Best shop in Monroe County. The son works on the cars and he is an expert. The dad is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are honest and extremely knowledgable. They explain everything to you and they dont beat around the bush. They dont take advantage of women nor elderly. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Needed a muffler with some custom pipe work. Very nice to deal with, happy with the price! If your looking for a fancy waiting room or office this isnt the place for you.

This goes out to anybody that has any malfunctioning with their car do not go to tiger auto shop I supposedly had a bad Cadillac converter then I had a bad engine spent three grand on an engine started malfunctioning started malfunctioning the guy stole my rear Cadillac converter put a exhaust muffler pipe had my car for over a month thinking that I wouldnt see notice plus some of his employees does drugs and one of his employees that put the engine on said that hes been ripping people off for the longest so hey interact your own risk oh yeah he has a talk game just like a hustler but hey do your own research

Terrible they didn’t help me on the phone except for just telling me to come in and then when I did they all had no masks and made me stand outside in the cold for 30mins waiting for someone to look at my car when nobody showed up to look at it I left this place should be shut down

Fast, friendly, and decently priced. They are a family owned business that provide quality service at a reasonable price-- great for us working folks out there with busy lives and responsibilities. I had a wonderful experience here! My car would not start and they were able to get a tow truck out to me immediately from Twelve Corners Towing. They started working on my car the very next morning and kept me updated every step of the way by phone. Everything was fixed that day. I am a graduate student from out of state, and they knew I didnt have any family around to help me. They were so helpful and kind, they really took care of me. They even came to get me from my house to come pick my car up. I am so very thankful for their personal service and helping me get back on the road!

Scott was recommended by a co-worker and this by far has been the best shop that I have found to service my car. I was called before the work was started, informed of the parts needed and what all of the expenses would be. What few positive reviews these crooks have listed, are all from workers and family of the crooks that own the place. They are the same people who own the Junk yard Action Auto. They will look you win the eye and lie to your face with a smile. They do not give you quality, but rather they provide a temporary service using ok used parts from the junkyard that will only fix your problems long enough to get you to waste your money and drive away. Days, maybe weeks or even months, but not too long down the road that repair these shady people did, will need fixing again, something that should have stayed fixed for years, had it been a new part that they replaced it with. Just try to take it back and confront them. They will snub you and kick you out the door and leave you out to hang. They do not care about their customers and only care about money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE hear what I am saying to you so that you do not have to experience this terrible service that they gave to me.
