Staff was friendly, always one bad apple somewhere though, clean and sanitized inside the store, and staff made me feel important to them. Went out of their way to help me out with products and in a quick timeframe.

Went in to buy a phone. We were talking to Marina who walked me through all my options without being pushy at all. I like her! Rene, the manager, reviewed our account and saw we were paying $20/mo on a device we never used. What a champ!

I stopped by this store today interested in adding an Apple Watch to my plan. They had the one I wanted in stock. I didn’t catch the guys name who helped me but it was the quickest, easiest transaction I’ve ever had regarding my phone service, ever. He didn’t try to add on a bunch of accessories or anything, just got what I needed and was done. I was there for maybe 20 minutes at he most. Very pleased with this store!To the dude who commented below me calling the employees names, that is just rude and uncalled for. I’m glad you didn’t have a good experience there. With an attitude like that I wouldn’t want to give you good customer service either.

Great support answered all my questions

Came in for a simple card swap and they werent pushy or anything. Shared a couple current promos. Easy. Even did the factory reset for me. Been in 10 times. Theyve always been easy to work with. And so sweet with the elderly folks Ive seem come in.

Terrible customer service. Manager there doesnt know anything. They will tell you lies to make a sale... I bought a screen protector for my phone when I first bought it and ONLY bought a screen protector for it from them because they said I had unlimited replacements to just swap out the cracked one for a new one... except when I bring in the cracked one, now its only a 3 time replacement deal and they cant replace it because they are out of stock. They took my phone number and said they would call when the shipment comes in but never call. Every time I call to follow up I get a different story...apparently they have been out of stock for 7 months?!?! the manager just flat out lies... Verizon itself is a great provider but this store and the employees are a joke.

Was not happy. Last night I bought a wireless charger for my note 5, got it home and it would not work properly so I took it back the next morning and returned it. The clerk tried his newer phone on it and it worked for his. The box said it would work on a note 5. But it didnt.The bummer was I was charged a 25% re stock fee. Wth.I bought a Berlkin charger that was next to it and it works fine ...

Fast and friendly. As for Verizon service... Around town, reception and data are far superior to TMobile. On base where I work, TMobile is superior.

This place is a joke. They talked me into a lifetime screen protector plan but what they dont tell you is that they will never stock the part for your phone again. Ive been back 3 times after being told they would special order it for me but nothing yet. Save your time and drive anywhere but here. The customer service sucks and so does their inventory.

The guys are great and very helpful. Patience and understanding are prevalent here.

This place is not an authorized Verizon dealer!! They are not allowed to HELP customers!! Came in on 5/5/2018 An spoke to the over weight chewbacca/jabba the hutt(350 hairy monster) who acted like a manager...tried to add lines to my plan so he could get commission instead of helping me...spoke to customer service for an hour and I walked back in And told him what corporate offered me an he stated that was a lie and that he could open a new watch line but not offer what corporate offeredHe was a lost salesman not understanding why someone had one up him...he needed a diaper after I was done with himNo one should ever go herePlease go to a REAL VERIZON STOREThe last time I came here the fat Steve aoki charged me $30 for a SIM card...I was lazy to drive to a real Verizon store in Palmdale to get it for free.. later I found out that this store is a SCAM!!!! All REAL Verizon stores give you SIM cards for freeThis place does not deserve the name VERIZON!These USED car sales man are scum!! Its funny that I walked in And gave them an alternative to what they told me an they just stood there in ahhh pretending they where not wrong...Go to Palmdale if you want real Verizon service....The BEST ADVICE...is go online And shop before coming here or call corporate

High priced for any accessories. I had a problem with my phone and they were not helpful in any way. I was told to just call verizon. It is the only store in Ridgecrest but it is definitly worth driving out of town to the closest store.

I was thinking about switching providers because i spend a lot of time in trona and att doesnt cover it so i went into my local store to get some information about verizons service. Amanda, the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew her stuff and gave me her number to call or text for any questions. The best experience ive had hands down.

The Manager lied just to try to make a sale, I left and came back the next day with my wife and he lied again and contradicted the real people from Verizon. This store is an independent authorized Verizon store. I guess they don’t have to answer to Verizon. Even my wife said the manager had a bad attitude.

Went in on Saturday ready to switch from another company.. no hello, welcome, Ill be with you shortly just nothing. After waiting a few we left, still no acknowledge that we were there. Ill stay with my phone company.. Nvm!

Heads up to anyone looking to buy from here, the employees dress like Verizon employees they have Verizon banners hanging up outside but this IS NOT A VERIZON STORE, they cant help you unless youve bought your phone from this one place and most of us Verizon people have bought from Verizon corporate which means if you come here they will tell you to go to an actual Verizon store so if you travel or are from the base and move around a lot dont come here go instead to a REAL Verizon store so you can have nation wide in store service
