Car Care Clinic on Old Canton Road is a great place to take your vehicle. My daughter is in college and her vehicle started experiencing a check engine light which resulted in the vehicle periodically not starting. After searching online and praying for a honest mechanic near her, we decided to go with Car Care Clinic. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got her vehicle running again. What amazed me the most was they texted me the next day to follow up that the vehicle was still running fine and no other issues. Mechanic shops rarely take the time to follow up with their customers the next day so was really impressed. My hat off to Frank at Car Car Clinic for his service and informing us during the time the vehicle was being repaired.

Needed a tire for my daughters SUV. Multiple tire service centers were contacted looking for a specific tire. Most were very hurried, abrupt, and seemingly uninterested. Then I spoke with Frank Ashley at reservoir care care clinic. How refreshing to speak to a caring, interested service specialist who despite being as busy or busier than others, took the time to look for the best tire and value for my needs, but most importantly with a positive, compassionate, and caring manner that is RARE today! The prices and the people were outstanding here . I would definitely go back. The reason for the 3 stars is my wife is still having issues with her check engine line after we paid for diagnostic review. We will drive with the new gas cap for another 2 weeks to see if anything changes and if so I will come back and repost a review.

I was in town caring for my dad when my A/C went out in my Yukon. Frank and Craig went above and beyond for me and my mother. They diagnosed the problem quickly, worked to find the part, and had us ready to leave town the next day. We are so grateful for their sincere kindness and hard work.

I work there so you know the customer service is extraordinarily professional with a genuine family atmosphere, Mr. Frank makes sure of that. Mr. Craig(Hollywood) and Mike Walls are great mechanics with a plethora of knowledge on numerous vehicles. Tony, kolby, and me handle all your oil change and filter needs, it takes time because we care about you and your vehicle and want you to be safe on the highway especially when youre riding with precious cargo. This review is a week overdue. I am so grateful for Mr. Frank Ashley, Jr. and Antony who squeezed me in right before they closed for Good Friday (2021). I had just moved to area several days before and had a fender bender that would be repaired. However, my tires were low and I needed to drive back to Alabama. They reviewed the issue. Told us our motor was locked up and even had the audacity to quote us $7600 to replace with a used motor....needless to say I refused due to there was no way the motor could be locked up if the car is still cranking but just wont stay on...fast forward 2 days later I replaced the cam shift sensor & crank shift sensor (who the error codes indicated) & car cranks and runs fine....dont try to get over on someone who knows about cars try it with someone who is clueless. Never going there again.

Had some extensive work done here recently and was VERY pleased with the whole process. Even though they were slammed they had me out by the end of the day. Frank and his crew are top notch.

I do not recommend this place at all. I brought my car in for a quick oil change and left with more car problems than I came with. When I came, there was an oil change light on and a low tire light, which would all come off once I got the oil change. The guy (who was absolutely very nice) came back and told me I needed a new battery. I kind of figured this but their price was far too expensive. I told them I could get the battery elsewhere. He was nice and said Okay. As he finished the oil change, he came back and said I will give you 10% off of your oil change. Im sitting wondering why, because nothing went wrong. As I left got ready to leave, my car would not start. I DID NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE BEFORE I CAME. I feel like they did something, because I decided not to purchase the battery. He gave me a boost off, but the car shut off again. he finally got it cranked, but every light on the dashboard came on. He was preparing to let me leave until I said, sir, in all honesty, these lights were not on until I came here. They continued to focus their attention on the fact that I needed a battery. SO, he told me once I got a battery, the lights would go off. Eventually, I ask for the manage, the manager comes over and get the lights off, but as I leave, his statement was, You do need a battery. I absolutely appreciate them for saying I needed a battery and I am not doubting that I did, but I did not have these issues prior to me taking my car. Now, I am sitting at home with lights on including a key error message, a message I have NEVER seen before as my car is not even 5 months old. I def, do not recommend!

I went in for an oil change, and I knew I was having some issues with my power steering, and they offered me a small discount on a power steering flush for being a first time customer. They did a great job for a reasonable price and was also very quick about it. Drove off with no problems. Definitely recommend for you small maintenance needs.

Went to get my tire repaired, after being at paul moak Honda several times in one day to get my car service(nightmare). So I when to Car care clinic, and let me tell u, they are some awesome guys! First, they got my tire repaired, so i could get around in the mean time, because I had my baby with me, then I spoke to Craig who suggested I got a new tire, and that, he would feel much better knowing that the baby and I were safe out on the road. That only resonated what I was already thinking, (of just getting a new tire). They were so polite and caring. When it was time to go, They had even started the car, so by the time I get in with my baby, it was already cool inside. Thank u guys so much. I will definitely be back!! U have gain a new customer.

