I will never come back to this place. They had my vehicle for several weeks and then they said the car was fixed. I went to pick it up and it was doing the exact same thing. I was then told they didnt know what exactly was wrong. Mind you the car had been in their shop for 6 weeks. Now I am having it towed to another shop to have it repaired correctly. The office person has no idea what is going on with any vehicle. If you love your car as much as I love mine, I would not trust the people at auto-lux.

They were able to get me in the day I called for a bad fuel pump on my Sorento. The owner was amazing and gave me a ride to the rental agency. After picking up my car, it ran smoother than I remembered which made me realize the problem had been going on longer than I thought. We will definitely bring our cars there for maintenance again.

Honest and straight forward advice about the used car my kid bought. They also did a terrific tune up on my dodge that improved my gas milage by 3mpg!
