I’ve been coming here for years, the staff and the doctors are very nice and very professional. I love the fact that the staff will help you when trying to find the perfect frame. The doctors are very thorough and patient.

I was due for an eye exam and found Eye Needs online, after looking over the list of providers in my network. After reading several wonderful reviews about Eye Needs, I decided to book my appointment. Eye Needs did not disappoint. I had such a great experience. The office was clean. The staff was very nice and the Dr. was fantastic. She was thorough and took the time to answer any questions I had. Over all it was a positive experience.

Dr Nguyen and her staff are THE BEST! I have been a patient of hers for years. She explains my eye health in ways I can understand and she is very friendly! They have a good team at this office, everyone has been there for years, which shows loyalty and great teamwork!

Ice had metal in my eye 2 times from welding and grinding and do a fantastic job. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will be back to actually do my eye exam.

I’ve been taking my family to Dr. Nancy Nguyen since 2013. She has been great with my kids as they have grown through the years, and she is easing me through my reader years currently. I highly recommend her and the friendly staff that has been there for years as a family optometrist. They, also, have a great selection of frames to choose from.

The process was easy from scheduling appointment to ordering materials. It’s convenient the office has weekend availability. Staff was nice, office was very clean and the doctor was friendly. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

I had the first appointment of the day- had several reminders;however, had to wait for office staff to open up- several minutes late opening the door. Respect my time as I am responsible (and expected) to respect yours..

Only 1 small suggestion- my eyes are sensitive to strong scents and although the air fresheners smell nice - it is a little over powering. Had a very great experience here. I was hit in the eye with a racquetball and they were able to see me right away to check my eye out. I didnt have insurance and they only charged me 70$ for a full workup. The front lady was very helpful as was Dr Ali. Thanks again ladies

I love coming here to get my eyes checked. Everyone is super nice. Dr. Nguyen is excellent. She makes sure you see and feel your best. I highly recommend coming here over a big chain.

The last place I went to gave me a bad prescription. Due to bad allergies there was a lot of eye spasm but Nancy Nguyen at Eye Needs caught it immediately and gave me allergy drops first before testing my eyes at least 3-4 times on separate visits before giving me the perfect prescription!What impressed me most was a) Nancy understood the issue b) took time to explain to me what the issues were and c) got it right and didnt compromise my vision needs.THANK YOU!

Both Doctor and Staff were incredibly friendly and patient with my three kids. My prescription is accurate and comfortable, great frames. Doctor was not hurried and spent time explaining her tests and their results.

The reason I chose this office (EYE Needs) because it is in Davis Vision Network. I gave them a call to see if I can be seen today since my insurance is expiring by the end of this month. Talked to the front desk Ms. Theresa; she seems pretty nice and informative (a reason to get 1 extra star). She said I can come in as a walk-in right now, but she did not mention how long the wait will be. Therefore, I dropped everything and came into the office (a long drive). Ms. Theresa went to lunch and did not communicate with other frontdesk personnel. Therefore, when I showed up, I have to explain everything all over again, very inconvenient for the patients. I showed up at 1:15pm and was being patient as a “walk-in”, sat there and waited for 20 minutes and was told the doctor is at lunch and will be back at 2pm. So, I took my wife next door shopping, then came back at 1:52pm. Nobody at the front desk greeted me when I came back or informed me what’s going on or how long the wait will be. Again, I was patiently waiting as a “walk-in” for another 40 minutes, then one of the receptionists came to me and informed me there are 4 patients ahead of me, do I want to schedule an appointment or wait for another 2 hours?! I gently replied, it’s okay, don’t worry about it, and I left.To the staff: Remember my time is valuable, too. Don’t tell me to come in if you know you have a full schedule. I did not ask for a favor when I called. Please put yourself in your patient’s shoes and act accordingly!