I don’t understand any of the negative reviews about this place. I have been going here almost thirty years and I think they are great. Always friendly, fairly priced, knowledgeable and helpful. What else do customers want. One time I had a potentially serious problem, they solved it for a fraction of what a dealer would have charged me.In this day of reviewing businesses online, I think a lot of angry people just like to complain about something. I have never had anything but polite, capable, fairly priced service at Car Care Clinic, Ridgeland. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Craig and staff were very thorough in communicating with me. I was told by a dealership that to fix my vehicle it would cost $4300. I had it towed to The Car Center. Mr. Craig and staff explained what was really wrong with my car as well as showed me what the problem really was. Needless to say, it was not even the problem the dealership claimed. It was very minor and extremely less!!! I was so impressed with their service that I will use their service, even with my SUV. This place is great! The people are outstanding! Frank is one of the BEST! He runs the oil change there in Madison right on Hwy 51 across from the grave yard right at the Madison/Ridgeland line. He has been changing the oil in all 6 of my vehicles for years! Ask him about his twins. They’ve got him wrapped! Then they have Craig aka “Hollywood” at their shop over on Old Canton right by Amerigos. He is another one that is the BEST. He has been tending to the the mechanical end of all my cars for years. He knows his stuff and shoots straight with you. I’ve watched him stay over late just to make sure he got one of my cars out in time, even though he had big plans after work. And the man who put all these great people together to make this business a the place it is, Bob, is one of the BEST also! Nice job Bob. They say a business is only as good as their people and Bob seems to have a knack for the right people! You can’t get any better than Frank and Craig. Thanks for keeping me, the wife, and the kids cars maintained and running!

Where is customer service when you need it!?Spoke with Craig 2 days before to explain what I needed done and to my understanding he seemed very knowledgeable...The day I arrived, I spoke with a guy behind the desk at the time and requested to see Craig.....He took my truck to the back after reminding him of what I needed done and came back 10-15 minutes later saying that he found the problem....In my mind I was like wow that was pretty fast....So he then goes on to tell me that what I will need done will cost $2k......You have to be kidding me, so of course I declined the repair and was sent to the front desk to pay a diagnostic fee with no paperwork indicating or showing the codes for repair.....I left there still confused with unanswered questions so as I thought about how this situation was handled, I turned back around and went back to this location...At this point, I wanted answers and paperwork to show the issues.......I still wasn’t satisfied with my experience and will never give them any more or my time or money.......Be careful guys, bc you could be the next victims....They are not friendly at all......

Ive always appreciated the attention to detail at Car Care Clinic locations. They check my car from front to back when I only ask for an oil change. Personally, I want these extra (free) checks because I dont always think to check the wear on my brake pads or my other fluids. And they note the status of everything on my bill right down to my tire pressure. Nobody else does this! I havent received this kind of service anywhere else, so Ill always choose Car Care Clinic first.

Waited for an hour for flat repair, they said they would get right on it.Poor customer service.29.00 for a simple tire repair, they had truck in shop for over an hour to patch a tire, I guess you have to charge that much if you take 4x as long as a normal shop. Ford dealership is much faster and provides friendly customer service.

I’ve been using them for a few years. Over the years the service has declined. I try to be patient and understanding of how busy they can be. My recent visit was utterly disappointing! My car sat there 3 day before they worked on it! My car stopped working I brought it to their shop Wednesday night and alerted them Thursday morning. I had to take off work because I didn’t have a vehicle. I contacted my car warranty company who said they’d have to call them to give a diagnosis. When I arrived 10am the front desk person, Keith stated that it would be an hour before my car would be seen. I had my small child so I left and told him to call me with updates. I ASSUMED that they’d get to my car in the order that it arrived. The entire day passed and no updated. I called at the end of the day and Craig the manager stated that they’d have to work on it the next day. The second day came and I called them in the morning. At 10 am The manager stated that he was “waiting for my warranty company to call back”. I called them around 2pm and they stated that car care never called them. I called car care and they said they’d call. At this point still no repairs on my car. Finally at the end of the day my husband calls they still didn’t repair the car claiming a truck in front of me had issues and they’d get to it tomorrow, DAY 3!!! Mind you, the issue with my car was oil change, dead battery, and warranty on alternator. They stated that this was a 3 hour job🙄 a 3-5 hour job took THRRE DAYS. I’m highly upset because not only did I miss work but I was left without a vehicle on a day I had an important event. I was stuck ubering and walking ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT THINK MY CAR WAS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO REPAIR. They clearly kept putting my car on the back burner. It just sat in the parking lot.

Every auto shop out there will have people complaining about something. These people are honest people. Yes there is a wait. But that is because they are so busy. And that is because they are popular. If an auto shop is not busy then you should worry. As for fixing a problem and having another problem right after, well that is common. When a worn part is replaced it means there may be other worn parts that will go bad because the new part is running so good it makes the other older parts go bad. For example: if you replace a worn out crank shaft it wont be long and your pistins will give out. Any older chevy owner will tell you that when you change the transmission fluid on an old chevy, it wont take long and it will ruin the entire transmission. Good shop here. I have delivered a lot of vehicle to them when i was a wrecker driver.

Going in today to see if these overpriced rotors were under warrenty, which they should, every rotor assembly comes with a one year at least. Lol at this one... once the job was done to the initial sevice I began to hear something like sand paper rubbing together. Took it back to them(the next day) and they couldnt find the problem. Took it to three other trusted mechanic shops and they too couldnt find the problem. My long term mechanic who did the rotors, before CCC, informed me that the rotors were the wrong size for a 05 sts that CCC put on. He told me he had done the same mistake and corrected the issue before I left that day.. way back when. #cares... the thing about this CCC is they want to make $$ and not care about return in customer business. Above all of this the manager tries to sell me another set of front rotors to fix the issue. No sir. Either he knew they were wrong and just didnt do the diligence like my long term mechanic or he felt like I was the fool with money. Either way he was mislead by he own understandings.

This is the worst auto shop, i dont recommend any one to go there. They fix one thing and create another problem, after paying $500+ trust me you will be back there after a week, and ask you another $500.
