My bf new phone had been messing up for a few days so we decided to see if someone at the store could possibly fix the problem. Lilia greeted us as we entered, was informative as well as very courteous to us the whole time. She was able to correct the malfunction on his phone in a very reasonable amount of time & explain to him what had occurred & how to correct it in case it happened again. A big shout out to T-MOBILE employer Lilia for a job well done!!!🙂

I came in cranky. I left smiling with low blood sugar. Conclusion: miracles are possible. But in all seriousness, I had a really fabulous experience with Eddie. Just call ahead and make sure he is in and he will take great care of you! I had a really complicated and annoying situation to deal with and wanted it paid and done with as quickly as possible. The staff was pleasant, patiently explained all my options, and really went above and beyond to support me despite my icky mood for the day. Can’t sing his praises enough!

I been in T Mobile about 4 times, everytime they answer my question. Just went to day, the person mit me at the door, she help me out completely. She knows what I needed.

The staff at this store needs training on customer service. Once they have made the sale, the customer is of no concern. THREE major screw ups with our new phones and not one apology. You are better off going to the website or calling customer support. Oh, after I complained to the company, I received an email from the manager. I replied explaining my concerns and then....crickets. She doesnt care either because they already have our money.

Very friendly staff. But, didnt bother to tell me the phone I was setting up with their service was not compatible with theirs. Paid for sim card and minutes on phone, just to have a phone that doesnt work. Ill never use T-Mobile again.

Definitely the worst tmobile I have ever been too, I dont know if they are just understaffed or what but every time Ive tried to come here Ive had one issue after another. Such as not being able to be seen for appointment times. Being asked to reschedule immediately after making appointments. Long wait times.

I would like to take this time to recognize Yohnatan and Vonya for excellent service. My wife was currently in the hospital giving birth to our third child. Leaving me with our twins toddlers in my care. I couldnt come into the store because my sons were asleep. But none the less the workers were very understanding and came out to the parking lot to assist with my needs. They were very polite and respectful and even took the time to have a genuine conversation. I really enjoyed my experience here at this store. This is one of many great reasons why I stayed with T-mobile as a loyal customer for the last 15 years. They are both very experienced and knowledgeable in what they do. Every question was answered. And it made my pre-order of the iPhone 12 pro very smooth. I even took advantage of the apple watch SE after learning about the special discounted price that T-mobile offered. Thank you Yohnatan, Vonya, and T-mobile!!!!
