finally bit the dust,.23 years of use, darn near constant use if I was at home. Obviously the chair was worth every penny.My latest visit was today and I found a nice chair to replace my old one. I put off getting the chair as I saw a perfect curio cabinet of which Ive been waiting for the past 15 years plus to pick up. Its even half off which just might turn my hand later this week.All in all no complaints and I recommend them for those who like to live a little on the posh side.

The guys down there fixed my favorite chair and I was out of there in 15 minutes . Great folks to do business with.
