Hello. Their customer service providers are all in India, their English sucks horribly. I received the sim card pretty quickly but the set up didnt go well so Ive been without data or texting. I called the customer service and they couldnt do a lot. They made a ticket and told me to just wait. I waited and waited. They couldnt get any status updates. Im cancelling my plan. These guys suck, dont sign up for it.
