I called to purchase a Magnum Classic II mid morning and spoke with Marna. She made sure that the bike was ready to be picked up that afternoon. Charles got it put together and I picked it up at 230. It has been about 8 months since I bought my bike and it is going great! Im glad I made an appointment because when I got there they were ready with bikes for me to try. You can hop right on the capital trail for a safe test ride, which makes all the difference. I love the bike I got and everyone was so knowledgeable. I will update when I take it in to be serviced, but it hasnt needed it yet

I was very interested in buying a new e-bike and Marna was wonderful about answering all of my questions and concerns. It was great they have bikes to test drive. The technician was also on hand for the more complex questions. They made me feel very comfortable with my decision, and in fact, before I was done my wife decided to buy one also. We cannot wait for the bikes to arrive. I am so glad we were able to support a lovely local small business. Their price was better than if I ordered it direct from the manufacturer. Bradley is an awesome mechanic. I replaced my shifters on my rode bike about a year ago and could never get things dialed in. Brought my bike to Kul Wheels as they are 10 min from me. Bradley replaced my derailleur cable, barrel adjuster, cleaned my derailleur, and bent the hanger back into true as it was bent. He did this while I waited and we chatted about our old bikes. Very friendly service at more than reasonable rates. Please support local businesses like this in the east-end. We need them.

I recently purchased an ebrike and replaced the mechanical brakes with hydraulic ones. I did the work myself and wasnt sure that I had the adjustments correct, so on Saturday I made my first visit to Kul Wheels.I was greeted by a very courteous young man named Charles. He listened carefully to my concerns, helped me remove the bike from the truck, and briefly examined the bike. He said I probably had the adjustments correct, but he would check everything to make sure all was okay and safe.Charles called on Tuesday and said had adjusted the brakes, checked everything, and all was in order. (He even installed the cable crimps for me. I had held off doing so in case the calipers needed to be removed.) I picked the bike up that afternoon. Charles and another friendly colleague of his helped me load it onto the truck. The cost of the work was very reasonable.Located in Eastern Henrico, Kul Wheels is near the Virginia Capital Trail. They have a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. They rent and sell ebikes as well as service them. Were very fortunate to have this fine shop in the area. Please support them!

What a pleasant surprise on the trail today. The folks at Kul Wheels are friendly and helpful. Bradley is a top notch mechanic and had me on my way in no time. Marna welcomes you with a warm smile and enthusiasm.

The only thing I wished they did differently was fit me for the bike. I realized that seat was too low after I left there. The thing that loosened the seat was extremely tight and needed my friends special tool to loosen it. If I didnt have her there, I would have had to bike back.

Our first time on an e-bike, we had a great time both on the capital trail and in urban Richmond. Our guide, Rhonda, was was very cheerful and professional!

Way too Kul! Our group opted to head East on the bike trail towards Williamsburg. We had a beautiful ride through the woods. Very peaceful and a GREAT ESCAPE! Food and drink stops all along the way. The bike seats were extremely comfortable and we hardly pedaled at all. Highly recommended for solo riders, large groups, or corporate events. We will DEFINITELY be riding the bikes again.

What a wonderful bike! I test rode it By making an appointment with Kul Wheels. Then I purchased the Blix Sol and had it shipped to Kul Wheels. This was after excellent communication with Marna. Bradley did an excellent job assembling my bike with the friendliest attitude. 507 miles later of pure joy riding my bike, it was time for my free 90 day tuneup. Bradley did a great job and even got rid of the squeaky breaks. This company provides excellent, friendly and professional service. Check them out. I highly recommend them and their bikes.

Ran across this shop last week after biking. Great customer service! The bike mechanic Bradley worked magic on a used bike I recently purchased that needed some work. Bradley got it riding like a well oiled machine! Will be recommending this shop to all my neighborhood riders. Of course they will always have my business!

These bikes are great! Like a regular beach bike except you don’t have to pedal. We rode to the canal walk and back in less than an hour. Really fun. Will definitely go do this again, many times!

The guides were super helpful and accommodating. I went with a group and they made sure everyone was comfortable with their bike before we started. They handled issues (operator errors) efficiently and with skill. Id recommend them to anyone that wants to have a fun day.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERIENCE ENOUGH! They are so friendly, accommodating, and thorough! This is by far one of the best things Ive done in Richmond. Its a great way to enjoy a beautiful day with friends and get some exercise without killing yourself. We took our bikes up the beautiful Capital Trail, stopping at breweries for tasting along the way, & then back to Rocketts Landing for lunch.
