Had to leave a bad review on this place. Paid for rims and a tool box to be installed. I think in my head it shouldnt take more than a few hours. Boy was I wrong. Took them 7 hours to finish my truck! Not only that, but the hubcaps were the wrong size. Said they were going to order the right hubcaps, I called 3 weeks later and they forgot to return them!!! Here I am a month later with no hubcaps and they still havent even called me. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time 👎

Installed my lift and did a great job.

I ordered some AMP Electric steps for my Chevy and they were fast to get them shipped to the store. They installed them for me but it took all day as they didnt mark me as a waiting customer... I arrived at 9am... but they didnt start on my order till I talked to the manager. 4 hours waiting... 4 more hours for the install. But the steps work and look great.

I dont normally leave negative feedback. This place deserves one though. I have never been here before, and maybe it was just a bad day but...I ordered a part that I could not find near me so I paid for it online and waited for confirmation. The email came stating not to head to the store until the email confirming the product availability came in. So when it did I drove the 18 miles from my house to the store to pick-up curbside. When I arrived I phoned the store to let them know I was there, no one answered. The phone rang so long that a message saying to call back when they were not so busy came on. I thought well Ill just go inside, no big deal. I went in and found out why no one answered the phone. Nobody was behind the counter. 20mins. later and six people in line, not to mention the three people who left. Someone finally came out to help me ( and I use the word cautiously). They looked at my confirmation number and proceeded to go back in the warehouse to get my item. Came back empty handed and told me that the item was not there, and did I mind coming back tomorrow. I did mind, so I asked them to ship it to me. I will not be going back.

Do not go to this one in Riverside! Very very poor service.Supervisor/Manager scheduled me in for Wednesday to have my truck worked on that very day.I get there hes not in for the day! Someone else helps me, and says you didnt put down a deposit.Supervisor/Manager mentioned NOT a thing about a deposit, nor was it stated in printout of out the door price! He wasted very valuable TIME of mine...They deserve no stars at all PERIOD!!! Place is junk-

Fair prices, large selection of products. The customer service vary depending on which associate you got I had a little bit of both. The initial associate to help me was not the best but I ended off on a good note with the other associate that help me at the end.

Ive been to this store several times and every time its a disappointment. This last time the guy helping me was ok, but not even a minute into our conversation some clown with tattoos on his neck was crying about a parts call. I seen 5 other people standing behind the counter that could have answered that call, or at least offered to assist me while he answered the call. This is the last I will shop at 4wp.

Heard about their March madness sale on the radio, decided to check out the sale. Walked away with a stellar deal on a new grill guard. Ricky was super helpful and patient. Cant wait to get my new bumper!

2/8/21.I made an online order with in store installation and soon received a phone call from the store. I was told that due to the pandemic, it wouldnt ship for 15 days, but that once it did, theyd update me with tracking info. I told them it wasnt a problem. Its been 22 days, and no one at the store even answers the phone... I called corporate customer service, and told them what was happening, they said they would check on it and placed me on hold, after 15 minutes I just hung up. Frankly at this point Im feeling like Ive been ripped off....Follow up:2/10/21So as you can see, I received a reply from 4wheel parts where they asked me to email them to get this resolved. Which I promptly did. 2 days later, and no reply to my email. Im just going to have my bank reverse the $1000.00. Worst shopping experience of my life.

Last week I decided to purchase some shocks from 4Wheel Parts and i must say, I was very impressed with the staffs customer service and responsiveness. I walked in, addressed my issue that i was having with my truck, and i was helped instantly. I would definitely come back for future purchases. Called to find out if they had a lift for my truck, the guy says, let me check, I know that they were on back order...puts me on hold for over 25 minutes and then just hangs up on me lol...when I tried calling back it just goes to there automated voice mail and then hangs up, so good luck even getting through...

Probably the number 1 place to get upgrades for your vehicle. Expect to wait in line for an advisor on weekends, and possibly days to get you vehicle back if they do work on it.

So far so good. Each time I’ve gone they’ve been helpful. This last time I went in to get a lift, 37’s, & some wheels. I’m not at all experienced in this stuff but I did a ton of research. so I was able to communicate with the associate and understand what I was being told. I hope all comes out as expected. Each time I’ve gone I’ve waiting anywhere between 15-30min for someone to help me. Which is fine. Some people need to realize it takes time to build a vehicle the way one wants and sometimes you have to change some things to make it work which also requires more thinking on pulling the trigger. Be patient! You’re not the only one spending money. The last time I went I dropped 6,500 with Steve. That guy was cool and patient with me as I decided what route I wanted to do. Be thankful these guys are trying to steer you in the right direction. If they didn’t care they can easily just do the stupid things we planned on doing from the get go.Thanks for the help steve!!I look forward to completing my new mods and moving forward to the next mod of my rig.#JTR

Went to see what they had to offer even though some reviews raise an eyebrow. Wanted to take advantage of their pro comp special but you can only pick pro comp wheels which looked mediocre.Salesman seemed helpful but they werent willing to help much beyond trying to push their product.So I ended up taking my business elsewhere even though I ended up paying a little more I got exactly what I wanted.

