Much better service on Porsche and Mercedes than anywhere else in the area. I trust them to do what is necessary, without bloating my bill unnecessarily.

I started using Holton Imports this year and from day 1 when me and my friend guy stopped by they were closed but the owner Ken and the manager Jimmy took the time out to answer our questions. They were very nice.Since then, I have taken my Audi to them several times and time, rudeness, availability, or information has never been a problem. They always provide me a ride to the vehicle that I have to drive while mine is being worked on. They have offered a loaner if one was to become available. They do not keep my car for months like the Audi dealership and return it messed up or try to over-charge me. The prices are to be expected for my car and I do look up the parts myself, but they do work with me on trying to get the best and lowest price but quality parts.Jimmy is awesome and has been nothing but polite. Unlike the dealership, he answers any question and calls you back when needed. So far I have nothing but good reviews for them and will continue to do so and continue to recommend them to others until they show me different. And I hope that day never comes. So any complaints or bad reviews I do not see how, but if true, then maybe they have change or the persons are not telling what they did to get such reactions. IJS

I had an excellent experience with Holton Import! I dont understand the negative reviews listed. These are great people to work with. They definitely made me feel comfortable with leaving my upper class vehicle with them. I cant say that for most dealerships/body shops in this area. The price some of us pay to drive luxury, foreign vehicles should not come as a shock to some of the people leaving negative reviews on their post. Dealerships cannot compete with Holton Imports service prices (unless you only purchase a luxury car from a dealership until their warranty expires then get rid of it...) so dont be confused with those cheapskates reviews.Great people. Great experience. Great results. Great prices.

Im not sure why there are such negative comments about Holton Import. Ken and his team have been my go-to mechanics for over six years now. Theyre great, trust-worthy people, and always great to work with. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I would not trust anybody else with my vehicles, and I would recommend them to anybody that drives a Mercedes or BMW or Porsche.

They are absolutely the BEST mechanics for BMWS. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!!

Holton delivers consistently good service. We are so glad there is a quality option to dealerships. They have been in business for many years and their staff is fully trained. We highly recommend them knowing they are people of integrity.

Ok so All of a sudden my bmw 328i who was sent here to get a serpentine belt replaced now needs a new transmission tht was just rebuilt less then 2 years ok so you’ll tell me Whts really goin on………..:

Horribly rude people with no customer service. They kept adding more to the price of the repair every couple hours. Very slow to respond. I ended up pulling my car from their lot and taking it down the road to another shop and avoided a major headache with Holton. Ill never take my car to Holton again.In response to the owners follow up to my comment: On your website you mention multiple times that you will work with the customer to meet their needs; my need was to use 3rd party parts because I could not afford the price you put on the parts. I am currently doing my best to put my wife through school and support a life for the two of us. Originally I had asked you all to supply the parts and labor, but when the parts list kept increasing from the original quote; that is when I pulled my car from your facility and started searching for online parts. By refusing to help me and my budget, you refused to work with your customer; going against everything you say on your website. I didnt need your warranty; I just wanted the labor. The parts I bought saved me several hundred dollars and were not bottom tier parts, but mid-level OEM certified parts. These parts did not come from eBay or directly from China, but from an online auto parts distributor using known brands. With these parts I could fix the car within my budget. My comments were not false; you just dont like what I have to say.Our company is based on the belief that our customers needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs....apparently not.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They may tell you how much it will cost up front but that amount goes up and up and up. They rope you in then wring your wallet dry. They were incredibly rude to me and I will never come here again and I do not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!!

They charge as much as the dealer. Nothing wrong with that as such; however, dealer provides a free loaner car and work typically done on time. As others have posted, owner has a uniquely offensive attitude toward potential customers. I walked.I have driven German cars for over 35 years and know what it costs to maintain them. Sticker shock not an issue.Why deal with this place?

Wonderful experience. Really knows what he is talking about as long as youre willing to listen and take his judgement! Saved me a lot of money from buying the cheapest non-OEM parts online. Absolutely wonderful!!!!!!

Took my recently purchased 2002 BMW i325 into Mr. Holton and his crew for a simple oil change and brake job. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because their mechanics seemed to be competent with the oil and brake job. However, I noticed a very large dent in the rear quarter panel as soon as I got home. I had just taken pictures of my new old car right before I took it in, and the dent definitely wasnt there. I returned to the shop to ask if this could have been done while it was there. I was referred to someone (I think he was the owner) who was immediately rude about my inquiry. Right off he told me I was trying to exploit him for money, and that I would have to sue him to get a dime. I guess the guy gets sued or threatened to be sued a lot. It put up a huge red flag for me, and needless to say I WILL NOT ever be giving any of my services to Holton ever again

Ive tried other BMW providers around Jackson for many years and Ken and staff and Ila at Holton are consistently the most fair and honest with all their work. Id recommend them to anyone.

I called a few places to get quotes on brakes and came upon this place. They quoted me about $100 cheaper than all of the other places that Ive called. The woman on the phone broke down the prices for me... front brakes, back brakes, roters ect she even mentioned that I might not need it all done. Versus the other place straight up quoted me front, back and roters before even looking at it.I dropped my car off, they got back to me within a few hours to let me know that my brakes were fine and that nothing needed to be done. The light that I saw came on in dashboard was just letting me know that a small light bulb went off and it had nothing to do with the brakes.Im so glad that I can find a place that didnt try and rip me off. The other place I went to up the street said I needed so much done, my bill went up to almost $2grand! No thanks, Im definitely coming here from now on.

Has knowledge of any high end import issue especially the ones the dealerships badly overcharge for. Just my two cents

The negative reviews are bologna....Ken Holton is the only person i trust to work on my Porsche Carrera.....plus Holton is timely and has the expertise other shops lack i.m.o.

If you want a great job, done right the first time, this is your place. I havent been anywhere else in years.

Not impressed with being charged a $100.00 for a quote that didnt include anything but parts and labor and no detail. 2nd time there and it will be my last. They never mentioned the charge until I arrived to get my car. Not a good business practice.

I took my truck over for tranny repair...said 3K but before it was over I had spent 5K.Every time I took the truck back something else was broken and needed fixing. Horrible customer service and sloppy work. These guys are a bunch of crooks, so really BUYER BEWARE they are out only for themselves...

Rude and with horrible customer service, wont be doing business with them again.
