Office of Dr Zadeh is full of nice and professional staff. I am now more clear than yesterday, mind wise and vision wise.Thank you Dr Zadeh for your in depth exam and extended time working on my eyes and also for your advice.Alex also primarily helped me on some tests and I enjoyed his knowledge related to my eyes. Thank you Alex.I didnt get other ladies names unfortunately to specifically thank them here.
Professional and knowledgable and very caring Dr and Staff! Considering all Covid-19 precautions you will feel safe and welcome! I strongly recommend this place to anyone for eye - wellness check and all optometric needs. Dr. Maurice E. Zadeh, O.D. and his staff are truly deserve the title of the best optometrist in Fulton!
My husband and l have been going to Family Eye care for years. Always greeted from the front desk as soon as we walk in, very important. Excellent doctor very thorough. Its nice to see the same doctor there year after year. The eyeglasses team are never pushy they know their products and they always give me an excellent fit. They carry a large variety of glasses that are made well and last theyre always up-to-date on the latest styles. they give you a nice case and cleaner to take care of them I wouldnt go anywhere else. Nothing is as important as your eyes
This Office Staff and the customer service; off the charts. The Doctor; no one takes more time and care to make sure you are in the right glasses and contacts and that you are happy. They stay in close communication from beginning to long after you are gone to make sure things are still working for you. The only negative is they are not in the Primary care field or Dentistry or all the other medical fields because they are the Practice that all others should follow. Thanks for setting the example. Lisa
During these hard times (Pandemic) the last thing that I wanted to do was make an office visit. The Family Eyecare of Roswell employees were ready for such visits with all the right precautions in place:- fewer patient appointments scheduled - less crowded- greeted at door by staff w/hand sanitizer- masks required- social distancing observedDr. Zadeh spoke of the seriousness of patient/staff good health, I was very relaxed and enjoyed my new eyeglasses experience!
I had shared last week via review of a scheduling challenge at Eyecare of Roswell. Not only did I get a call directly from Dr. Zadeh apologizing for the miscommunication, but after rescheduling and going in today - I couldnt have been more impressed with how the business is taking precautions to keep all safe during this time, both employees and customers. After todays visit I chaulk up the scheduling challenge last week to just these crazy times.Very impressed on multiple levels after going in today. And excited to to get new prescriptions for 5 pair of progressives. Thanks for being so professional.
Thanks for great 6 plus years of service. This afternoon will be our last day in your office. The way we were treated was uncalled for.
Ive never had a more complete care eye exam experience with up to date technology. It was the same 10 years ago and a Doc n a box exam is NOT the same. No other Dr has asked me my line of work to reduce damage as much as possible. The entire staff has fantastic customer service even when busy. Well done!
The doctor and his staff are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else! If you need glasses, they have a nice range of options including the most current and trendy high end styles. Great experience start to finish including a cancer screening test. Highly recommend!
I try to see an eye doctor for a regular exam regularly every 12-24 month. I have seen Dr Zadeh on and off for over 15 years. I truly appreciate the time he takes to find the best fit for glasses and contacts. My last appointment took 2 1/2 hours. The practice seems to have the latest technology mixed with true and tried equipment to get the best results. The staff is easy to work with and knowledgeable. I picked up new glasses and contacts today and are simply blown away how well are both working for me.
My daughter and I have been patients here since 2010, The entire staff is welcoming, educated and professional. Dr. Zadeh is wonderful: He took the time to listen to my daughter to figure out what was really going on with her sight since there were no apparent abnormalities. Turned out that she has a heightened, hypersensitivity to light which affected her ability to see the board clearly at school. We got her a light prescription, mostly anti-reflective set of glasses which ultimately allowed her to feel more comfortable reading the board, projections, as well as help her vision in bright sunlight.
Great people and service...best in the area by far.....
I have been a patient of Family Eyecare of Roswell for so many years. I love the atmosphere. Doctor Zadeh and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do take their time with each patient to make sure they cover all the bases and I think that’s very positive. Nicole helped me pick my glasses and they are great. I think besides being fashionable, they help protect my eyes from UV and extreme sunlight using the transition lens technology.
Dr Zadeh is very thorough...he doesnt rush. .....patiently review all there is to see....time is of no essence to him with each patient. The office staff are all super friendly and very professional. They care about each patient. I travel an hour to go for my check-ups each year! Thanks guys! Theresa
Dr. Zadeh is an excellent doctor and I have been going to him for over 17 years. He is calm, low key and professional and I appreciate his care as I have especially challenging eyes! I would never recommend someone who is less than stellar so trust me! I also appreciate his office staff as they are enthusiastic, competent and fun.
All the staff very pleasant and thoughtful. The doctor was extremely proficient and had a very caring demeanor. Glasses a bit pricey but great selection.
