I dont understand why this place has a 1 star review. I have been here twice in the past 3 months and have had nothing but amazing service. I just came in because my mask had broken and within 10 minutes I had replacement equipment. I didnt know anything about CPAP machines before I came in and the respiratory specialist was patient and very helpful in picking the right mask for me. The only limiting factor was what my insurance would and would not pay for. All in all I have been nothing but impressed. Thank you guys.

Richmond office..horrible! I have called, scheduled delivery and they never show up. Then I call, I get the call center, never the office. My mom has 11 tanks empty, 1 left. This rediculous. Monday morning switching. Take my word, this company is the worst! Not patients centered! Try another company 1st. Take heed!

Call center reps are very rude. They do not even give you a proper greeting. Richmond office location isnt much better. Employees act like youre an inconvenience to them when you walk in. Terrible.

These idiots could care less about your issues. I need another provider, I have a Philips CPAP that quit working 3 weeks ago and I still havent got a replacement!!!It is now 12/4/17 and my new machine was shipped yesterday, I could have driven to Tennessee many times in a month.

They should be banned from doing business in Virginia. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. It took me 7 phone calls and 3 weeks to get a response from this outfit.
