This is by far the worst card shop i have ever been to. Went there a few days ago to try and sell some cards that i packed in a boosterbox. Put them on the counter told them i would like to try and sell whatever is valuable, so he picked up 1 single handful of cards and said these are nothing but bulk, i could buy them from you for $1.50... a buck 50 for cards that may have value but since you only looked at 15 cards you dont know. I proceeded to chat for a bit and try to be nice by saying i might have cards at home that are actually worth money like historic cards that are in different languages and they laughed at me. By far the rudest experience as a customer at ANY place. Full of elitests that think they are better than everyone, i never recomend anyone goes to this shop to buy anything.

They were great with my 8 year old and helped him pick some cool packs.

Refused cash payment. Smell of body odor in the shop is very gross.

The greasy haired individual that was working on Tuesday the 23rd at 5:40pm was one of the most disrespectful individuals I have ever met in my entire life. He was very rude and condescending the entire time I spoke with him and offered me 26% on cards because he didnt want to buy them after I was told by other employees that they would buy them. Over all just a very unprofessional and overpriced store and I recommend no one ever goes there.

Employee was the most rude person I’ve ever met, screamed at the top of his lungs at another customer who walked in without mask like The roof was caving in, it was obvious the guy being yelled at had mask in hand but just turned around and left after the scene the employee caused. Very unprofessional. Rudely said my one year old needed a mask, although it is highly recommended for children under 2 to NOT wear a mask for safety reasons. Will not be back, and will definitely discourage friends from coming into this store.

Pretty good MTG collection and a good variety of standard sizes sleeves. Also a nice selection of board games to choose from. All around a good game store!

Rude staff, asked if he knew of any game stores around and he said I haven’t played video games in 35 years. Take games outta your name!!

This was the best game store in the Madison county area. The rating used to be 5 stars, but after just constant rude service, seeing employees yell at an 8 year old to “put on a ****ing mask”, the terrible website used to order cards which won’t let you input more than one card at a time, having workers say a pack of sleeves are matte when they aren’t, and just not getting cards when payed for I had to change my review.

Good selection of table top games. I needed to do an exchange and it couldnt have been easier. Staff was great. Look for coupons on the Cooker app.

The staff here has always been great to me. The selection of magic the gathering cards is so excellent that’s it’s rare to not find what I’m looking for.

As with other reviews they have an extreme mask ordinance, even though my son is 2 they said no exceptions.

Staff was very rude. Very unprofessional unwilling to help I came in there trying to sell a card and as I was leaving made a very unprofessional and snooty comment about myself! I will not return and would not recommend this store to no one. I will not be back.

Walked in just to check the place out, walked out with smiles and a bunch of free magic cards from the manager. Staff was so cool. Gave us a bunch of tips for getting started in magic and some of his history with tournaments. Also gave my friends kid a free d20 just to be nice. I also bought some pokemon cards and a snapple. Rad place.

I went in the morning time a couple weeks ago and bought about 30 magic singles I was watching the cashier ring me up and noticed the price went up from 40$ to 60$ on a 3 dollar card I confronted the cashier and he said it was a mistake and apologized but didnt notice it til a couple minutes later please watch and make sure there pricing things right.

Id have given it a 5, but they quit getting Xwing, Armada, Imperial Assault and Legion products in.Score dropped to 1 because this is the second time Ive ordered something and no one knows anything about it.

The time that says their open isnt true. They open when they want to open.