One of the best doctors office ive ever visited. The staff were very friendly and helpful, often going out of their ways to explain the procedures, and making sure youre comfortable with everything. The doctor himself provided the very same level of care. You can tell its all genuine, from the top down. Its never about getting you in and out as quickly as possible.
Absolutely superb staff and service received. I couldnt have imagined a more helpful, kind, friendly, family like staff than I experienced visiting this office. This was my first visit and will be following up next week for Contact Lenses Follow Up and to pick up my frames. This is the first time I opted to try contact lenses. They fitted me after testing my eyes, then put them in for me. While they were in, I went over to choose a set of frames. Ive always been afraid of things going into my eye but this was not nearly as difficult as I expected. I chose to go ahead and get contacts too. The trainer was phenomenal and helped guide me with each step of the way. She politely let me know what she saw me doing that was making it more difficult than it should be. For example, when removing, I didnt have my finger in the right place to hold open my eyelid or when putting them in, ditto...It may have taken me about 45 minutes to take them out then put them back in, but my oh my. None of the office staff showed any signs of losing patience with me and were very encouraging. I love my contacts and wish Id have had the opportunity to meet this doctor and staff much sooner!Again, everyone was polite and had very little to absolutely no wait time. I was very impressed. The office was also very clean and had a light and calm atmosphere on the inside.
Dr. Zadeh and his Staff are excellent. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly people, who are dedicated to customer service and doing things right the first time. Family Eyecare of Roswell is also very trustworthy. I am happy to have found such a great family of people to handle my eye care needs.
Knowledgeable, Professional staff. Dr Zadeh has provided the best care to me and my family for years. I cannot imagine to be able to get any better service and care anywhere else. i would recommend Family Eye-care of Roswell, strongly.
I visited Dr. Zadeh and his staff for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It had been years since my last eye appointment. If they had all been like this visit, I would have been going much more often. It was hands down, the best experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. No matter the practice type. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was polite, happy and professional.
Dr. Zadeh has taken care of the optical needs of my family since I cant remember when; an age factor. I dont believe weve ever had reason to complain; for neither service, prescription or care. If there was a bedside manner scale for Optometrist, Dr. Z would peg the arrow. This is lagniappe for his knowledge of eye care.
Love this practice. Dr. Zadeh is very personable. He went over exams with me in detail. His staff is awesome and I loved getting hep picking out my new glasses.
As I walked into he practice I was immediately acknowledged, A new patient, the receptionist was prepared for my arrival, it wasnt long before my exam began. Everyone was very friendly and professional, with an understanding of my unique situation. I was given a complete exam, I am confident in trusting Family Eyecare of Roswell with my vision/eye healthcare.
First time patient and was very impressed. I went here hoping for the feel of a smaller practice, with a more personal touch, and got exactly that. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and Dr Zadeh was excellent. Glad to have found it.
I have been a patient at Family Eyecare of Roswell for over 5 years and I am always amazed with their care and professionalism. Dr. Zadeh and his team not only provide terrific eye care services, they respect my schedule and time. Ive am extremely happy with Family Eyecare and have recommended them to family and friends.
Love this place. Everyone is outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. If youre looking for a great eye care team, give them a call!
Everyone is warm and friendly. The service and pace are excellent. Dr. Zadeh projects a very caring affect and explains all phases of what he is doing.
Nice people, but expensive compared to Roswell Eye Clinic. My fiance and I had the same eye infection, but he was unable to get an appointment at Family Eyecare of Roswell, so he went to Roswell Eye Clinic. My two visits with insurance - $150 (out of pocket). His two visits without insurance - $100. Same diagnosis, same care, but overall my visits cost $320 (with deductible and insurance claim) and his visits cost $150.
Been going here for over a decade now, and I dont even live in Roswell anymore. Staff is second to none. Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for.
I have been going here for years and figured to provide an update. Dr. Zadeh is great. So is the entire office.I have a condition called keratoconus in my right eye. So this time around I was fitted with a scleral lens. The whole process was smooth, trial lenses came on time. I was promptly notified to schedule a fitting follow-up. Dr. Zadeh listens to your feedback and diligently works on getting you the best vision possible. I am extremely happy with how sharp my vision is now, and how comfortable the lenses are.So if you are one special needs client such as myself, I would not hesitate to give his practice a try. Im sure you wont regret it and your eye will thank you for it.
The entire staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable from start to finish...this was my first experience with them and I am overall pleased with the level of professionalism...thank you guys for all you do!!!
