I went to Maaco for an insurance claim for my car twice. Sarah Berent was my representative that. Everything was timely, very thoroughly communicated and she definitely looked out for my best interest with the insurance company. I’ve been to other collision shops in the past. And I have not ever had such great service. I hope not to have to come back for collision work but if I need this service again. IT WILL BE MAACO AND SARAH!

DO NOT GO HERE!After having my truck for 6 weeks i ended up having to take it to the dealer. I bought my truck from Carvana. Used their warrenty company Silver Rock. Headliner had some water stains, bumper had a smail dent. Headlight needed to be replaced. Here is what my truck looked like when i picked it up. Sent Sarah an email with this feedback prior to leaving this review. After 2 days.... No responseTruck is trashed. There is white dust/overspray all over the interiorGrease stains on the brand new headliner!?!?!?! I have pictures to prove itInterior was put back together wrong. Had to have a guy come out to get it corrected because i could not put the seatbelt on. I instructed him how to correct it and he offered me a jobScratches on the freshly painted bumperTrim around the overhead console not put back together and garage door opener inoperableA plastic interior trim piece was in the bed of my truck. Still not sure where it goesFailed to transfer the high performance bulbs from the old headlight. I definitely mentioned it to themYou would think that everything would have been double or even triple checked over the 6 weeks they had it in their possession.They charged Silver Rock roughly $7500 and now its at the dealer because they couldnt fix itAwful experience to say the least.

I brought my 2006 Avy in for some repairs, rust removal, and paint job. I was waited upon by Tarek - who was one of the nicest guys youll meet. He and his team of miracle workers did a phenomenal job! The truck looks brand new!! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

SECOND TRY AND I STILL AM LEFT WITH SOLVENT POP BUBBLES FROM THEM APPLYING PAINT TOO QUICKLY. I brought my tahoe here for rust repair and paint job. When they finished there was paint runs on the front bumper still rust bubbles on the wheel well interior was dusty as can be and you could still see the huge rectangle on the side where the door moldings used to be. Also had overspray on my windows in my tread of my tires on my spare tire and in my wheel wells. Also my hood was off almost and inch from lining up with the fender. They then blamed the problems on the parts saying it was because they were aftermarket.. At no point was i offered oem parts or given the option.And dont forget there were about 8 to 10 pieces of tape left on the vehicle from painting.They then made me wait a week with it looking like this. Brought it in on a Mondayfor them to fix the issues and went ahead told them to get a new bumper for the front because previous was cracked. I wanted to keep the old grilles and bumper i told them. They then threw away my old bumper and cracked my grilles that were in good condition before. Lost the washers and the nuts for my light bar they took off. Then I come to pick it up and the new bumper was so warped you could see it a mile away they also hardly painted the holes where the tow hooks insert(i can see a black primed surface where paint should be covering).Sarah was very rude on the phone and yelled at me on the phone and was extremely rude when I came in to tell them the bumper looked horrible. I dont recommend anyone going here unless you want to be treated poorly and waste your time and money.

Amazing Customer Service! They were willing to take a look at my car immediately and offer me advice on how to fix it myself! Didnt even charge for a small part they gave me... Would recommend them 100%!!!

I had a lot of rust spots on my Honda Civic and a dent. I took my car there to repair the rusts and paint the whole car. They did an outstanding rust repair and repaired the dent as well. Matched the paint perfectly. I dropped off my car Tuesday evening and picked it up Friday evening (ahead of scheduled pickup date).Professional and friendly service, prompt, competitive prices, Excellent Work! My car looks awesome!! Will definitely use them again!! And I would recommend other to use this shop too!!

Great experience! Brought in my daughter’s 2009 Pontiac Vibe she had put it threw the ringer but now it was being passed on to my son for his 16 birthday. They made it look great! he was so happy. Brought that old beater to life again! And they worked with my budget.

I got my Mitsubishi Eclipse at this Maaco last week with the Urethane + Integrated Clear coat. My car had very bad de-lamination of the factory clear coat all over. The new paint job really makes it shine again. This Maaco has a very friendly service team and fast turn around time. Ask for Randy when you go to get an estimate, he will take good care of you, and your car.