Was qoted 300 for an Install that was supposed to take 2 hrs .well it was harder than it looked and took all day they still charged me the same and the work was fantastic! Thanks guys

I tried calling a couple of times but no one seems to be next to a phone. I was planning on driving down there but after reading a couple of the comments, it seems like one of those places it’s best to stay away from.

Called and was out on hold by Josh for 18mins and then the phone system said good bye. I called back and was again put on hold for almost 10mins before I gave up and hung up myself. Very unhappy with the customer service

Got a new set of tires on my dually that I just bought 2 weeks ago and they lost my hub covers for 3/4 corners. Over 400$ worth of covers gone and they swear they were never on but I have 1 passenger side cover on still. They said it came in that way and then I showed them pics of the truck the night I brought it home some from earlier in the week and low and behold covers on all 4 corners. Not to mention the install took longer than I was told and I sat in the parking lot for 3 hours even though I was told to be there at that time when I dropped my truck off in the morning. 2k for the tires and apparently I have to spend 400$ out of pocket to replace covers I can basically prove they lost in their shop when they did my tires. Probably wont even take my truck back for the tire warranty as I dont want them touching my vehicles anymore, so basically the warranty was a waste of money too! Was on hold over the phone for 20 minutes because they were going to see if I had the part I needed. They answer after those 20 minutes and then they ask how can I help you I tell him I was being helped already and he says the guy went to lunch. Are you kidding me?? I then tell him what part I needed and puts me on hold for like 20 more minutes and then hangs up. Did he go to lunch to?? We will never know all I know is that this is the worst customer service i have experienced. No wonder they have bad reviews.

This auto parts store is TRASH they oversold me on parts and would not give me a refund or store credit for un opened unused parts with a reicept. Its not right to take advantage of customers who dont know your field of work. I would recommend Any other shop other then this sham shop.

“The autozone of off-road suppliers”Went in looking to get somethings I needed to buy for king of hammers and the sales person Beamon Rodney was very short and unhelpful. Asked if they had powertanks in stock and only got a “no” response. Never offered to order one for me or anything. Asked for pricing on a ARB dual air pump and install and got a “uh yeah hold on” and never answered my question, didn’t even want to bother asking for pricing on inner fenders and rock lights to get installed. Also online ordering for pick up in store is a joke. They won’t pull your order until you call. Went few days without hearing anything. Called the store and was on held for 45 minutes only for the guy to actually go and put his hands on the product so if you’re looking to order online and pick up same day I suggest you call and make sure.Over all employees seem clueless and hate their job. Won’t visit this place again. If you’re looking for a store with knowledgeable and helpful employees and actually care check out 4West.

The place has lots of things we can purchase, but nothing special to set them apart from other truck accessory stores. They are over priced, especially for installation. They do not treat their customers right, they sold me a bumper with no place for a license plate, but they told me they will make sure they find a way to mount the plate. When i was told to pick my truck up the license plate was not there. They apologized and said we will fix it shortly. I returned after two hours and still no plates. I asked again and I was told the foreman was on a test drive and they have to wait til he returns. I do not have 4 hours to waste on something that was supposedly finished in the morning. The customer service was poor as well, with the employees not knowing much about their products.

These guys never have anything in stock. When you look it up on their site it always says in stock, but that means that it is in their warehouse. So after I drove down to the store, I find this out. So now I go home without my needed part and wait until Monday and order it, pay for it, and have it sent to my nearest store. The website clearly says that if I order before 3pm, it will be at the store the next business day.So the next day I stay home from work waiting for the call that never comes.Im sure you can guess the rest, my part was going to take another day. I didnt even get an opology. These guys dont seem to mind treating you bad and lying to you. The associate seemed to think it was absurd that I would expect something to be shipped from Compton to Riverside in one business day. Dont give them your business... They dont seem to care anyway.

Be warned ⚠️ if you have a problem with there service or products dont try to post on there website they will take it down so people dont know the truth about them I bought something from them almost two months ago they wont respond to any correspondence and I cant get any info on when they will ship out the product that has already been paid for about time to report to better business bureau I used their in-house credit card so they are no help either very poor customer service and if they dont have the product in stocks they shouldnt be selling it.

Took me 5 months to get a rope for a winch! they never called. i shouldve just ordered it on Amazon... I will not be buying from any 4 wheel parts ever again. Just bad customer service overall

Great service but took a little longer than initially expected. I exercised the warranty I had on 4 tires and Victor ensured I was taken care of. I thought it would be a hassle but it wasn’t. He looked at my tires & the mileage on my truck and without hassle he got set up on appointment to get my tires replaced (free of charge). It took about a week to get the appointment and tires in but well worth it. I looked at the reviews for this place and I was a little worried about them not fulfilling the warranty for whatever reason but that wasn’t the case. Will definitely buy my next set of tires here.

