I know a lot of people gripe about their oxygen supply companies, but Ive never seen one that has 13 Google reviews and every single one is rated at one star. Here I am adding a 14th. Its been over six months with them, and beyond the initial intake appointment, Ive not yet had an interaction that wasnt rife with glitches, mistakes, and delays. The problem doesnt seem to be with the staff at the local Parham location, whom Ive found to be helpful and professional. The primary problem seems to be with the fulfillment center for reordering supplies, which I believe is located in Tennessee. The center loses prescription information, forgets to send parts that have been ordered, sends parts that are incorrect, and after taking weeks to get it together, will still ship corrected orders using USPS standard shipping, rather than an expedited service. My mother should have had a new CPAP mask over a month ago, but is stuck using her old, degraded one that no longer fits properly and probably cant be sanitized to the degree it should. This is not at all an acceptable level of service from almost any type of company. Its certainly not acceptable from a company whose purpose is to supply the items needed to help patients breath. Ive sent a message to my mothers doctor to request she be switched to another DME company. Avoid this company if you possibly can, so you can save yourself the same trouble.

Please read all of the reviews on this company before doing business with them. It is a total scam. They conned me out of almost 500$. No one returns calls. No one answers the phone.

I can only agree with other peoples rating. I would give zero stars if I could for bouncing back and forth when you call (if you can finally talk to a human being) and their lack of follow up and owership of their problems are terrible. Ask for a manager to call twice within a week and never got a call back.

PLEASE TAKE WARNING!! I cannot get direct answers on anything! The worst company ever. Continues to process payments month after month without explaining why or a duration for payments. Notes left by reps are lies and dont even begin to cover the reason for my call at all.

It was easy to place my order, the associate was polite and helpful and was told it could take up to two weeks to get my supplies. Two weeks later I called to check on the status of my order. I spent twenty minutes on hold before I was hung up on without speaking to anyone. When I called back the phone system was breaking up, I was told to call back (which I refused at that point), and I was initially told that the order will take up to two weeks. When I persisted and the order was looked up, she told me the order was “stuck” in the system and she will push it through. If I was not in dire need for supplies and in the middle of a global pandemic I would cancel this order. This will be my last order with aerocare. I have yet to receive my supplies, we shall see. Use this company at your own peril.

I recently purchased 1 So Clean filter for $30+ I am have since found 4 for less then $20 on Amazon. What a rip off! They are should be ashamed. Even if the govt doesnt mind this, I do. My next order will be from Amazon and will pay.

These guys are scammers - The information they give you is not correct and they strong arm you into getting supplies that are not required and then charge you for replacement parts you dont need only to be told it was optional after you are charged. Spend your own money on gas to go somewhere else instead of giving it to these scammers.

I was told two weeks that was 2 and a half months agago l. I have an appointment to get my equipment finally. We will see I am prepared for some more millennial excuses God forbid people do there job. Soooooo sick of its someone elses fault or waiting on this person all bullshit excuses once I took over had my equipment in 1 week due to no individual wanting to make calls get the info needed in short had to do there job for them or I may have never have gotten my equipment in short they really stuck ask your doc if there is someone else you can go through for your equipment remember your paying for a service they need to perform or complain to hire ups once people lose there gravy job or it effects them financially they wont change

For the past 6 months I have been attempting to get a new cpap machine for my sleep apnea.I have sent the memory stick in 3 times and took my old machine in twice to be downloaded at the Richmond Va office.Aero care tells me that they are sending the insurance co. the information. My insurance Co. tells me that they have had no contact with Aero care.I had given Aero Care a proscription for a new machine, I called back and they told me that I needed a proscription.I left a message for the manager to call me, he called and left a message on another phone that I was not using.PLEASE can I get a new working machine and the supplies for it. Thank you.I give one star only because the program will not let me give less.

Tried to order supplies, and they said it could take up to 4 weeks. So i waited over 4 weeks and called them back, and they said they didnt send it because i hadnt gone to the Dr. since 2014 even though i had gone to the Dr. and been in their office 5 months prior getting supplies. They do this every time i go there or order supplies.They also try to give me the wrong supplies every time for a machine i have never had. I have always gotten my machines through them, and have only ever had two different machines, so why do then send me supplies for a machine i never had? Now after waiting 8 weeks to get supplies, they sent me the wrong ones again for a machine i never owned.

TL;DR - prepare for disappointmentPros:1 - Friendly Staff when selling you something they want to sell youCons:1 - Won’t listen to you when you tell them what you need2 - Will deny the existence of equipment that you request3 - Will attempt to charge you exorbitant fees to give you the equipment you asked for that they said didn’t exist4 - Won’t come in a minute early or stay a minute late to communicate with patients5 - Leave cryptic voicemails “we can do that but we won’t do that” and then refuse to call you back to clarify.

They NEVER answer their phone! Not only that, but they wont even respond to doctors trying to order tests done! Why oh why, Medicare, did you decide to approve them for supplies in this area!
