I walked into the dealership anxious about my credit young age and everything else. But I decided to at least give it a chance. I called Jeff and from the beginning he reassured me that I would get into a vehicle that I love. And he did. I could tell they really had to work some magic and Jeff got me into an awesome c class Mercedes. I am so excited !!! I was called to come in because, i found this place online, the car i originally wanted was sold, looked at another option which was 2017 Ford Fusion. John helped me out. I purchased the vehicle . However what it looked like when i test drove it. Didn’t look the same way when i picked it up. The car smelled bad. There was a spill on the passenger side door that wasn’t there even new scratches On the bottom passenger door that wasn’t there before. I was told that the car would be detailed and the mirrors would be fixed, Nothing was done, I also had to drive to another town to get my plates and registration. Which was a big inconvenience. I was told that the mirror part still didn’t come in yet, but when it does they will call me so i had to drive an hour home on the highway with that mirror missing, i expressed my concerns to Jay who advised me to come get the car. And in result i received a half of an apology and that the car will be detailed when i come get the mirror fixed. The lady that took me to the place to have the car registered however was Amazing. Still doesn’t justify why a car that i purchased and couldn’t get for almost a week looked different the time of purchase. I’m not even happy about the car anymore and i regret my purchase i am disappointed.

This place is actually terrible. Bought a 2020 Kia Forte which is super nice but had some minor scratches and dents and was a smokers car and was told everything will be clean on the inside and all the scratches. Went up today just to rack miles on for nothing. Pretty much put the car threw the car wash and buffed it out. Interior doesn’t look cleaned at all and the scratches are all still there. I’m furious and we sat there for about 2 hours for nothing. We also live about 45 mins away. Beyond angry. Will never refer anyone to go here.

If I could do a negative rating I would. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their word and they are the type of business that give car dealership a bad name. We were told that he was approved for the $99 down. Please see attached. After waiting there for hours was then told that he needed $1,000 down on a $2,500 motorcycle. I usually dont leave negative comments but this company definitely needs one!!!!!

I came in with a pre approved with my bank and asked if I could afford a specific car. Sales man the whole time kept telling me yes then tried selling me a worse car. I kept asking what the price was of the car and they insisted in saying we care about the monthly price. They then proceeded to try and sell me a car with low monthly low cost. If i didnt ask the terms and conditions of the loan they would have sold me a car that was $10,000 more expensive with a 7 year term at an awful interest rate. They ran my credit twice without my consent then proceeded to say that was normal. I would avoid this place at all cost unless you want to over pay for a car.

Impossible to get a price on a car from this dealership. I reached out to get the price on a vehicle I was interested in and I was informed I could not get a price until AFTER I submitted a credit application. This makes no sense at all. Why would I have a dealership pull my credit and review my application without knowing the car price?

My experience has been absolutely horrible!!! Company never completed registration for me. Delivered my car to me illegally without my car having any registration and plates of a totaled car on it..called to check on status still have not heard back. Have had my car sitting for the past 22 days because I am unable to drive it. I had my insurance try calling them and my insurance was hung up on and laughed at..I suggest making sure all your paperwork is in order and completed before leaving if you do decide to go with this place.

Could not be any happier with the purchase of my truck. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I wasnt quite sure how the process was going to go, especially with my less than stellar credit, but all of those feelings were placed at ease when both Gabbi and Maverick helped me find the right truck.
