Best customer service I have received at a store. Sharon Graves was extremely helpful and kind going above and beyond what was required to assist. I was very pleased with my experience.

Took my brother to his 4:30 appointment. It is currently 6:15 and we still haven’t been seen. Very poor time management skills.

Wonderful staff and large selection of frames.

Never again will I come to this location with Dr. Tabe. My husband came and they told me he couldnt stay with me shouldbecause of covid. have been made aware of this before coming in. I had an appt at 4:30 and as of 5:30 I hadnt been seen. A lady came in and said she hadnt been seen the last time after coming in after waiting an hour and a half. Theres no excuse for this. The doctor came in and asked how far did I have to go, I thought I was next to go in but then she still went back to the exam room. Totally ridiculous, when I told the Dr. I was leaving she was really abrupt.

I love the ladies in this store. they are very friendly, flexible and know their stuff! i stop there first before i go anywhere else!

They have a good selection of frames..however you will need to be very aware what your insurance entitles you before going to Pearle Vision. They will not always give you the full insurance benefits. They keep their own rate sheet which is different from the insurance. Eg. my plan says my payment for lenses should be $25 for Single ARC lenses while they were going to charge be $165. Similarly on the frames, the rate they were going to charge me was higher. I ended up going someplace else and got the right prices

Though I had scheduled my appointment VIA the internet and already had my new patient paper work filled out in advanced...there was still at least a 20 min wait to see the doctor..but the wait was actually worth it.Dr. Dham was quite the professional..very open and friendly and explained all the procedures during my eye exam. After I was done there. I went to the Pearl Vision optical store next door to buy my glasses. I was waited on right away and the store clerk was very helpful and quite knowledgeable on what I needed. Thanks all for making my first time time buying prescription glasses an easy one.

The employees at this location on Staples Mill are awesome.They made a bad experience at another store all better! I highly recommend that you come here.

My daughter really enjoys this place because of the selection of glasses, and as a mother I like the value and the selection.

Terrible. I had an experience where a new contact lens (monthly) tore apart in my eye and they refused to replace the pair. I hope I never have to go back to this godforsaken place. And usually a smile from an employee isnt too much to ask but it is in this place. The entire unhelpful and unwelcoming atmosphere of this business suits the abandoned parking lot it sits on.

They suck. Frames broke in 5 months so they charge again for another frame which could break in another 5 months. They suck.

Costumer service sucks. And employees couldn’t care less.
