I called to inquire about prices and different storage units I could get! I spoke with a very pleasant lady I believe her name was Keisha and she was very helpful. I later arrived to talk to them personally and see all my options! There I was helped by a girl Jessica! She was very helpful and polite! She Helped me find the best unit for me and made my visit very pleasant! I highly recommend Public storage for anyone that needs a storage unit! Reserved a unit online, about 10 minutes later received 5 calls back to back to back. Promptly cancelled my reservation. There is a reason I didnt answer the first call, its because I was in the middle of something. Dont call back 4 more times.. Will look elsewhere for storage needs.

Well I really enjoyed Robin she was nothing but the best. She helped me with my storage and how much it was going to cost. I didnt have all the money so I asked if it would be okay if Id ran to the bank and she reassured me she would be right there and she was! This was by far the best customer service Ive ever encountered.She even answered the phone with the most excitement and politeness I havent seen in a while from customer service. I use to be a long time tenant then new district management took over and things went down hill from there, nothing was kept up and even though I made my payments they were calling everyone on my emergency contact list every month for something. Rent kept going up. My ex who was NOT on my lease was allowed to close out my unit in MY name without any contact from me and to add to that he had the nerve to charge me for another months rent because he apparently changed the lease without notifying anyone that they no longer prorate the lease during move out. So if you are planning on moving out, wait until your absolute last day to move otherwise you will be paying them for a unit you can not use. Im now with another company who has been amazing!

Walked-in to rent a storage spot on a busy Thursday on the 2nd day of a New Year (2020). Met the property manager, Kesha, who was there alone servicing a multitude of customers & handling numerous issues. Despite all that, she managed to ease alot of my stress & anxiety over the entire unpleasant ordeal. I cant stress enough the amount of professionalism and courtesy she shared with both me & my elderly mother.This was, without a doubt, the best experience that I have EVER had regarding renting a storage unit!Thanks Kesha 😊

My husband and I came into Public Storage looking for a unit for a short time Friday and a young lady helped us find the right size space and the light was out in our unit so my husband was a little upset but the young lady said dont worry and she replaced the light in our unit she was great she have great customer service and I told her I would write a review for her thanks Marquita.

I CAN NOT RECALL ANY ISSUES THAT WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF ON THE SPOT. THEY REALLY KNOW HOW KEEP YOU SMILING, EVEN WHEN IT IS RAINING VERY HARD OUTSIDE AND YOU NEED TO JUMP IN THE OFFICE TO DRY OFF. I CAN REMEMBER ONE TIME I FORGOT MY GATE CODE AND THE MANAGER LOOK IT UP AND CAME OUT TO GATE AND SHOWED ME HOW TO ENTER I IN THE RIGHT WAY. SHE EVEN HELP ME TO REMEMBER IT WITH A HIP HOP SONG. I WAS TICKLE, THAT SHE EVEN KNEW OLD SCHOOL HIP HOP WHEN SHE WAS NOT BORN WHEN THE SONG CAME OUT.BUT SHE HAD HEARD THE RAP BEFORE.SO HER SONG WORK NOW I PUT MY GATE CODE IN WITH NO PROBLEM. ALL THE WORKERS ARE GREAT. THEY GIVE OUR FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PUBLIC STORAGE. KIM SHE IS A SUPER MANAGER, OH WHAT WAS THE SONG YOU WONDER IT WAS THE RAP SONG, PUSH IT BY SALT AND PEPPER, YOU SEE I WAS NOT PUSHING THE KEYS PAD NUMBERS CODE HARD ENOUGH TO OPEN THE GATE.

Property 24206 is my absolute favorite the property manager is always very polite and helpful very good customer service skills the property is well kept and office is very neat unlike some of the other locations. All in all I enjoy stopping in to pay my bill with ms Kanita I kno I’ll b in an out and should I have any issues I can count on her to resolve I definitely rate this location at 5 stars and would recommend to anyone lookin for storage services
