Jimmy took care of everything after I came in with both passenger doors damaged which resulted in one being replaced and the other being restored. Car looked brand new upon completion. I was very surprised at the price you charged me to put my flares on and if I couldnt fit in my garage you said you would take them off for free. Brought my car here after it got hit as it was parked. Had an AMAZING experience at this place. I had damage to the front and rear of my vehicle. They even offered to take care of the car rental procedure for me! The team fixed her up so she looks good as new! The whole time my car was in the shop the team maintained great communication, and even helped me out when my insurance made a mistake. I left not paying a dime, and got incredible service. I was rear ended while at a stop light at Bell Circle in Revere. I was headed for a COVID test which I had secured a week earlier as I was headed to NY to care for my sister following breast cancer surgery. After waiting too long for the Revere police, I took the responsible parties information and headed to my important appointment. The following morning the adjuster called to inspect my car and referred me to Classic Auto Body in Salem. I had all intentions of using a Marblehead shop but was so impressed with Jim, his calming manner and his obvious expertise... James and his team made the process of repairing my car absolutely painless. They were professional, efficient, organized polite, and my car looked brand new.

I was involved in a collision and Classic went and towed it from the yard the very same day I called them. They worked very quickly on the repairs and offered to work on some cosmetic areas that werent from the accident too! When I came to pick up my car it was sparkling clean, detailed inside, and it looked even better than before the accident. I would highly recommend them!

I have been bringing my past two cars to them and every time it has been a wonderful experience. They even called and returned the rental for me. My insurance carrier Liberty Mutual recommended Classic to me. I had no idea who to call for the damage to my bumper. These guys are great ! They repainted and repaired my bumper when they said they would. The cost was fair and less than the estimate. How can you beat that !

This place is amazing! The father and son team are so professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced... I couldnt get over it! Everyone who works there is so kind and honest. I left my pocketbook in the backseat of the car and the next day it was returned to me with a smile untouched!! Their work was flawless and completed way before expected. They sent me daily texts to let me know how far along they were with the job and their communication with my insurance company was beyond expectation. I would NEVER go anywhere else! Brought my 2013 MINI Cooper in for collision repair. Tony Guarino found damage that the insurance estimator had overlooked. Did a great job, used only MINI factory parts. Delivered on time. I gave my MINI up and Classic Automotive did everything else. They arranged for a rental. Picked up and dropped off 5 days later and my MINI was perfect. Did all the insurance work.

A little over a week ago I had the pleasure of being rear-ended on my way home from work. Liberty Mutual referred me to Classic Auto for the repairs. Since the accident wasnt my fault I really didnt think twice about where I had the repairs done. Aside from the unfortunate circumstances, I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with Tony and his son, James. They were simply fantastic! A week later and my car looks new again!!! They even contacted Enterprise to return my rental. They pride themselves on customer service and it is obvious. Thank you!!!

They stole all of the change from my car, excluding the pennies. I dont care that it was only a few dollars, theyre still sad excuses for an auto shop and I will be reporting them to Liberty Mutual.
