Nita was the absolute sweetest and so gracious with her time! I could tell she genuinely loved makeup and once she heard I was interested in her favorite brand she helped me find the best products/shades that worked for me. Showing me similar options at different price points was very considerate.

I always feel confident about Sephora and its staff. Its the best place to learn about your skin and hair because the staff isnt there to just have a paycheck.Its also the best place to learn how to make-up with little tips of how get the look you want.Looking your best is what Sephora delivers.

I entered the store the evening of Sunday May 30, instantly the employees were very rude. We weren’t greeted even though there was an employee at the door. While shopping employees kept watching us as if we were causing a scene. I tried to ignore it but was heavily uncomfortable. My family and I quickly grabbed our needed items and headed to check out. The cashier was very kind but the rest of the employees left an awful impression. I will no longer be shopping at this Sephora location. I truly hope they improve the customer service offered at this location it is truly a disgrace to the Sephora company. I have never left a bad review but this experience was absolutely pitiful and no one should ever experience this monstrosity.

What a great team I love this store!

The tall, slender male employee was just downright rude to me and my mom. I will go to the nearest one in Tulsa if I really need to shop at a bigger Sephora or order online from now on. After being rude to me, I still bought something and when I walked out right past him, he did not even say “Bye” or “Have a nice day.” Bad service and bad attitude from him. I can tell he isn’t too good with retail service.

Can always find the right makeup products and there are plenty of testers to make sure your buy is good. Also, I love being a beauty insider and getting samples for points.

Great store, always very clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I also just love this shopping center!

They were so amazing and kind and welcoming I didn’t feel like I didn’t belong they were wonderful and trust me I wasnt looking my best but they had no judgement and they lady whom helped me I didn’t catch her name but she shade matched me so well I couldn’t even tell that I had anything on my face and she gave me some pointers and I used her advice I and my skin has never ever looked so flawless I will be going back again soon so if you’re thinking of going please do it’s amazing

Nice place with lots of selections

Your prices arent worth it without samples. I can see the touch free theory, but no samples makes sephora just another over priced make up shop. Plus having someone tell my daughter to get her mask back on a she tried a make up sample handed to her by a rep? Pathetic. At least Ulta is still what Ulta always was. Never thought Id say this, never in a million years, but as of today, Im officially done with Sephora.

I spend too much here but its worth it

Nice store, some very nice staff they have, except for one sales person. She has short black hair, middle age and obviously very rude and had terrible customer service, would not smile while checking you out at the counter. I did not have positive experience at all from this store due to her behavior, she made me feel unwanted for even shopping at the store. I think Sephora should fire her, some other young ladies are absolutely lovely, why having a rude and grumpy sales associate who is obviously very good at pushing customers out of the door?

I love checking out the fragrances in the back of the store. Its bright, clean and staffed with mostly friendly folks. The one time I was treated rudely, I made a low key complaint to a manager who was super respectful and even loaded my gf with a big bag of samples of stuff. Just re-gifted the stuff anyway, but its the thought that counts! Ill come back!

I miss the good old days when you could touch everything😭. Store still has a great selection and a helpful staff who make up for the lack of physical interaction.

Easy to go in and leave with something. The staff are very helpful and not to pushy. Only complaint is that sometimes its hard to find someone to help.

Wife loves the place I cant stand it but she loves to spend money on the items they sell and store is always clean and the employees are always so nice but for as much as we spend they better be nice and have a clean shop

I had a very good experience at this store. I went in to get a makeover and try out some new makeup. Brenna helped me and did an excellent job. She really knows her job and the products they sell. I left feeling great and more sure of myself in applying the makeup. I will definitely ask for her when I return.

Ive been to this Sephora numerous times and each time was a wonderful shopping experience. The associates have always been super friendly and helpful. When an item you want is out of stock, they truly go out of their way to make sure you do not leave the store disappointed! I will continue to shop at this Sephora. And to address another review, Im Asian and have always been asked if I needed any help by multiple associates each time.

9/27/2017 was my first visit to Sephora.My first stop was to ask if anyone was available for a foundation match and there was only one girl on the floor at the time with two people so I decided to come back later.When I went back I walked in and went straight to the cashier section and asked if anyone was available to match my skin tone. She directed me to a booth and after explaining Ive never been she hooked me up with a color specialist.Kacee was magnificent! She found two foundations, a primer, and a concealer that all worked for me. She was super pleasant and encouraged me to come back and talk to their skin care department, which I will.She sent me home with free samples of each product we tried and showed me step by step how best to apply the makeup. I am so, so thankful for her patience and for her explanations of every product!Ill definitely be going back.4/5 stars because although it was great, it did take longer than I anticipated. But it wasnt a big deal.

Went here to get fitted for a base since I have had trouble finding things that match my skin tone. They had a great selection that accommodates peoples different price ranges. I walked out with a product I loved, but I was really upset with how huffy and rushed the lady who helped me was acting. She also was a bit condescending and I understand that I look like Im 12 and she probably thought I wasnt going to buy anything but still. Great store, mediocre service.

Range of products are great store the store is well lit up. The one problem with this store is the absolute rudeness and the condescending attitude of the staff one in particular his name is Brandon. I may have asked for the wrong product by the name but there was no reason for this rude ahole to treat sephora customers like they are brain dead ignorant people. Friendly staff, wide range of products to choose from, store is always clean, its a little pricey because its Sephora, sometimes you can find deals. Overall I would recommend it if youre looking for a Cologne or Perfumes because you can get free samples to try out to see if you like it for a few days, before you purchase.

Cashier who rung me up overcharged me for eyeshadow primer and foundation. When I asked her to get the manager, she just straight-up gave me an attitude and refused. I didnt get the products I wanted, so I turned around and left.

I will never go back to this location. I love Sephora but the service here was awful. I wanted to get fitted for a fountain and so finally someone asked if I needed anything that girl was nice but then the only makeup artist available at that time was so rude. While she was trying to match a foundation on me she kept checking herself out in the mirror. She didnt talk to me at all expect when she said this is your color it looks good. She was so short with me and didnt ask me any questions she just said this one is good, buy it. Maybe that wouldnt have bothered me as much if the color was the right fit for me. But lord it was WAY too dark for me. Maybe if she hadnt spent so much time checking herself out she could have seen that the color she matched was too dark

Went to this store on 7/16/17 & it started off as pretty good experience. The lady that helped was friendly & matched my tone to a few different products. I was excited to try Sephora since this was my first experience. I stood in line as the second person for 15-20 mins. The cashier was chatting to a customer for like what seemed forever. Then, the lady that helped me was just walking around not doing anything. Another lady on the floor came to the back of our line & helped the person at the END. Not the person at the front who had been waiting the longest.. I laid my stuff down and walked out & went to another place that sells the same products & was lovely to work with.

Very helpful & kind employees. They are usually always in stock of my favorite liquid eyeliner!

I Went to approach the Fenty beauty display when a pretentious blonde staff member intentionally stepped in my way and didn’t even acknowledge me. It made me super uncomfortable that they would treat their customers this way. Won’t be coming back to this location.
