Good sneaker selection

Terrible customer service, period! 😠 I will not shop at Jimmy Jazz again! And just to be clear, I did purchase not one but two pairs of shoes at this store. I spent a lot of money but was treated rudely.

As a company im not understanding how you offering online ordering and you are located in a mall that is closed, so you have no access to your products. Surely you were quick to accept my money though, never again. Jimmy Johns is still faster than you clowns.

Nice products but service is horrible. Too ghetto. They dont speak, ignore customers and get mad if you ask for assistance. I hate going there.

Not good,!! They dont have getting Rooms and if the clothes dont fit on you they dont give u ur Monet back!!bad experience...