This is the best optometrists office I have ever visited! Up until 3 years ago, I had 20/10 vision. I noticed that my vision began to get blurry when looking in the distance. I recently moved from another state and did not know where to go to get help with my vision but on the recommendation of an associate, I booked an appointment and was seen by Dr. Zadeh. The staff was fantastic and very helpful and Dr. Zadeh took very good care of me. Even though I am in trifocals now (!) I am very pleased that I can see accurately again no matter what activity I am engaged in. They were even able to take the stress of my eyes when sitting at the computer all day, by adding a tint to the lenses. The follow-up was great and I am extremely pleased with everyone at this practice. A great experience all around. Do yourself a favor and call on Dr. Zadeh for your next eye check-up.
Dr Zadeh is our Eye Care Dr. for last several years, Me and my family, always have great respect and comfort to visiting his office. Always with knowledgeable, friendly stuff make us comfortable to visit his office.
My experience at Family Eye Care of Roswell was excellent. Thanks to Dr. Zadehs thorough exam I can now wear contact lenses comfortably. The office staff is very friendy and efficient.I highly recommend Family Eye Care of Roswell.
So thankful for the care and compassion from Dr. Zadeh and his wonderful staff. My previous eye doctor was casual about what he labeled scar tissue in my left eye which would show up in the retinal photos taken yearly. This actually went on for about 7 years. After relocating to GA and having my first eye exam at Family Eyecare, I received a personal follow up phone call (it was New Years Eve weekend) from Dr. Zadeh because he was concerned about my retina. He told me it appeared to be a tear which is more serious than scar tissue and he was referring me to a Retinal Specialist. Its been about 6 months since my initial appointment, and Ive had a successful laser treatment from Georgia Retina (in February) for the tear which has healed beautifully, and I absolutely needed to give a shout-out for this incredible team! The office and support staff is also tremendous to work with, highly knowledgable, courteous and kind as well. These guys are on top of it! I am grateful to be a patient here.
First time here, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the Dr, the staffs knowledge of my vision insurance, and the speed of service. Im recommending you to everyone I know who needs glasses or contacts.
Dr Zadeh is UNQUESTIONABLY the best of the best in the region. He and his staff attended to every detail during my visit and there is no doubt that I was the focal point of the morning. But the most important aspect is, of course, eye care - and that is where Dr. Zadeh distinguished himself. The reading glasses are GONE. Dr. Zadeh spent a good while learning about my vision and then proposed a contact solution which has eliminated the need for cheaters - all while giving me 20/20 vision. I have not seen this well in YEARS.BRAVO!
Outstanding staff and Dr. Zadeh is best eye doctor I have ever had. Plan on being a client for many years.
Family Eyecare goes above and beyond for all their patients. I have referred all my family and friends to them. They are helpful and so friendly, they make you feel part of their family. I wish all healthcare facilities were just as fabulous as Family Eyecare!
Ive had a horrible experience with him 12 years ago! I went to his office because of having pain and redness in my left eye and he diagnosed me with pink eyes which lasted 10 days. The pain was getting worse and worse every day and I was super sensitive to light I saw him 4 times on that 10 days he was keep changing my drops and was insisting that it was pink eyes ! On day 11 I went to emergency room due to severe pain and they found out I had IRITIS !!!! And I was about to completely loosing my vision on that eye ! Since it was severe by then it took me 2 years of using Esteroind to finally get over it.I should have never trusted him!
I had a great experience at Family Eye Care of Roswell. Dr. Zadeh is very professional and Ginger is great, she puts her heart into her job, she is amazing!!
My glasses dont work. They didnt want to correct them when the eyeglasses came in. Im not setting foot there again lest they bill me again for another appointment like they did to my wife. Extra tests for my wife, double-billed. Frames are too shabby to rate new lenses from somewhere else. Total loss, complete waste of time and money.
Have been going for years. The doctors and staff are professional and friendly. I would highly recommend it.
Excellent service here and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be back, if not for a exam at least for lasik advice
Ive been Seeing Dr. Zadeh for about 20 years now, except for trying another optometrist a few years ago because I thought the cost of the glasses with Family Eyecare were too high. After my visit to the other optometrist, I found out that Dr. Zadehs prices were reasonable and he was much more thorough in his examination. Furthermore, the other optometrists and staff were really pushy on the up-sale of frames, etc. This week I stepped on my older pair of glasses that I use when on my PC and bent the frame pretty severely. I went back to Family Eye Care and met with Sheila Lee, an Optician & Eyewear Specialist. She patiently worked with her specialized tools and straightened the frame so that it looks as good as new and she said with a smile, no charge.I cant imagine a better place to get a thorough eye exam and support after the sale.T D Lee
I have been going to Family Eye Care since it opened. I totally trust Dr. Zadefs recommendations for care. The staff is always friendly and accomodating!