I had custom body work done on my cars trunk along with a dent repair across a crease. It was done extremely well. The team at Maaco was helpful, transparent, and nice. See pictures of the work on my Cadillac. It is a unique now.

Had a front end collision fixed. But then a month later my car had transmission problems. Took back to Macao and they said they don’t know what the problem is. Then afterwards I took it to a car mechanic and they know immediately what the problem was. So Maaco forgot to fix a component that was damaged during the accident. They definitely don’t have much mechanical expertise.They’re good at body shop with but not so with mechanical work. If you have a front end accident, I don’t recommend them.

I went to this Maaco, highly recommendation from my mechanic, and was not disappointed. Sarah welcomed my with friendliness, courtesy, and most of all fairness and honesty. Wow. Tarek and Diaa took my 1998 4Runner and brought it into the 21st century in style. This vehicle has 245,000 miles on it, has been in my family for 22 years, and has been mine personally for 9 years. I took my DRIVERS TEST in this car in 2002. Needless to say, this thing is my baby.I was super impressed by the professionalism, speed, and quality of the work these guys performed. They absolutely knocked it out of the park, and I cant recommend them more. Ill be coming back for some additional work FOR SURE, and Ill keep you all posted on how the 4Stunner progreses.

We needed scratches repaired on the front fender, Got quotes from collision shops, who estimated over $1000 to do the work. I know they only want insurance work and over charge. Amazing service at an amazing price! The staff is also incredible, they ordered, installed, and blended a new door on my Ford Fusion in less than 3 days; would definitely recommend for anyone looking for body/paint work!

We gave the car to paint passenger doors and there was a small chip on front door. They polished the front door ( even after knowing it will not look good) they then painted the rare doors. After calling us there they said they will charge another $200 to fix the front polish as it didn’t come out good. We asked him why didn’t he call us to let us know what happened to the front door so that we can just ask him to paint that small section, they waited until the last moment and now charging us another $200 to fix a small section that they themselves spoiled despite being the experts in paint job.Very disappointed!!

Id like to thank Tarek, Tommy, Mickey and others on the team that painted my truck of 24 yrs and brought it to level that I was very pleased with! The satin black matte paint is very cool, already had a few thumbs up!

Dont under estimate these guys, they do show quality paint work. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful and most importantly my paint came out spotless and looking super good for the show.

They painted my work van the wrong color and got paint on the tires. Metallic purple instead of basic navy blue. They acknowledged it was the wrong color and decided it was fair to charge me an additional $800 to fix their mistake and have it painted again. Tarek said it will be done in a week, but it took them 2 weeks. They also left water bottles and tape inside the vehicle. Tarek asked for a positive review and to refer people to this location. Sure...

Fast and good work! I normally don’t leave reviews but this place deserves it. Took some backup sensors to get painted for my honda odyssey and Diaa was very nice and explained different options for me & my budget. they matched the paint spot on. Took it in on a thursday and had them back friday. Wouldn’t hesistate to come back again.

When this body shop first opened in 2019 I took my Mercedes GLC300 for repairing a dent on the tailgate. They did a great job of removing the dent and painting the tailgate that matched perfectly the rest of the car. However there were a couple of streaks of clear coat near the gas tank lid which surprised me as this area was not to be touched. I took the car back to them and they removed the streaks. I think this problem occured because they were still going through a learning process as the shop had just opoened.In early March 2020 I had them repair my other car BMW 328i. It had front bumper and fog lamp damage due to an accident. They replaced the bumper assembly and the fog lamp and painted it. They did a great job and it looks brand new.The whole time I was dealing with Tarek. He understood my concern especially about having a small issue (clear coat streak) with my first car and paid special attention when repairing the second car. He is very easy to work with. Their pricing is very competitive and they finished the work within the time they had promised. I would definitely recommend using this shop as they are very professional, have competitive pricing and they complete the work within the promised time.

Brought in my wife’s vehicle to this establishment to get some work done, first off car was not done on promised date, and whenever I asked about my vehicle, management would not give me a straight answer!!!!!! Took about a week late of the promised date to get the vehicle done. When i took my vehicle home, my wife noticed her new bumper was hung by a few zip ties and some glue! I would not recommend this place! Unprofessional and poor management.
