This is my number one toy store. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They take care of their customers. My wife and daughter also love visiting this place. They have a great selection of toys, games, pop vinyls, and puzzles so we always stop by whenever we visit the mall.

I used to absolutely love this store. They have an amazing selection of old and vintage toys and their selection of exclusive and rare Funko pops is unmatched. I almost didnt want to tell people about this place because my boyfriend used to be an avid collector of pops. I just went in on black Friday, found the shirt Id been eyeing for months for a Christmas gift. We asked an attendant which shirts were 50% off and she said the ones on the wall (where the shirt was) were 50% and the ones on the table were full price. Not only that, but she said they could be price checked. I grabbed the shirt and stood in line forever because the cashier (and I believe the owner but I might be mistaken) was having a conversation with the people in front of me. She rings it up, it comes up full price. I asked if it was on sale, she said no, I explained it was on the wall and we had asked. She begins to rush us out in a very annoyed tone and says she cant change the price, and that they were misplaced. I said I was sorry even though I did nothing wrong. The way she spoke to us was so rude and unprofessional and by the time we left my boyfriend was beyond angry. She was nice to the people in front of us but completely changed her attitude with me even though they messed up. We wont be coming back here ever again. They just lost a very faithful customer.