[Location/Ambiance]: Relaxed, open environment.[Service]:Setting up an appointment, prior :I spoke with Danielle over the phone last week and asked her a couple of questions. She regrettably informed that they were completely booked for the week of 4/13. But there were slots for next week so I opted for something in the afternoon. She requested my cell phone number along with the usual information to book me.Over the weekend, there was a text message reminder asking if I was still confirmed for the appointment. Which was quite helpful, as things might come up but their office might be closed and you no longer can make it.Side note - On their agreement forms, they do charge $25 for no call / no shows on appointments, as they would like to provide the best service for people who can stick to their appointments. Two strikes of that, and you can no longer book appointments and you will only be treated as a walk-in. Fair enough. The day before my exam, there was another text reminder of my appointment and time. Some people might find this annoying, but its pretty thoughtful. Just swipe it to ignore it.Day of appointment - Front Desk :I arrived at around 12:02 but earlier in the morning I downloaded the available paperwork on their site to fill out. Upon arriving there was maybe 1 other person in front of me as for waiting goes. The front desk assistant was glad that I filled everything out, though I did inform her I left the portion with my social security out. She stated that its ok and booking my appointment earlier, she contacted my insurance company to get all the info she needed. Nice. So I had left was to chill and wait for my turn. There were patients coming and going, but other than myself, there were only 2 other people waiting.Eye Health Tests:The optometrist assistant (Im not sure what their exact title is) did the normal procedures and was very patient with me as astigmatisms in each eye and waited on me for my eyes to adjust to read the eye chart test. After a couple of more tests. She had me throw out my old contacts that I was still wearing and then wait for the Dr.Eye Exam:Averaging about 5-6 mins in the same examine room, in came Dr. Zadeh with an another assistant helping him with the electronic paperwork while he examine my vision. He was very chill with the examination, having much patience and understanding that I didnt see much difference between A or B.Eye glass optometrist:Since I informed them that I wanted to see if I could be examined later in the year to see if I would applicable as a candidate for Lasik, and understood I would need to wear glasses for 3 days or more before being examined. They sent me to the other side of the office, where all the glass frames were displayed. They carry various brands, such as Oakley, Tommy Hilfiger etc, from what I remembered so far. Prices vary, though one pair of the Oakleys were actually around $30ish. Wowwie. Sheila was the optometrist that helped picked out a bunch of frames for me to try on after what were some of my color taste. She was honest when some frames didnt look right on me and I would agree. And the frames that were in my maybe pile, werent the most expensive. She was upfront on the out of pocket costs and never tried to up sell me with all the lens options.{Summary}:My first experience was great and compared to Visionworks where I went for my last exam with the same insurance provider, I wouldnt hesitate to come to Family Eyecare of Roswell again. I can see why they have appointments that get booked quickly. So try to book it before your last contact or before your prescription expires. Everyone was helpful and I never felt like I was going to get suckered to meet a corporate quota of sorts. Dr Zadeh and Dr. Sheila were great. Though I wish the front desk gave me my prescription along with my receipt, Ill have to call for it.
I would NEVER reccomend a place like this to anyone. So to begin with my experience was terrible because I made an appointment and was told I was not on the list.. for that day. Secondly the wait was terribly long when there were only 2 other people there. The wait wasnt even the worst part. The staff that day was TERRIBLE. Nobody wanted to help anyone.... they were so busy and worried about their lunch hour, that they didnt want to answer any questions. Now the doctor is nice and all but he tried to charge me $80 for the contact fitting fee - $10 co-pay. The doctor then told me I had an astigmatism problem and I would have to wear astigmatism lense. Honestly, thats when I started believing that this place wasnt worth my time or money. When I insisted Ive never had to wear special contact lenses, he kept telling me I needed it.... and to make things even better I would have to purchase a special wash AND a special type of eye drop for $215....WHY WOULD I EVER spend than much on eyedrops? Thats beyond ridiculous.Lastly I was told they could order my acuvue 2s but they didnt have any- AND told me my vision changed drastically... And the checkout lady was beyond RUDE. Im never going back to this place nor will I let my family go back. They ended up telling me that they were mailing me a refund check and I should look somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs. I went to pearle vision- my old eye doctor place and was told that my vision didnt change at all and only had to pay $40. GO to pearle vision, even if its a long drive its worth the customer service and the outstanding nurses/employees.
I am the hardest person to impress -- as a businessman (sales), I critique every part of the delivery process. These ladies and Dr. Zadeh are great. He and his staff are very warm and friendly and each one gives off that neighborly feel. For the times when I have been in for medical evaluations for my eyes, Dr. Zadehs diagnosis were 100% accurate. Hes quick yet very thorough --- you feel and know hes doing all the tests to ensure he doesnt miss anything. Hes a good person --- when I bring in my not so restless four year old that kicks and screams, they all are very sweet and embracing to him and me. That says a lot. Nicoles suggestions on frames and Dr. Zadehs contact lense suggestions have worked great for me. Overall, great.
Very thorough and the selection for their eyeglasses are very nice.
Awesome Dr. and Staff! Highly recommend!!