Not much there if you dont own a Jeep or Raptor. Spent a half hour in the store with my wallet in hand, literally, and not a single person spoke to me. I wont be buying anything there. Or I should say ordering. I dont go through a stores doors if I dont want something they can sell me.

4 wheel part employees. When customers call answer the dam phone . When you put them on hold dont leaving hanging for 2 hours . When you say your going to call back call the heck back . This is why I never shop with theses people

Large selection of parts and accessories. First time I have ever gone to the store let alone done business with this company. I was very satisfied with it and was helped by two different employees. For sure top notch product is sold with them. If they don’t have it in store can get with four days or so the guy told me. Even have events with free food and demos. If you are into off-roading for sure check it out

Ordered a simple pair of rear shocks that they said would be in the next day that was any problem what was a problem is when I went back the next day around the same time that I ordered the previous day they said my shocks were not in they have my phone number all they had to do was call and let me know instead I wasted 45 minutes in traffic just nothing. I was purchased a set of wheels for my sons truck. It was Saturday and store was busy, understandably so, especially with the COVID-19 situation. I was told by assistant manager that the wheels would be delivered the next Tuesday from Bakersfield. Tuesday came and went, no wheels, no call. I called Wednesday, eternal rigging. Finally, someone picked up, said theyd check for me, was left on hild amd forgotten. This has gone on for 9 days. I am promised a returned call and nothing.Im told were busy. You know, were ALL BUSY!. What ever happened to good old customer service?

June comes get an email they wont have them for 3 weeks. its now 3 weeks i decide to ask a refund because this is way to long maybe i can find then somewhere else, they havent seemed to receive my refund and they didnt reimbursed the taxes, i know companys dont do that but its truly because you dont have what i ordered i pay still? That seems unfair . And even now im on hold for 40 mins and ive spoken to noone

Dont trust the online inventory! Drove 30 minutes to get here. Online showed both items in stock. BOTH ITEMS were NOT in stock. Recovery kit was not in stock. Even a basic snatch block was not in stock! Seriously. Guess Ill get the snatch block from harbor freight!

Spend $3,000 dollars for a fab fours Bumper, less then a year later both Side Fender Liners where coming undone. This is suppose to be done professionally. That is what i thought i paid for. Never go there again. i had to replace both. bought at dealer $220.00 total . Drilled a couple of holes and it looks good to me

Theyre very easy to find off of the 91 Freeway and Tyler exit, they do excellent work oh, they have a great variety of upgraded parts for your off-road vehicles and to improve the performance. They are a little pricey but you can have every confidence that the work is done right and that is well worth the price.

Took my 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport in for tires, rims. My sales associate was Ricky S. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested that I go with the Bilstein 5100s to provide a little bit of lift on the front end. I was a little apprehensive about the clearance because I went with BFG LT285/17 KO2. He reassured me that it would be good. He was spot on. No issues and it looks great.

I have been shopping at this location since it opened. Before that, my Ford Ranger was regeared at the Santa Ana location. Carlos and Alberto always take their time to look in the back for parts when I make a purchase. If that part is not in stock, they make sure to call me with updated of said parts whereabouts, and ultimately when the part arrives at their store. The positivity of the sales people and the thorough nature that they provide when ordering parts or just asking questions is why Im giving this store and Alberto and Carlos a 5/5 score.

I agree with others pricey and its hit-and-miss with the representatives helping. You know you have a good rep if you go outside and he shows you his vehicle and its not a Prius ( I am being facetious) but make sure he knows what hes talking about and be sure to know about the 30% restocking fee. Not trying to give the place a bad rap they have quality products they have staff that are well trained and they can take care of you. But I think they have areas that improvement thats why I gave them 3 stars.Update 2 years later service hasnt changed much if at all lack of choices keeps me coming back. This year I would like them to work on product knowledge. The sales guy I had wanted to turn my two shocks into one shock with a lift and when i asked him about a two shock lift he quoted me another grand. I went back a few days later and told him to keep my stock duel shock mount and just order another shock he told me it couldnt be done and i ask to talk to his tech. He said I was not going to talk to his tech. He said he would just order it and refund my money when I didnt work out. Well long story short glad he learned something from the customer and I enjoy my duel pro comp shocks.

The people here will sure sell you the parts and install to get your money. But when it comes to the installation, everything changes on service. No one can give you a straight answer why vehicle is not ready as promised. Service is very poor here. I would be looking for another store or another company for my mods. Would no recommend for installation.

Usually irritated. Order a drag link online, said it would take 2-7 business days, two weeks later I call because of no word. The part has been there for 6 days. Find a better place and let me know.

Got my jk lifted from here. Still have a few outstanding issues as Im hearing rattling from the exhaust. They also couldnt install the driveshaft reccomended by the manufacturer and said it was the wrong size. They didnt have the other one in stock. They didnt notify me until I picked it up.

Got some bad attitude. Was told they dont have 4 Chevy lift, yet I go online and they sell 4 lift.Purchased elsewhere, hope the salesman is enjoying his unemployment benefits soon.
