Christian helped me out of a jam with my computer printing issue. It’s been a while since I went in and thought I should circle back to let everyone know of his good deed. This type of service is what you look for in a company. Well done and much appreciated. Thank you very much!

I originally went in to get my daughters tablet fixed. Christian was very quick to point out that the repairs would have cost more than to just replace the same model tablet, which meant he immediately talked himself out of a profit in favor of an honest dealing. While I was there I also noticed they did custom computer orders, and since I was in the market to replace my aging laptop, I decided to float some ideas by Christian. I have built the majority of my computers on my own over the years, and so am fairly knowledgeable on my own. But my schedule and home are hectic, and I was willing to pay the extra for someone else to do it, plus have their guarantee (thus alleviating potential anxiety). He was extremely knowledgeable, and indeed tried to make sure I wasnt buying more computer than I needed (I was stubborn and wanted an RTX2080). While discussing the build, I witnessed other customers come in and saw first hand that the customer service was indeed great for everyone including conditional deals that I wont get into because I am not sure if they are standard, but were going over and above what I would consider great customer service.Although a touch cliche, with Christian, Justin and the rest, I really feel more like a friend than a clientAll said and done, the computer was ready on time with exactly what I wanted. There was a little problem with the memory and performance when I got it home, but when I called it in, Christian asked me to bring it in immediately and cleared the to do list to get mine running to spec (took no time at all). Its been about a month now, and I couldnt be happier.I will be going to him and and his crew for all future needs and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for repairs or new electronics.Tyler T.

Got my battery replaced in my iPhone recently. Owner did a fantastic job with everything. He showed me my primary problem with charging my phone was that I had crud built up in the charging port. He ordered my battery promptly, came the next day. He installed it quickly and my whole phone fiasco was over within 48hrs. Cudos to Catlin’s Computer Solutions. I’m sold on their quality of work and customer relations.

This place is the worst. They had my phone for 2 weeks and I paid up front. The owner Christian is so rude and I honestly didn’t know if it was because of race or not because I’ve never been treated like a pest when they’re the ones who had my phone and money! He would arrange call back and pick up times to not show up or have the phone going straight to voicemail. I went to the store several times when the phone was supposed to be ready but it was no part or still in line... the website says it takes as little as 30min but I basically had to force them to give me my phone back telling them someone else would fix it and when they did my screen was repaired but they broke my camera and my speaker... I wish they weren’t the only place in town. Not only do they charge u too much they’re unprofessional. If you can avoid them DO SO AT ALL COSTS!!!

These guys are amazing! I ordered a custom computer for my business because I use graphic design, it is very tough on the computer. I was so scared I wouldnt get what I needed. These guys hooked it up! My computer is amazing and blasts through everything I need it to do. So happy!

How many people have been told the glue won’t stick? Check this company out on yelp! Long story short this business has no integrity and is not willing to stand behind their word. Multiple lies to why I was stuck waiting for a total of a year for what he(the owner) said to be a simple screen replacement. I was giving an estimated time of completion of 3 days. Not once did they ever try to reach out to me to update me on what’s going on with my device or inform me of any issues with the repair. Consistently making excuses and blaming anyone but himself. If there is one thing I could advise everyone it would be to never let this company fool you into trusting them with anything. If the owner truly cared about his customers and wanted the best for them it would show. Take a look at all the other negative reviews that people have posted in the past and you will see. Never does he swallow his pride and make it right, he would rather play the blame game. I have already submitted a report to the BBB but wanted to reach out and try to save everyone from the same headache he has caused my family and friends. Family and friends who I might add are still waiting because the glue won’t stick or whatever other excuse he has come up with. Hope this helps. Good luck. Took my laptop here for the screen to be replaced, would never receive a call as to update me on its progress, I would have to dive there once a week just to be told they were still waiting on the part, or that the one working on it was out, and finally after more than 6months they manage to have it repaired, just to find out that it fell and broke during the recent July quakes, I am still waiting on any news as to when I will have my property returned repaired and intact as I have already paid upfront for the work to be done.I have had other items repaired here in a reasonable amount of time and cost, and always was informed of the progress, since they moved locations it changed. I have since received my earthquake effected laptop and am waiting like everyone else to have my laptop replaced by them. I have nothing against them I am just extremely frustrated that I have to remain doing school work on a tiny cellphone screen. Thank you for the hard work you put into fixing my laptop and Im sorry that your hard work was distroyed. And thank you for the effort you are doing to replace my laptop

