When Lapels first opened up they provided outstanding service. They offered a black bag service, that represented a “rush service, or higher priority service and clothes were back within a day or two. Now I turn my clothes on using this same bag and I’m lucky to get them back in a week. This last experience I had I waited 6 days for my clothes and only the shirts came back. It was another 2 days to get the pants. 8 days for simple/standard dry cleaning—dress shirts and slacks. Decided to stop using Lapels.Reading the other reviews this seems to be an issue with this place. I’m very curious why the owner/manager only responds to positive reviews by thanking them and rarely addresses the lower ratings?

Visited 9/19, and was advised that Alteration will take 1 1/2 weeks.Alteration took 2 weeks. Employee said will call me to advise the update, but never did. I need to follow up everyday, but the phone was NOT answered. Very pleased with my dry meaning work. Liked Naz’s friendly disposition. Will bring all my dry cleaning needs here for sure

My first experience was not great. Stained clothing and a once black and white outfit is now black and ivory. I thought I would give them another try because they are close to my home. I had nine tops and my bill yesterday was over $70.00. That’s highway robbery. I was told that my tops were considered dresses (they are plus size tops). While the owner did give me a lousy discount, I will never go back to this cleaners again. They are a rip off. Another local cleaners that is much cheaper does a much better job with my dry cleaning.Be warned. Don’t use this cleaners!!

My Daughter needed her prom dress on a specific day. and Even though there was some confusion the counter lady with the glasses and head scarf, her name started with a J, went above and beyond customer service to make sure I was at ease and that my order would be there on time. And it was!! I wish other establishments had compassionate customer service workers like her!!

Pretty pricey but the friendliness from the manager is so worth it.

Specifically asked that my king sized down comforter be dry cleaned. They instead laundered it as per manufacturer instructions. Didnt get it back until 3 weeks later as they were out of comforter bags. Spoke with the owner, as I was not pleased with it. The sheen was gone. It was then dry cleaned for free but the damage had already been done. Owner said shed contact manufacturer then follow up with me. She never did. When I got the comforter back the second time it was in a bag with a stapled handle that broke as I walked out. Ill never patronize this cleaners again.

Always great service and they take care of our clothes. It’s a bit expensive but on the other hand they do a great job.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. They did a great job. And the woman who helped me has kids at the same school as mine. So it feels like doing business with a neighbor.

New to the area, live 4 minutes from this place... would be perfect. I arrived at 08:53 am Saturday 09/30/17 in hopes to find my new go to dry cleaner but the door is locked and nobody is there. On to another place...

The quality of the cleaning is good but both times I used them I showed up and they didn’t have my dry cleaning done when they said they would. I suggest going the next day they say it will be done.

I took my lab coat to this shop a little more than 1 wk ago, was promised that it would be ready for pick up in 2 days. I noticed a total of 3 stains, 1 on each of the cuffs and 1 on the collar when i picked it up 2 days later. I took it back to the store for a do-over and was told to come back in 2 days. Then when i picked up my coat i noticed it was never cleaned because not only the stains were there so were the stain stickers. The associate at the store apologized and promised that she would make sure it is cleaned and she would call me when its ready. 2 more days later i received a phone call from the associate that they would have to keep my lab coat for the wkend. In the end it took them a grand total of 9 days to clean one lab coat and it would have been a disaster had i needed the coat early.Suffice to say this store wont get my business in the future and i would not recommend it to anyone.
