Annette is a very pleasant and knowledgeable associate. I picked out two frames and she said l may want a slightly different shape lens. I tried her suggestion and they looked better and fit perfectly. She then went over my insurance coverage and explained all my options. I also purchased a pair of sunglasses, same frames. The sunglasses were ready in less then one hour and they fit perfectly. My other glasses will be ready in two weeks and I look foward to going back. All the associates I talked to were exceptional this is a great staff. If you have an associate of the year my vote goes to Annette. Thank you for a great experience.

This was a wonderful experience from the time I went in to select frames to the time I picked up my new glasses. The selection of frames was fantastic with a broad price range! With Lauras assistance I was able to pick out a frame I know Ill be happy with for a long time - and thats a very big deal. Additionally, I can see well out of my progressive lenses. This is a departure from my previous two pairs of glasses, each from different businesses. I only wish Id come to Eyemart Express before wasting my time and money at the other places...

Customer service through LAUREN was wonderful;however, when I called back to find out the status of my glasses an associate named ERIC tells me theyve been calling to tell me my glasses were ready. When I asked for the number they called to my surprise it was my deceased husbands phone number who died 5 years ago. To make matters worse today was his 5th year death anniversary- and Eric refused to keep the shop open so I could get my desperately needed glasses. Theres nothing worse than trying to move on with your life and the representative tells you he cant stay open 5 more minutes and lied about the phone number that I left with them to call. Ive never been so hurt in my life, yet his only response was oh well...its whats in the system and thats not my problem. if you ever want empathy or are in a desperate need for quality service do not see ERIC at this store. He was rude as hell.

Ive been to several places to purchase eye wear, and this one, by far is the best! There is a wide selection of frames with many different price points. I have a very small face so I picked a childs frame that fit me perfectly. Annette is the absolute most wonderful and best at customer service! She tried several options in order to give us the best deal. She took her time with us, and patiently did all of the math to get us this deal. This is the 2nd time weve worked with her and she as personable and wonderful the first time as well. Annette is a hard worker and shows that she cares for each of her customers. She should get a raise!

The COVId process on the door states “if door is locked then sign in and remain in car” The door was open so my daughter and I entered disinfected our hands and proceeded in the building. So I lost my primary pair, my back up pair and my spare pair. I went in to Eyemart Express and I was greeted and treated with a lot of kindness; like I was the only customer there. I have a story to tell.I had originally purchased my glassed from Eye mart here in Midlothian Tnpk.They were two years old. At the beginning of the shutdown due to the virus I had my glasses on the bed and I leaned on them and broke one of the stems. Knowing that the stores were closed due to all thats going on. I thought I’d try calling the 1-800 number. I spoke with a gentleman and he said that he could help me. He said that the broad st store location They have a PO box where I could mail my glasses where they pick up once a week for repairs. The glass on my glasses were in Good shape. Even though expired.He said I would need to get a new exam for my eyes but thats wasn’t available due to virus. I told the gentleman I needed my glasses to see. So he told to mail the glasses and he would help me. I was going to have to pay just for the frames. I sent them through the UPS store and they got destroyed in the process. I Called the gentleman at eye mart and told him what had happened. While all this was happening. He told me that they are no longer picking up at the PO box. I explained that I had no glasses and was in trouble if I didn’t get a replacement asap. After a few days I receives an email from this gentleman and in the letter he said he was going to send me the same glasses. Frame, lens all as when I first purchased them. I was humbled and thankful. I told him that i will find a way to pay for the glasses. He told me not to worry. That they are giving them to me through the emergency fund they have.I must say. They treated me like gold!Thank you EyeMart ! You built my faith in this great American way!I recommend this company for being community minded and having a staff that went the extra mile.Thank you EyeMart!

A few months ago, one of my lenses fell out of my glasses after I dropped them. I took them back in for an immediate repair, and they were so friendly. I appreciated that it was free. Eyemart was new to me so I called ahead. Unfortunately, I couldnt have an eye exam there but there was an optometrist next door (kind of like Costco). When I came in, the place was busy even with the volume of people there I found the staff to be quite pleasant. Placed my name on the sign-up list, had coffee at Starbucks, and came back about 30 minutes later. I picked out some very reasonably priced glasses and got an amazing deal! Debra was a joy to work with and got a text that was glasses were ready much earlier than I had expected. Overall, a great experience!

So I walked in today. It was busy. I put my name on the list, fully prepared to wait my turn. I wasnt in any hurry afterall. I looked around, tried on some frames (lots of cute options), picked out the perfect pair, and sat down. I was ready! Heres where it gets rough. An hour later, I still hadnt been seen. If there had been an hours worth of customers, it wouldnt have been a problem. The problem was that there was not a single employee in that store that moved with any sense of urgency whatsoever. There was no hello no thanks for your patience, nothing. So, finally, an hour and a half after I walked in the door, my name was called. I gave her the frame, told her exactly what lenses I wanted (I used to work in optics and have worn glasses my entire life). I told her I had insurance which I knew they took. She rolled her eyes. ROLLED HER EYES. She then spent 15 minutes flipping through pages in some books, and keying the same thing in the computer over and over before she decided I was not in the Insurance companys system. She told me I would have to leave, contact my HR department, and come back. After some convincing, I managed to get her to write down everything, hold the frame, take the measurements, and do everything so that I wouldnt have to come back and wait another two hours. I went back to work, logged in, pulled up my insurance info, called to find out why they hadnt been able to pull me up. Come to find out, they didnt search by my name, nor my date of birth, nothing. Just my social. So I called to complete my order. I was told my salesperson had just gone to lunch and would be back in 45 minutes to an hour. I was assured she would call me back as soon as she returned. That was 4 hours ago. I will never set foot in that chaotic, attitude-infused, snail-like environment again. Worst. Experience. Ever. And I didnt even get to spend my money!

Last year in June was my first purchase. Most excellent experience and knowledge of glasses and insurance discounts. I came back in September 2018 and again the customer service and savings were wonderful.

The ladies here are so helpful! Great selection, friendly no pressure service & they are fast. Was told my glasses would be ready in 2 hours or less and they were done in half an hour!
