Amazing experience, I was 15 minutes late to my appointment which happened to be the offices last appointment of the day. Even so, they never rushed me through my entire visit. I got a very thorough eye exam by Doctor Rahman and the technicians were super helpful with ordering my glasses and contacts!

I had a good experience at this optometrist. Staff was friendly and professional and good at doing all the tests to get basic eye information for Dr Rahman. The doctor is very personable and professional and appears to know his field of expertise very well. I have had eye care for years from an optometrist who retired so I can recognize when someone knows what they are doing.

We visited with our entire family over the weekend. And highly recommend this for your eye care needs. Dr. Rahman and staff were well attentive and caring. Came here last January and the female receptionist had a bad attitude and was unwelcoming.Decided to give this place another chance but they were closed during open hours!

I was very happy with the experience with the doctor just not the staff in particular with the front desk associate. At the time of my appointment she was training someone how to set up the equipment and do the exam but she wasn’t particularly nice or friendly. She must of been having a bad day later I returned to select my frames but she wasn’t that interested in explaining anything just told me my allowance with my insurance was $150 and the frames I selected weren’t in the range she just made me feel like they didn’t care for my business.

Went here since a few people personally recommended it and I see why! Dr. Talha Rehman and his staff were so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable! They had a great variety of frames at an affordable price. Ended up getting my Tom Fords from there for half the price I would’ve anywhere else !

I decided to give this business a five star after my second visit. I am guilty of not sticking with my eye doctor but in Dr. Talha, I have found just the right doctor for our family. This place is very conveniently located. Very easy to get appointment. But most importantly Dr. Talha gives you the attention one deserves. Not at any point we felt rushed. He did exam of my entire family with a kid as small as 6. I think I am finally settled with the right eye care.

We ran in to a dps snafu trying to get my son’s license. Well he failed his visions and I called around and miraculously they were able to get us in same day. Doctor was excellent and so was the front rep. Super friendly and super helpful and VERY patient considering our circumstances. Thank you again I highly recommend!

After calling countless numbers of places to ask a simple question about lenses and getting rude receptionists that give indirect answers, I decided to call this place. Now I usually do not leave reviews unless the business is extremely terrible or extremely impressive, in this case this was the latter. My wife has worn a specific type of lens since her childhood, she only wears those specific lens and will not try anything else. (She doesnt even know why she wears them, just because they are nice) I called this place and asked the receptionist Henry on if they offered the lens for her and how much it would cost, he put me on a brief hold to ask the senior optical manager my questions. After a 3 minute hold, Henry returned and gave me a very detailed explanation that left me highly impressed. He took the time to cater to a customer who was just asking a simple question, but he went further into explaining how everything worked to which I finally understand. But the cost was too much which I told him, but the conversation did not end there. He then proceeded to call me back and said they could do a Christmas special deal, but I still declined. Overall I really was glad there is still customer service out there, hopefully people can read my review to its entirety and give this place a chance. Employees are trained well, Henry is top notch, one day I will make a trip around when my financials are settled. Thank you Texas Eyecare and Optical

This was by far the best customer service I have received from an optometrist’s office! They make you feel welcomed, there is no long wait time, they are friendly and my glasses prescription came in two days ! Dr. Rahman was very knowledgeable and cared about my concerns and didn’t get frustrated with my many questions. Henry was awesome, as well ! He was very helpful and knowledgeable also ! So excited to have found this eye doctor close to my house. The staff is all very knowledgeable and there is a good selection of glasses. My lenses only took a couple of business days to come in. On a not as important note the office is pretty as well.

My experience at Texas Eyecare & Optical was really a great experience. I needed glasses ASAP after experiencing a painful eye the whole week and I was able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday, close to their closing hour. How awesome. Just went in, fill out a little paperwork and had my exam. Jocelyn and Dr. Rahman was awesome. She was very courteous and helpful. Though I went in close to their closing time, they both still took their time with my exam. Dr. Rahman was extremely detailed explaining my symptoms and result. My glasses came in a little less than a week. And though had to return my first selection to get another, they were very patient and friendly. Jocelyn helped me make the best selection, being my first time wearing glasses. I truly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy I received to help me resolve my issue. I will definitely recommend them anytime. You guys are the best.

I took my daughter to this location; the staff and doctor are very friendly, they take the time to explain everything their doing. Our wait time was about 7 minutes, my daughters eye glasses were ready for pickup on the second day. I highly recommend this doctor.

Kept driving by here and finally went in one day. Dr. Rahman and Henry are amazing! They take the time out to answer all questions and make sure you understand everything before letting you leave. I went in for a follow-up appointment on my contacts today, and Dr. Rahman listened to me and gave me another brand to try after explaining to me why the first one wasnt working as well. On top of that I had to call and cancel my appointment this morning to reschedule for this afternoon, and I didnt leave a message. Henry just called me back by seeing the missed call. My husband and I came here recently and absolutely loved our experience! The staff were so sweet and helpful and Dr. Rahman really knows his stuff! He’s even fit me into his schedule for a terrible allergic reaction I had in my eyes. Told me what to do, wrote my prescription right away and even checked in with me a few days later to see how I was feeling. Not many doctors will do that, and I recommend him to everyone I know!

Ive been wearing glasses since I was in 6th grade, and Im very picky about who I see (in fact Ive only switched my optometrist twice in my life). Dr Rahman seems enthusiastic about his field of study. He is very detailed oriented and wants you to understand everything hes doing and why. Ive ended up learning something new about eye health every time Ive had a visit (twice now). The clinic is clearly new and has the latest and greatest tech in eye care. The staff isnt pushy; they initially asked me if they could assist when I browsed the showroom, and then seldomly asked after that, but were more than willing to answer and assist when asked. I buy a new pair of rx frames usually twice a year, and Im pleased to say that their showroom isnt trying to price gouge! They have a plethora of frames for every pocketbook; from no-brand frames to designer frames like Ray-Ban, Versace, Oliver Peoples, Tom Ford etc.
