Ridgefield Vision Center is simply the best! My wife and I have been going there for years and it’s always a positive experience. The staff is great and very accommodating. Easy to schedule an appointment. They utilize more technology to evaluate vision than any other optometrist Ive seen in the past. We will continue to use them for many years to come.

First visit to this practice was a wonderful experience. Was able to get appointment the same day I called. Dr. Paschal diagnosed the problem right away and initiated a referral before I left their office. I would recommend Ridgefield Vision Center to anyone needing eye care.

First time with this place. First, as a coach and teacher it is very difficult to schedule appointments normally. The receptionist worked very hard to find me a time and was extremely friendly. I was greeted and seen immediately. My optometrist gave me a full exam, explaining why and how she was evaluating each part of my eye. I also ordered contacts before leaving. Everyone was attentive from the first walk in to the walk out of the door. I will be back every year!

Best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had and I look forward to ordering my new glasses there.i was seen the day after I called. Walmart eye doc did not return my call after stating I had an eye infection. Left several messages, Walmarts eye glass office would not adjust or fix my glasses which were very expensive and only 2 years old and I had only worn them 6 times. Find providers who take your care seriously! I recommend Ridgefield Vision Center and Dr. Paschal!

The staff is amazing! Patient and kind with my 8 year old. Helped find a nice pair of glasses for my 8 year old as well. They also helped repair the current pair of glasses until the new pair arrives! I highly recommend!!

These are the nicest and most professional folks to deal with! I broke my glasses at 10pm Thursday and they worked me into the schedule at 9am Friday. I was grateful for Mike’s call at 8:00 telling me to come in. Dr. Droter is very through and concerned for my well being. Mike is super helpful in helping me sort through the selection process, insurance questions and keeping things affordable. I strongly recommend the team!

Very knowledgeable staff and Dr’s. SO welcoming and delightful. While they have expensive frames they don’t push you to purchase those but what you like and are comfortable with the price. The exams are extensive and they welcome questions. You are not rushed. Love them!! And you will, too.

I have been going here since i have arrived to virgina. As my eyes are getting older, i went to get glasses. The doctor would not listen to me. Sold me glasses for computer work, when i cant see driving or even watching tv. I ordered glasses with tint when you go out side and they switched it to blue reducing computer tint. Thats not what i asked for or ordered. Still will not listen when i asked.. Im out hundreds and still dont have what i need. Why do doctors do this. I will never return.

This review is long overdue. Fantastic experience. Dr. Paschal was wonderful, and very thorough. I had an especially good experience with Mike when getting fitted for frames and choosing lenses. I am a very difficult customer in that regard, and my eyesight is extremely sensitive. I actually expect problems with every pair of new glasses I get, even when nothing changes with my prescription. I explained this to Mike and he listened carefully and immediately seemed to appreciate what I was saying and knew how to handle it. He knew I needed something very similar to the glasses I was currently wearing, and that all of the various specs needed to be just right. He found the perfect frames, and when the glasses arrived they felt exactly like wearing my old, comfortable glasses that were unfortunately falling apart. No adjustment whatsoever. First time in perhaps ten years that had happened. Loved them so much I bought a second pair. And when something happened to the frames, he replaced them for me. Hes also just a really nice guy and seems to enjoy interacting with his customers. This place is wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff is courteous and extremely helpful when choosing my lenses. Very patient as I tried numerous styles on. And then having to clean everything after I was done. Also Dr. Pascal is very thorough. We are trying a new lens that will hopefully help with my astigmatism. But if it’s not perfect she will continue working with me to help me find the best option for me. Highly recommend.

I had an eye examination and purchased contacts and glasses at Ridgefield Vision Center. Between the Doctor and the Glasses Technician, I now have the best fitting and best vision with my glasses that I have ever had. So good, I rarely wear my contacts. Very satisfied.

It was very quick and easy. I had set an appointment and they told me it would take 30 minutes to get my glasses back, and it took almost exaclty 30 minutes. very quick, covid safe, and efficient. Im very glad i was able to get my new lenses.

I absolutely loved my experience at Ridgefield Vision Center. It was my last day of coverage before I switched medical plans and I spoke with Amber and she was able to find me a slot to come in for an appointment immediately. She made my day before I even arrived! Upon arrival, my temperature was taken and I was asked to fill out paperwork in the car. I appreciated the extra precautions to keep the patient and the staff safe during this very odd time. Everyone I met was so welcoming and, after not seeing people in months, it was refreshing to walk into such an inviting atmosphere.