I tried to contact them on the website to setup an appointment but could never get a response. When I finally got a day off and was able to go by the store, it was appointment only. I try to keep my business local but it is hard when you can not make contact with them. I guess I will have to go out of town.

I was told they could repair a cell phone screen. I left a $54 deposit, and was told they will call when the screen comes in. Then, only one day for the repair. I kept calling to check on the screen, and received run-around every time. After a few months, they said that I failed to call them back to check on my repair request, and that a $200 dollar deposit would have been required for such a repair. Also, that they no longer do Galaxy screen repairs. Almost a year later, and we cannot get them to refund our deposit. The last conversation included the main guy telling me that they do not keep cash in the store, he cant credit my card since it has been too long, and they he has never written a check in his life. He was supposed to call me when he had my cash refund in hand. This was over 2 months ago. Id recommend no one use this business for anything. - Update: owner responded that they ordered the part and I never answered their call to complete the repair. And they had to eat the cost of the part. My response: You never ordered the part, and you never called me back. Learn how to run a business.

Do not use this company. No clue as to what customer service is. Dropped my phone off for a screen replacement on January 29th. After numerous excuses, lies, and being cussed out by this guy I had to get police involved to get my repair work done. When he finally replaced the screen I picked up the phone and it overheated and froze up within minutes of leaving his store. I took it back immediately and he gave me his explication of why it over heated and quit working. Said he had to order the part needed to fix it and wound have it repaired Friday February 14th and ready for pick up after 3:30. He did not have the work completed until Thursday after 1:00pm February 20th and the phone is still doesn’t work.

Beware .... Bad options suggested (we can build you a new computer for around $600 rather than replace your motherboard), misinformation (price of the motherboard ... Dell supplied one with warranty for pennies on the dollar), incomplete repair (computer would not boot up), poor customer service all around (wanted a lot more money to reinstall an OS, suggesting Dell would not provide it to me (Dell did), and refused to deal with my frustration, telling me to come pick it up ... gladly.In response to your reply ... I was frustrated and expressed that frustration. I was not screaming, and never cursed. If a customer does raise his voice in frustration, a business owner has to wonder why ... what caused this dissatisfaction? While expressing my frustration, rather than offer reasonable customer service, I was told to pick up my equipment. I brought my computer in to be repaired, and it was not repaired. When someone does a repair job for me, does not complete the repair but instead wants more money to fix what could have been fixed in the first place, I call foul.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Went in to repair a phone screen and was hugely over priced. Service was unorganized and unreliable and unsatisfactory. I dont recommend this place. Unfortunately I was not one that had a good experience. I do recommend Jesse lesniak. He gives a reasonable price to repair a screen and includes a screen protector in his service. This man is worth the money. Look him up.

I overpayed them just to end up having to take my iPhone to apple. And the guy yelled at me because I called him smh Im mad asfk because I cant get it fixed till I get payed .!!

The guy is great! I went in to get an Iphone fixed for my daughter but it was worse off than expected. He sold me a phone cheap and didnt waste my time. A few weeks later the phones power button stopped working and he offered to fix for free. A family run business, honest and does a good job.

Catlin Computer Solutions took great care when creating my Wife and Is (mostly mine) Super Computer. His hourly rate was within reason compared to other prices, parts were affordable, and the service was top notch.After the parts were ordered we were notified when the computer was being built and were offered to come see it when it was complete to give it its first real power on. The tower is amazing and runs like a madman.
