I blew a tire while out of town from North Carolina, and was so glad I found this spot. They were able to get me in promptly to get me new tires and align them for a very reasonable cost, and the customer service was top notch. If I lived in Richmond I would absolutely take my car here regularly. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road!

Ive never had a problem with Crumpton Tire and Auto, and Ive been taking my old jalopies to these guys for several years. Theyve done a fine job of keeping my old vehicles running. Nice folks, easy to work with, reasonable in-out time, sensible prices, reliable service.

Went to get something very minor done and the bumper of my car was removed somehow when I picked my car up. Would not recommend at all!!!!!!!! 11/17/19- My bumper was absolutely removed! I stated that I went for something VERY minor in my review. Im pretty sure that mistake was not documented as well and I have NOT returned since then.

After a tire blowout, they had replacement tires ready to go fast. Friendly, and fast service. I had paint damage from the blowout and they went above and beyond to take out the scuff marks caused by the blow out. Highly recommend!!

These guys are the best. Theyre friendly, dont try to play any games with you, and even though I just started taking my car to them, they treat me almost like family. While waiting for service, Ive seen them interact with long-time customers, and theres obviously a huge level of trust. Im so glad we found them!

2 years ago this place went out of their way to help me with a stripped lug nut when AAA couldnt even get it off. I have been using them ever since. Great employees and great service. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Highly recommend.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. This business took my money for a brand new tire a month ago (which I found out today they didn’t give me a warranty for). Then turned right around today and damaged that very tire by driving my vehicle without my consent (written or verbal)while my vehicle was in for a repair on another tire. They also damaged the paint on my rear bumper. When I called to let them know about this, the female office worker was rude and nasty as if my concerns didn’t matter then the guy who drove my car and damaged my second tire hung up on me 3 times, told me that I need to shut up and that I talk too much! Here I am 20 miles away from home nearly stranded!!! Who wouldn’t be in a panic? What a way to treat someone who has trusted your business on TWO separate occasions. Garland who handled the transaction and who was “seemingly” a nice man, never even reached back out to me to see if they could remedy the situation by replacing the tire they damaged. Please do yourself a favor (especially people of color) and avoid this prejudice, unprofessional, back yard business.

Dishonest. I went in for an inspection. Was told I needed 4 new tires. Requested to see the wear, as I dont just take any1s word. Employee showed me wear on 2 tires & told me I needed all new tires. Failed inspection. Once in my car, looked at the inspection paper. Showed only 2 tires checked off that needed replacing. Will never go there again!

This is the best place in Richmond to get your car serviced. The entire staff is honest, fair, prompt, and courteous. Garland and Aaron have excellent customer service skills!

If you want top notch service from people that care the people at Crumpton Tire & Auto will provide it. I have been dealing with them for years and I know that they have a very good customer base (many are friends of mine). That should say it all.

Had an issue with the spoiler under the front of my car. Staff was very helpful when I drove in after 5 pm and solved my issue. Will definitively return there in the future

Car needed oil change and a tire checked. They changed oil to conventional instead of synthetic that it needed and clearly just added air to the tire instead of servicing it! The car takes synthetic oil only! It was not a matter of preference.I think this shows a very lazy approach to service.
