I love the car shop! I even base my car purchases on the types of cars they service. I’ve Been using them for at least 20 years and have never been disappointed. They are always professional and never try to scam you into getting other services performed. Love all the guys that work there…all courteous, friendly people.

Steve and the entire staff are so friendly and make you feel at home while you wait. I trust them to assess my car’s needs without doing a sales job on me. They do a great job. I’ve used them for several years for my Honda Accord and have never had a problem with their service. They are HONEST.

They diagnosed my check engine light, but unfortunately it was not a good report. They did however go into great detail about what my options were on getting it repaired and were very fair to me on the cost. I did not feel pressured at all. Each time I talked to them, they were very patient and very transparent in solutions for my situation. I will be back for all of my maintenance work. That was the first time I’ve taken a car to get repaired and felt like I was not being taken advantage of. I highly recommend them.

They seem to be very through. I had an early morning appt and they had me out in an hour. My only complaint is that most of the ees dont wear masks and some customers dont. Thats fine if youre going to drop your car off. But when you have to wait, that makes things REALLY uncomfortable; COVID is still real and killing people. 74 people who were FULLY vaccinated have died so, while the vaccine is great for protection, its not foolproof. Masks and distancing are still the number one best protection. Wearing a mask wont kill you but COVID might!I would use them again for other car needs. They seem like a legit up and up repair shop that cares about the quality of the work they do.

From the friendly greeting when you walk through the door all the way to moment you sit down in your freshly repaired automobile, you won’t find a better experience anywhere. They have customers with hundreds of thousands of miles on their cars, and they have worked on them each step along the way. There is only one way to retain customers like that; by knowing what your doing, being fair with their expenses, and making sure they are happy with your work. This place does all that and more.

Efficient, reasonable and they dont sell you unneeded services. The Car Shop was recommended to me by a family member. I transferred my business here last year because I was tired of an area dealership shop pressuring me to have services that were not needed and not required in the service manual. Wish I had transferred my business sooner.

I brought my 2008 Honda Civic to Carshop with a laundry list of issues. They were able to address each of my problems, fix them and do it in an affordable manner. They also alerted me to other potential issues I may have down the road. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to explain what they did in layman’s terms. Next time I have an auto issue, I’m bringing it back to them.

They are quality driven and unlike other shops, they dont offer suggested work at immediate discounts, should you have the work done at that time.
