To start, this was my third visit to this location for service. I tend to try a place 3-4 times before leaving a review. I rate quality of service, customer service and customer satisfaction.QoS: yes it’s a dealership and prices are higher, however, prices Are high everywhere now with inflation and product shortages. The quality of the parts and service to me are fantastic. Prices are all straight to the point and they perform their services in a timely fashion (pending they have everything your vehicle needs in stock).Customer Service: From the moment you enter the doors you are greeted with a smile, and a welcoming tone, no one seems rushed and no one seems like they dislike their job!Customer Satisfaction: this is where I give a place three chances, no one is perfect all the time and certainly no one is happy all the time! I’ve been frustrated by the cost of maintaining a vehicle through a dealership however, it’s done by Honda certified technicians and they all do quality work! Had a feeling I was losing air in my tire so I went to Ralph Honda & asked Steve in Service, even though I did not have an appointment, would he take a look at it. It was determined that I had a screw in the edge & when removed the tire could not be repaired. A new tire was ordered, I went home & not long after I received a call that my car was ready. Car battery was very low which cause it not to start without a jump. Called the dealership and at first said would not able to see the vehicle until 10/25. They worked my vehicle in and I was able to bring it in 10/19 and take it home (10/20).Satisfied Customer

Having my vehicle serviced at Ralph Honda is always a breeze. Starting with their easy to use website, making my appointment is simple. Dropping off the vehicle is just as easy. I have used the drop box for night before service drop off and have had the pleasure of just driving up and into the drop off bay. So simple. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. TVs, books and newspapers are provided as well as free coffee and snacks. Friendly and courteous staff top it all off.

Just Wow !!As a new customer to Ralph Honda I made a service appointment for later the following week as they were completely booked. I opted to drop off my car and get a rental to see if they could fit it in or in case someone canceled. Well the very next day I received a call saying my car was finished.Turns out it was an easy fix that was diagnosed and handled with ease. Fast, friendly service! Received my first oil change there with a new leased vehicle. Was pleasantly surprised that they informed me the oil change would be half off. Everyone was friendly from start to finish. The checkin attendant at service area was friendly and informative. The mechanic called me immediately once the car was ready. Quick check out at the reception desk. Another available office staff member went out of her way to take care of me as the other receptionist was taking care of someone ahead of me. With this kind of service, I will gladly continue give my business to Honda even after this lease is up!

The people at Ralph Honda are friendly. The whole process was swift and smooth. I did not feel pressured by sales nor by finance. From what I can tell, there weren’t any attempts to rip me off and there weren’t any attempts to upsell me. The Kelly Blue Book value of the car I bought is basically the same as the price I payed, so I know I got a good deal. Any concerns I had were addressed and any questions I had were answered. Your service Department was excellent. I had a family emergency right after I dropped off car and was waiting for my car. I told them I would have to resch and they told me they could lend me a loaner. I was so appreciative as my grandson was sent to the emergency department and us grandmas were in charge. I made my appointment quick and easy online, but we all know things come up unexpectedly. Today I brought my Honda in for maintenance more than two hours before my scheduled time, “No worries!” Patrick couldn’t promise a specific time but my car was ready in about an hour and I was able to get my grandson off the bus. Body shop does truly excellent work in body repair and painting. Im very satisfied. Had two jobs done for my cars and recommended Ralph for my sons door repair. I had to take my brand new 2021 Civic into the Collision Shop after the front passenger side suspension was destroyed by lovely curb in our fine city. The staff in the shop performed outstanding work in a friendly manner. While the circumstances were less than favorable, I appreciated Chuck McGarrys commitment to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as he could. He also kept me abreast of the progress throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone that asks.

Always done good work. I wish Honda would stop using Hankook tires. They are terrible. Made my CRV sound like a tank. Replace them with Yokohama.

We noticed the Low Tire Air indicator on our instrument panel so we scheduled an appointment at Ralph Honda Service Department on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day. They checked all four tires and found the leak on the right rear tire. Upon close examination they found a long screw imbedded in the tire, removed it and inserted a permanent plug in the tire.We have purchased several vehicles at Ralph Honda and get all of our service done there. We highly recommend Ralph Honda Service Department.

I had to take my Honda Civic in for a fuel pump change. While there they also changed my oil and rotated my tires. The service was fast and quick. Clearly with covid going on Ralph Honda is making strides to keep everyone safe by providing socially distant workstations and waiting areas. However it felt quite normal and comfortable which is still important with everything going on. We have used Ralph Honda for years and will continue to do so. Everyone there is always Pleasant and eager to help!

Service personnel were courteous and reviewed all options for my car. I felt no pressure and was able to select the options that suited my needs. The auto inspection report was reviewed in detail with me.

Service took 2 hours longer than I was quoted, after my initial quote was 3 hours. Didn’t get anything in return for the inconvenience, except an apology for the service “taking a little longer”, and didn’t intend on spending 5 hours waiting around for my car. If you’ve got places to be, choose a different company.

I’ve had my civic for 2 years now, Ralph’s service department always makes it so easy to get maintenance done.I definitely recommend asking for Tyler as your technician, he knows what he’s doing and is good about explaining anything that needs to be done. Last year I hit a huge pot hole and blew out 2 tires, dented one of the rims. Tyler talked to my insurance adjuster, sent the rim out to be resurfaced and ordered 2 new tires. I had my car back in less than 2 days. Definitely making a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with!
