Took phone back on 11th day and warranty not honored by manager. very disappointed. tried 3 times . was just a defectef frozen phone..customer service when i made purchase was good. not on return tho so i gave them back phone on my way walking to work checked back following week they said no still and returned my phone with note that said needs pssw or code. false. the phone didnt even turn on. ever. 6 mo later im being billed from them with usage charges. and it hasnt turned on since day 11. i hope theirs a good resolve your damaging my credit.

The girl there was super cool and helped me so much first with my daughters phone then a hour later with my sons phone great worker

Got a new phone w. A case and screen protecter, screen protect wont stick, tride calling in to ask for a manager wich is never on site, wont refund me or give a new screen protecter, called several times, go on my lunch break to the store wich should be open and no one is inside... Worst service since AOL ... dont bother with them

Since my friend has paid her bill with these people every month ON the 3rd!! Her phone was shut off 2 weeks too early. She needs a phone.. and theyre not helping her one bit!!! My friend has epilepsy, she needs a phone!! And this so called business wont help!!!

I wasnt going to make this review but after they mysteriously added charges and insted of apologizing made it seem like im in the wrong to be upset. I transferred lines over to this company. I didnt recive the price break down receipt that i was supposed to be given. The charges just werent adding up. I went the next day and a different person was there, a guy this time. I explained charges just werent adding up. He re printed the price brake down resipt that i was supposed to be given and i was right, accessories charges that i had no clue about where added. The excuse of the lady that helped me was that there was no more paper to print my copy of the break down, and that charge mysteriously appearedI wonder if the recipt paper runs out and mysterious charges apear on other other customers often.

Customer service was awesome! Not a huge selection of updated phones but good experience
