These are the absolute worst people to deal with. Took my car in for an oil leak and came out with an transmission leak. The oil leak was fixed but these people actually caused another issue to get more money out of me. I know there was no transmission leak because I took it to the dealership to see what the issue was before I took it to them. They claimed that they fixed the transmission leak after I took it BACK to them for the 5th time to fix a problem that they caused. They are always very apologetic until this last and 5th time. I have tried to be very patient with these people and this last (5th) time they actually had the nerve to say that they were frustrated with me bring the car back in. Are you serious? Miraculously they claimed to have found where the leak was after 5 visits and $1000 to fix the oil leak and a mysterious transmission leak that I never had before taking my Mercedes to them and now they quote me $1400 to put an o ring on to fix this leak. Conner and crew are no good and are frauds. Take my advice and find anyone else besides these crooks. Would have been worth it to just let the dealership fix the original problem. Lesson learned. Dont put yourself through what I did.

Our whole family has always used these guys for repairs and upgrades! They upgraded the exhaust in our Dodge Challenger, replaced the compressor in our Honda CRV, and fixed the power windows/locks in our Chevrolet Traverse. All that is just what theyve fixed! I cant keep count of the times Connor has personally answered my questions over the phone and all the routine maintenance that European Automotive has done for us. Always a fair price and excellent communication!

Took my Lexus LS460 in for the replacement of a damaged interior body component. Conner and his team were flawless in their efforts. Confident work performed by true professionals. Upon completion they checked the operation of all systems affected by component replacement to ensure no loose ends were left unchecked. Wiped down the new interior component upon completion to add that professional adage of closure to a routine task. I highly recommend European Automotive for competent and knowledgeable service performed by tried and true professionals. Good job with conscientious efforts the true meaning of customer service. Great customer service. Had work done to BMW hundreds of dollars cheaper than dealership. Only reaon I didnt give them a 5 star is because I had taken off work one day to have work done and when I arrived, I was told part had never arrived until next day. If I had known, could have still went to work. Part arrived next day and work was completed by end of day.

Best. Shop. Ever.Background: Im an out-of-towner and I was set to leave Jackson on Sunday to head to Nashville. Filled up the car, and soon thereafter found myself stranded on the side of the highway. I find a hotel and get the car towed.Come Monday morning, I call up European Automotive, tell them my story, and they tell me to get my car over there as soon as I can.It isnt but hardly 2pm that same day and they were already able to get my car in, diagnose and remedy the issue (bad gas: swamp water), and get the car filled up and test driven.Because of their efforts, Ive only been set back one day when my best hopes were to be back on the road by Thursday.I felt like I ran out of ways to thank them, and I absolutely recommend letting Conner and his crew take care of your car.

I have spent thousands of dollars with this business and never questioned the quality of work but the voice and attitude when you question things needs to be diplomatic. If you are the professional and people spend money there answer the doggone question instead of saying you are too busy. I asked if he could look at my services records to see if he serviced the Mercedes for the code p0221 or 0354 and he said we dont keep records which is a lie. Lauren was there before and if I needed a copy of a receipt she would just pull it or email it to me. I strongly believe that it is important that you remember service is important before and after the sale of services. Be professional and kind and never arrogant or rude. Customers choose where they spend their dollars and most times it where they are treated better. A sad note to post and no Connor I am not a disgruntled customer but one smh.

Conner did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my Mercedes. He also didnt throw in a bunch of unnecessary parts, fixes, and charges. They ordered the parts and fixed the car in a very timely manner.

Ive been going to European Automotive for more than 5 years and theyve always gone above and beyond in service and repair. When I owned a 2008 Mini Cooper S – worst purchase I ever made – Conner took care of me every single time I took the vehicle to the shop, which was very often. Hell even jump into your car to test drive it so he can diagnose it properly.Fortunately, I was able to get rid of that clunker and now I own a 2012 VW GTI. Any time it needs service, European Automotive is where I take it. Theyre very knowledgeable and Mrs. Laura always has a smile on her face as soon as you come in. No wonder theyve been in business for so long.

The Best for my 2003 BMW M5

I have to pay the cost for their Careless.I gave my BMW to them for the headlight. They changed the Control Module in $800 but they didt put the back-cover of the headlight back. Because of that the water went inside the control module and it became faulty because of their fault.When I asked them they said the back cover was never there at all in both the lights. I again gave my car to them to inspect. Then they put it back the covers and now they said it was there in the car bottom and it was fallen down. They are lying completely. I already checked it. Nothing was there. They forgot to put it back in the lights.At the end, my headlight control module went wrong for which now they are asking again $450.Their behavior is also pathetic. I am going to file a complaint against them.

If i pay to have my car inspected at least tell me if i have an oil leak. Other than that they did fix the problem i asked them to.
